Marco did a great job and took care of my issue in a very timely and efficient manner. They changed the valve cover gasket on my 2004 Toyota RAV4 for a much more reasonable price than I was quoted at another shop that came highly recommended. They did so in just a few days as opposed to 7-10 days quoted by the other shop. I would recommend them highly.

This shop is friendly, honest, and reasonable! I was concerned about my car and so I called this place and they said to bring it over, no problem! They completed all the services my car needed quickly and didnt try to sell me anything it didnt (like many other shops). They took the time to explain that my car was worth the repairs and had a very low pressure selling approach. Couldnt have asked for a nicer group of people!

My daughter has gone here multiple times and has raved to me about how good they did and how fair they treated her. I had to get my starter replaced and after hearing how great they are from my daughter, I decided to give them a shot. Their customer service was top of the line. Jerry was very attentive and quick to diagnose the issue I had with the throttle control on my vehicle. Knowing my Jeep is my only means of transportation he wasted no time in ordering the parts. I also had Auto Firm tune up my Jeep and give her an oil change.Just one final note for why I would highly recommend Auto Firm NW is because 2 weeks after my repair my engine light turned back on. Luckily it was only the gas cap and no issue with the repair at all. The moment I returned to the shop and explained the warning light they immediately checked it for me right on the spot. The quick call to action and high level of service shows me that Jerry and Auto Firm NW stands behind their service and want you to drive away feeling satisfied in the work they do.

I have had an Issue for the last 2yrs with the sway and steering on my Ford f-250 diesel and have been to a couple other shops to resolve the issues including a diesel shop and Not a one of them could ever fix my truck right so I thought I would give one last shop a shot at getting it done right and I will tell you if you want things fixed the right way and treated really good from all the employees I highly recommend Auto firm northwest/superior auto they fixed my truck issue that knowbody else could after multiple shops I have found the shop I will always use for all my vehicles there great to work with treat you good and fair prices. Auto Firm has recently relocated, but there’s still signage at their old location, and no signage at their new one at Superior Auto Body. We were redirected by the new tenants at Victory Ave to the new space on Orient. Entering Superior Auto is a bit of a confusing process, 4x4s and related off road accessories make it feel like you are absolutely at the wrong place. Once you work past that confusion, Auto Firm NW is its usual, personable self, service prompt & complete as has been my previous experiences. I’m hopeful the location/navigation bumps are improved as they settle into this new location. I truly do value their service & attention to my vehicle.

I was looking for a Good and Trusted auto repair shop to fix my Nissan Xterra. I looked into Gresham Auto repair and also heard a lot of great personal reviews from friends and family about them. Turns out, they combined with Autofirm NW at Superior Autobody! They fixed a leak in my coolant bypass hose with NO hassle, whatsoever! Great prices, and really nice guys to help you out! The quality of care I was shown at Gresham Auto Repair was the best I have ever experienced. My car overheated in Gresham and the people there took my car in and had it fixed within a couple days. They gave me a quote and kept to that quote even when another part was unexpectedly needed. On top of that, they noticed one of my backup lights were out (it had been out for 4+ years) and they fixed it up for me without questions and without charging me. Icing on the cake, they had my car ready for me with the heater on (it was a cold day) and my seat back to where it was (Im a lot shorter than most of them). Auto Firm NW is the only place we trust with our vehicles, period! Not only do we bring our personal family vehicle there, I have a small business fleet that they service as well. They take care of any issues quickly, giving me an accurate timetable and quote as to what it will take to rectify it. Many times they have come under that quote and time frame that we we’re initially given. They have always given me an honest assessment of what is needed and more importantly what is not needed. Nice friendly service but insurance companies need to stop trying to rip people off be sending them to their shops in their network just to reimburse you at a lower estimate than the one you have already. This is why we have laws and lawyers to stop this. People work hard for their money to purchase vehicles. Nobody wants to get screwed over cause insurance companies dont wanna pay what its worth.

Needed a prepurchase inspection done on a used car: drove it in and had it checked same-day, the service took about 3 hours and was thorough. Spoke with the mechanic about what was wrong and received a printout indicating as much. I think an excellent addition to the service could be a checklist of what all was assessed and found to be in good repair/disrepair, but great work all around.

Great quality work, got my vehicle back same day as I took it in and had no complaints. This is the best shop in the area and the only place I would personally go and recommend to a friend.

