Gresham Toyota Service is exceptional. I had an coolant leak that my mechanic of 10 years wasnt able to repair before I was to take a 2k mile trip to the Midwest this week. Ranita Lazaro, the Service Advisor, was very happy to help me out. I told her my situation. She looked for openings. And we set up a time. Sent me a message to give me an estimate. Then called me when it was done. Very friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. You are my heros. Thank you so very much. Rusty Brown

Weve never had a service center go this far for us. A leaky sunroof forced us to take our highlander in for service. At the same time, we asked them to look at the microphone that went out a couple months ago. Turns out, it wasnt a simple mic problem but a much more complicated electrical issue. It was going to cost thousands to fix. Our service rep, Thomas, noticed we were only a couple weeks past warranty and contacted Toyota to see if we could get a warranty extension for this fix. He got it done and it ended up costing nothing. They even fixed our leaky sunroof at no charge as well. Thomas even gave us a loaner vehicle to use while we waited on the repairs. This place is top notch in service and I couldnt see myself going anywhere else.

The service department is less then 1 star in my experience. I tried to make an oil change appointment and got the run around treatment.I will go to a independent mechanic from now on.

We recently bought a 2020 vehicle from them. Less than a month ago. We got their ultimate warranty package to cover anything that may go wrong with the vehicle. Christmas day we had a tire go completely flat and it had to sit on the rim for a day. Tire was ruined. Toyota informed us that our warranty didnt cover tires, but proceeded to cover it anyway and get it fixed within a couple of days. Saved us a couple of hundred dollars that we really couldnt afford at the time. They definitely didnt need to cover any part of it, let alone all of it, but they went above and beyond.Every time we have an issue or concern, they are quick to address and fix it. We have been taking our business to Gresham Toyota for almost 10 years and definitely will continue to do so.

Im not trying to be disrespectful to the employees of Gresham Toyota but, my experience with them was terrible. Contacted them through their website to verify if a vehicle was still available. I was told it was on the lot. I take the drive from NE Portland to see the vehicle in person and was told it was in the body shop. Ended up being shown several different vehicles that were priced several thousand dollars over the original vehicle I came to see. I did end up purchasing a vehicle from them and used a trade in for a down payment which I still was paying for. 14 days later and my trade still wasnt paid off. The bank started calling me and saying my payment was late. When I explained the situation to the bank they advised me to contact Gresham Toyota to find out what the hold up was. Gresham Toyota advised me to make a payment on a car I traded in.When I went to cancel all service agreements with them today, the finance director wouldnt even give me a copy of the cancelation document and told me to take a picture of it so I would have a digital copy.

Amazing, fast, and friendly staff! Shout out to Thor Johnson in the service dept who helped me get my Camry maintenanced! In and out in about an hour for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation and Ive always been satisfied with their work!

I made a truck purchase that I later was not completely satisfied with. I went back in and talked to the General Manager Bill James. Unbelievable response, He asked me what I wanted to do and I wanted to give back the used vehicle that I purchased and get something else. He said no problem Ill make that happen He worked up the numbers and handed it off to Sales Consultant John Grady. After talking to John he put my name on a new Tacoma Off-road that was on it way into Gresham. He told me he was going to follow it to the dealership and that this process was going to be fast and easy. Like I havent heard that before right! Well thats exactly what he did, he was on it. The truck came in. Traded the other one back, The numbers got figured out. Last stop was Brian Griffin Business manager did all the paper work and I didnt loose a dime and got what I wanted all in the same day. I could go on about these guys, but what is really important to me is service and doing what you say your going to do. Im an old guy and have had a lot of run ins with very poor business practices. These guys went far beyond the norm. Excellent experience. Thanks Guys. If your looking to buy a vehicle this is your place.

