Lomelis has been excellent in helping us navigate a complex car repair and warranty. JJ is amazing and knows the best way to effectively use the the warranty coverage, which expedites the repairs. The entire shop went to bat for us when we got a botched oil change that almost ruined our new engine. Lomelis made sure all the repairs were covered and handled the negotiation with oil change company. Although we have regrets about the car, we have no regrets about Lomelis.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE !! Hands down the best place I have ever taken my truck. I noticed a coolant leak under my truck on Friday morning. I called around and Lomelis is the only one that said sure bring it on down. I did just that at around 11:30 and by 12:30 they had let me know they did a pressure test and found that it was my water pump. They then informed me that they could repair it that very afternoon and they were complete by 3 pm. With the hot weather here, they put my mind at ease with the quick repair. They also replaced the thermostat and added fresh coolant all for a great price. Then on Monday Carlos sent me a message asking how my repair went and if all is good. To Chris, Carlos and all the guys at the shop ... THANK YOU !! I will be back and easily recommend to friends and family.

I recently came in because my VTech engine which is notoriously hard to repair decided to go into limp mode with no apparent cause. I saw Fred initially and he completely troubleshot the whole engin, did free fluid fills and anything he could to get it running again. After no luck he determined it must have been a misfunctioning solenoid. He estimated it would take about three days to complete the replacement but the garage manager JJ believe it or not said she had, had the same problem before. She took a look and was actually able to find out the solenoid just needed to be tweaked so it would not misfire and had me out of there in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Lomellis is awesome! Best service and quality work. We got stranded 45 minutes from home with a blinking check engine light. They squeezed us into their schedule even though they were busy. They checked it out even though myself and my four children were still sitting in it waiting for my husband to pick us up. They offered to drive us to a hotel when we told them we were in the process of moving out of state. They quickly diagnosed a bad spark plug and coil, told us they could get us on the road by replacing just the one, but also told us that we should consider getting the rest of the coils replaced somewhere along the line. They gave us a reasonable quote for replacing one or all, and when we decided to replace all did it same day and were very quick. They even texted a couple of days later to make sure everything had gone well and there were no problems with their work. I was so very, very impressed!!

Well, unfortunately, I have to change my review of this shop.Just before the terrible snow and ice storm, I made an appointment. I told Carlos that in the case of icy roads condition I would not be driving on those treacherous roads, and we will have to reschedule then. Carlos said that nobody would be at the shop anyway. Ok.Well, after the storm actually hit and the rods became an ice rink, just for the sake of curtecy I messaged the owner Carlos and said that I wont be able to drive on icy roads and wont be bringing my car, and thus lets reschedule. I HEARD NOTHING BACK.Later I called Carlos and told him that my car was having new issues and that I want to bring my car into the shop as soon as its open for business. I HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM HIM. NADA.To make story short, I called him the following day to see about the new appointment date.I HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM CARLOS.After the storm, 3 - 4 days later, when businesses were opening again, I called the shop. Again nobody answered the phone and CARLOS NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK. Again.So, to summarize, there was ZERO COMMUNICATION from the shop and the owner. ZERO. I felt being totally ignored and maybe even DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.I never expected this utterly unprofessional treatment from a place that has many positive reviews. It makes me think that I WAS BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.Besides, a good, timely communication from the business is the key and the sign of a true professionalism. THERE WAS NONE OF IT.I suggest, take your business elsewhere, where you would be treated with curtecy and professionalism

We had some transmission problems with our truck that Carlos didnt have to warranty 2-3 years later, but they got to the bottom of the problem and fixed it, for free. Highly recommend.

Amazing service, professional, efficient and wont go anywhere else.

Took my van to another shop to have my a/c fixed, and not only did it cost me an arm and a leg, but they did a horrible job. So much so that within a couple weeks of having the final repair done (it was multiple), my a/c stopped working.Turns out the makeshift rubber hose they used to connect to my rear a/c was failing. Said they couldnt find the OEM metal line so installed a rubber one that wasnt meant for my system.Took it to one shop who wouldnt even touch it because the first shop messed up so bad. Brought it to Lomelis and not only did they say they could fix it, they found the OEM line and had it delivered within a few days (the one the other shop said didnt exist). After the part showed up my van was ready the next day.Both my a/c units work better than they ever did before. 10/10 would recommend.

Its a mediocre car-shop a bit over priced. A staff member or two were great, most of the mechanics were short and appeared to be annoyed at the fact of fixing cars. Last time I checked that was in a mechanics job duties!!!... last than 24 hrs later had to return the car to the shop. I dont understand! A moderately dissatisfied customer!

I’ve been to a few different shops in Gresham and, honestly, received pretty low-to-mediocre customer service. I’ve been told I needed all kinds of repairs and charged premiums for minimum amounts of work. Lomeli’s was completely the opposite! These guys were quick, honest, and saved me a bunch of money on parts and repairs I didn’t need! I will be coming back here for all my repairs, first!

I took my 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE to them because it was sputtering. But wasnt doing it consistently. First, the dealership checked it out, and they couldnt find the problem. Took it to Lomelis, they found the problem the next day. Fixed it fast, kept it overnight to MAKE SURE IT WAS FIXED and the car has been running great ever since. Thankyou to Lomelis. I took my daughters car to Lomeli’s not knowing what to expect. These folks were AMAZING! Not only did they repair what was need to make daughters car safe, but also provided a detailed explanation of all the vehicle needs. They rivière a no pressure atmosphere, told me what needed to be fixed and what could wait, but also got the work completed ahead of schedule (my daughter was stoked having her car back early). Went in on a Monday morning, no appointment, had problem diagnosed, part ordered (altenator) and installed, and back on the road before noon. Owner, Carlos, and mechanic, Fred, treated me like I was family. Never fun, or cheap, to have car problems but Lomellis makes you feel comfortable that you are getting treated fairly, swiftly, and competently.

Definitely becoming a loyal customer.I called asking for a engine coolant flush for yearly maintenance. He was more than happy to get me in the next morning to leave the car for cooling down and looked at a bit more. Charged a much affordable price than other shops in area.Once I had the flush taken care of I went about life driving daily. Oh no a leak somewhere my light is going off saying im looking coolant. I called chris and he said to bring it in to pressure test where the possible leak was at. I wasnt that happy to know it was the water pump, but with the car being owned by someone else before me and having 100k miles it was time. He quoted me a fair price compared to other shops (trust me I call multiple shops before I move forward) then said okay lets replace it.After that if I have a leak somewhere or anything they usually will look at it before moving forward. Which here we are with one more engine coolant leak. GREAT. Chris was unfortunately busy but Lomelis has conveniently another shop down the road where I can still get the same care and service. They did the tests and found out my radiator was blown/cracked. Not too pleased but the next car owner will have a peace of mind knowing these are taken care especially since they have warranties and will have records PLUS honor the warranties even if im not the owner. They replaced it same day, ran tests, test drove it, and went the extra mile of taking my tow bar off (as requested by me) Which shows how much I truly can trust the mechanics and especially Carlos. I met him once and can see how nice of a guy he is and willing to work with his customers.Ive been ripped off by multiple mechanics in the gresham area, yakima area, and even mobile mechanics. After almost giving up on anyone touching my car im now finally working with honest people. Ill continue being a return customer from now on.