Recently moved to the Gresham area from out of State and while I’m not psyched I needed to find a mechanic right away I am astatic that who I found was Auto Firm NW. The owner is fantastic and personable, everyone that works there has also been nothing but kind, trusting and straightforward. It’s getting harder and harder these days to find those local, independent mechanic shops you know you can trust but luckily enough Auto Firm exists and carries that torch. Won’t over charge, very decent pricing and you know these guys care about doing a good job and building quality relationships for repeat business and not out to overcharge to just grab a quick buck.

We love this shop so much!!! Scott, the owner and everyone who works there are amazing. We have been repeat customers in our household for multiple reasons. On a few occasions our car broke down for unforeseen reasons and we had to get it in and had no appointment. They will get the work done within a day or two and we are back on the road. Pricing is more than fair and they are very honest with the work that needs done without adding extras, which is rare for shops. You must come see them!! They will take care of you!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Ive known Scott and Jerry for years (when they were at another shop) and I trust their opinion and recommendations on what repairs should be done and when. If I had a few repairs that needed to be addressed, they would prioritize the repairs based on safety for my husband and me. I brought in my Dodge earlier this year and they were very straight with me that the cost of repairs would be more than what the car was worth; my husband and I had been discussing which car to replace since we were in a good financial position to do so. They even provided us with recommendations of different brands of cars based on what we were looking for. Needless to say, I love these guys, the crew and the shop.

I own a motorcycle shop and dont have time to work on my own cars these days. These are the ONLY people I trust to work on my cars, from a vintage VW to a modern Toyota, Scott and the crew do great work.

Came here about a month ago due to High Quality Automotive closing shop and Marco Acosta coming here(had dealt with Marco before and was appreciative of his work). Called to schedule an appointment and was able to get an appointment the day I asked for thanks to Alicia. I have an older classic(1966 Chevrolet Bel Air) and before going to High Quality had dealt with Midas until they messed my car up a couple of times. Came in for an oil change as it had been a while, and was informed I needed a new battery. The service was good and prices fair(well, not sure on the price of the battery---think the price was a little high), but overall pretty good, and my little co-pilot enjoyed meeting Alicia and Paris. Will come back here the next time need work on my car.

Auto Firm NW is by far and away is the best auto shop around. Through the years I’ve been to many different shops with many different vehicles but there Striving for the best service and knowledge is worlds above everybody else. Rather its Scott the owner dropping off my car, battling warranty companies trying to get out of a bill, or changing cam shafts and timing covers in a matter of days. You wont see this level of commitment from any other shop or business for that matter.

I’ve grown up with a Dad as a mechanic, so needless to say I really only trusted him when it came to car issues. But he has since moved to Florida 7 years ago, and I was lucky to meet Jerry and Scott! They’re honest mechanics and really do the job RIGHT! As long as they’re working on cars, and I live in Oregon I’m taking my car to them! They really care about the quality of their work, and it shows!

Id give more than 5 stars if I could. I recently had surgery and as part of my recovery I am unable to do any physical activity for several weeks. Earlier this week, one of my headlights went out. I went to the store and bought replacement bulbs, only to pop the hood and find out I have to remove the battery to replace the bulb, which I cannot lift myself until Im healed. I called Auto Firm NW and they were more than willing to help me. It took them all of 5 minutes to make the fix for me AND they refused to take any money from me! Wow! Theyve made a customer for life in me. Id HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I had a leak in my power steering and went to 3 different shops looking for quotes including the Honda dealership. We were quoted anything from $1,000 to $1,800 for repairs. I took it to Auto Firm NW at the recommendation of a friend and found it is a simple hose replacement and would cost me less than $20 to fix it myself. Problem Solved and for a fraction of the cost. This place is LEGIT and friendly. No charge for a basic exam and they got me in quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My key entry, alarm remote was working before I brought my Van in to find out why the Van wasnt starting at times ..when Auto Firm put a new starter in!Auto Firm installed a new cabke to the battery! When I came to pick the van up my key remote did not work..they told me the cable in there was to an old alarm system! Time was late but that old alarm was actually my key entry remote!My key remote did not work so I brought the Van back again to have the key remote wire put back .. I was told it was off when I brought it back..I never removed it.. When I took it home I looked under the hood took the cable and it sparked when touching the battery and the alarm on my remote went off..so it was the key remote wire! I dont know.. if it wasnt attached in the right place..again.. I dont want to be without my remote or the alarm on it!! They need to make it right.. it was not broken or damaged when i brought the Van in!