On 1/13/2021, I took my 2020 Tacoma in for its first service. The truck was 6 months old and had 2827 miles. When I arrived for my 9:30 appointment, Ronita greeted me and asked a few questions. I told her that the door edge guard that they had installed was coming off. She told me it would take an hour to an hour and 20 minutes to do the service and replace the door guard.The list of items that they service looks impressive, but most of it is done by a computer plugged in to the OBD2 port. The only real physical work was rotating the tires and replacing the door guard. The oil wasn’t even changed. I waited in the cold waiting area until Ronita walked in and told me my truck was ready. That was at 11:38. OVER 2 HOURS!!! At no time did anyone let me know that the service work was taking longer than the estimate. No apology was,offered. I was given my keys and paperwork and told my truck was parked outside. When I opened the door of the truck, there was a wrinkled paper floor mat on the driver’s floor and a service tag hanging from the mirror. They didn’t ever remove their garbage!! I left the floor mat and service tag beside their building and drove home.I made an appointment for service. It took over 2 hours to do 45 minutes work.I can’t wait until I take it in for my next service appointment. I think I will stand in the service area and watch and do some play by play.

I am beyond disgusted with my last service done here. My husband brought our car in. He was treated rudely by Ivan and I was treated rudely by him as well when I called in to talk about the service. We were told we needed tires. He printed out a sheet to give to my husband to start shopping around for tires. We bought tires based off that sheet, figured a dealership would know what theyre doing. Turns out, its the wrong size tire. Based on our last experience, only our second time there, we will not be returning. There are other Toyota dealerships in town, well go to one of them.

My wife and I recently had a lot of work done on our trusty 99 Tacoma. Right away we were greeted by friendly staff. Our service advisor, Michael Jacobsen, was very professional and helpful and made the entire experience stress free and easy. Would highly recommend him! We ended up getting wonderful service, and the mechanics ended up diagnosing other major problems we didn’t even know we had. Easiest car buying experience yet. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a Prius Prime. Gresham Toyota was one of the few local dealerships that had them. Our sales woman, Kim Young, could not have been nicer and easier to deal with. There was no pressure just help when we asked for it. Kim made sure we got several great discounts that made the car purchase impossible to turn down. Russell, the finance manager, also made the experience fantastic. Were were not interested in any additional warranty and in all my previous buying experiences this was always pushed on us. Russell simply asked if we were interested, I said no thanks, and that was it!Thanks to all the people that we worked with to purchase the car. From the time we walked in the door, test drove the car, filled out the paperwork and drove the car home took only 2 hours. EXACTLY the type of experience we were looking for and certainly the type of thing that keeps us loyal Toyota buyers.

As-is means you are buying the item as you see it. It establishes a common ground of sorts, between both the buyer and seller.Somewhere along the way, someone had the bright idea of using this step in the negotiation process as a means of pulling one over on the customer (buyer) and has become so widespread that it is now de-facto to car sales.And I get it; the seller should not remain liable to circumstances so gar removed that it would put an undue burden on them (seller) to have to put the car through its paces and make sure EVERYTHING is perfect. But there remains a fundamental difference here. Im talking about DEALERSHIPS here. There absolutely should, and I believe in law books there is, more liability on sellers operating commercially. Buying your neighbors vehicleis sooo much different than buying from, say, Pamela @ Gresham Toyota. And there SHOULD be differences!Hresham.Toyota gets to profit. But what happened to the risk in doing business? Its not only been removed from the everyday, corporate chain-type peddler of products to the point where the damn locations dont even need a qualified General Manager anymore. For Christs sake, my neighbor Jimmy is a manager somewhere. (God help that company) But anyway, the tables have turned, and we are being actively preyed upon by corporate America. Thats right. Very bad service, they ran my daughters credit 4 times the same day, they lowered her credit score almost on purpose, they were not clear on the offers, every time we closed a deal they sent a new face to tell us that there was a mistake and then raise the interest on the debt or increase the price. They are gangsters, do not believe a word. Check with your bank, they will give you a better interest rateI do not recommend them 😡
