Excellent customer service, work completed quickly.

I dropped my car off in the beginning of Feb, got it back about a month later with more issues than I originally had. They were confident when I dropped it off that they could resolve the issue. I paid 560 for the service and after paying they let me know about the additional problem, but told me the original problem was fixed. It wasnt. Turned out I needed a discontinued part. The guy was nice enough to offer free labor if I could find the part at a wrecking yard. My car still has the original issue and a new issue from their repair. I would not recommend.

Wasted my whole day here. Got an alignment appointment was at 10AM, wasnt done until 1:45PM. I watched them pull the car on to the rack at 1:20PM. Steering wheel is crooken, and car pulls to the right hard now. It feels like they did nothing. Not wasting my time to have them fix it. All around bad. No waiting room so Im drenched in sweat sitting in the sun for four hours.

I guess I should of bought my truck somewhere else. If I would have known that they are first come first serve instead of an appointment I would not have bought my vehicle there with th e open promises of first general maintenance and first fuel fill with good reviews. Who has time to wait three hours for them to possibly get to you. Completely ran unprofessionally, I will never suggest them to anyone at this point. Next take the phone out of your hand when you talk to customers.

Ordered some parts that other parts stores and dealerships either couldnt find or said it would be a few months to get. Got it here in 3 days. 10/10

STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!!Had a feeling about the service last time I was there.First problem was I found the oil filter loose few days after my tune up. Luckily no damage happened., but I promise myself not to go there again.Now Im at a different Ford dealer realized that not only the filter problem that I mentioned also the oil pan drain bolt was damaged by them. (See photo)Very unprofessional very fishy ne er again!!!
