All of my passenger side lights wouldnt work on my Jeep. They fixed the wiring and replaced a fuse and I am pleased to say I have lights now! Work was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price along with friendly staff. I will definitely come back for other needs as they arise. I would highly recommend!

Went here a number of times and had a fair amount of work done years ago, under the previous owner, but first time with new owners. Went in to order a part. They dont have much in stock but seem to have access to whatever you may need. They were helpful and the part arrived in the time frame described. Prices were consistent with everyone else.

I had called into Gresham 4 Wheel Drive & Offroad to get some information and quotes for having a leveling kit installed on my Tacoma. I had just started researching different suspension components, and was looking for some guidance on what they might recommend. I spoke with a lady who was fairly nice, but seemed a little impatient to assist me and sounded like she just wanted to get off the phone. Even though we did come up with a couple of options for a kit for my truck, she wasnt able to provide a quote right then and there so she took my phone # and email down and said shed work on getting a quote to me. Well, over a month went by and never heard a work back from them - So I took my business elsewhere and had great help, pricing, and service. Who knows, maybe they just forgot, maybe they didnt get my correct information written down, etc... But cant say I would recommend to shop with them due to the lack of help over the phone and responsiveness. Just didnt seem to really care if they earn my business or not.

In the past couple of months I have had work done on my truck, and Troy and Randy have been there great guys to work with! Honest and know diesel diagnosis, not just off road stuff, and Dodge but ford too. Got me in on a holiday weekend which is really unheard of a min noticed. Great prices and just good customer service!!! So I would recommend them to my friends for sure.

Unprofessional people! Can’t fix vehicles! I took my truck here to get fixed bcuz it wouldn’t start and the guys had it for 4 months and still couldn’t figure it out and also they have very bad communication issues! Called the guy and he’s like yeah I drove your vehicle For 2 days and it stopped working after that And he couldn’t start it! Like hell no dude you can’t do nothing apparently!! I wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever.

These guys are great! I have a vintage 1945 chevy school bus that was having some brake issues. I had 3 other company work on them but they couldnt resolve the issues. However Troy and Randy were committed to fixing the problem and succeed. They were willing to think out of the box and resolve the problems. They also replace my front springs to raise the bus up for better tire clearance which also had been an issue. They are my go to now shop. Really pleasant to work with and are very knowledgeable. Brought my 2015 Ram (with air ride) down the Gresham 4 Wheel a few weeks ago to have a 4 BDS lift installed. The prices were fair and the service was solid. They are the only BDS lift installer currently in the metro. I have to take my truck back for my 500 mile inspection soon but thus far would absolutely work with them again in the future.

Took my Jeep to this shop during the summer to have brakes done, a noise in my suspension taken care of and other maintenance that needed to be taken care of (Around 55k miles)After my first visit of them determining exactly what needed to be done, we scheduled a time to bring it back for the work to be completed. I dropped it off early in the morning and was scheduled to pick it up before they closed the same day. Everything seemed to be better, the shaking for my brakes was gone and the noise from my suspension was gone.About 5 days later the suspension noise is back, So I call the shop and they tell me to bring it back - The noise gets SCARY during the drive back to the shop. When they get in my car, they quickly determine something is not right. Apparently a bolt has not been tightened and is quickly fixedI took the jeep back and it seemed to be fine. Within 5k miles, my brakes are gone again and the shaking of the front end is as if they had never been done. I call and they tell me to bring it back, which I did the same day. The new rotors on my brakes were warped to which I asked why? The guy at the counter who had been super helpful until this point, tells me that its my driving (BTW, I made it 55k miles on the last set). I quickly disagree that there is no way. They warranty the rotors and put new ones on. About a month later the car begins shaking AGAIN! At this point I paid a third party to replace the brakes on the jeep only to find out that the brakes were not even put together correctly!!! The rear brake calipers were missing a bolt on BOTH SIDES! My front and rear rotors are both warped and the pads on the front are cracked and falling apart as they come off of the car.I would NEVER recommend this shop - The work paid for is simple work that you can have done literally anywhere and they failed to safely or successfully complete the work and put me on the road multiple times with inadequate repairs completed.

Had a friend who went in for exhaust/turbo work. They didnt do the work correctly resulting in her having it blow a head gasket and her turbo going out again, when it should have been replaced with a new one. As two people that are very familiar with customer service AND auto repair, it was extremely surprising to see a local business not accept responsibility for what they had done.

Troy was really easy to work with, even after the warranty was up he stood behind his product and made it right.

I know what these reviews can feel like, and there are always 2 sides to every encounter, so I just wanted to give my 2 cents about my experience with G4W.I have had the owner work on my pickups since before he owned G4W, and followed him to his now owned business. I have always felt that when I bring my pickup here that I am getting first class service for a fair price. Whats important to me in a shop is honesty, fair price and experience, and I know I am getting that from G4W. Thanks you guys!

I called and they took the time to walk me through a lift kit choice and tires to use. They took my 2003 Silverado and had the 4 lift, Wheels, Tires, Brakes & alignment installed on the day and time promised. Price was fair and not more than was quoted. I told them I was taking the family on a 500 mile trip the next day so they took the time to make sure it was spot on and ready to go. They even cleaned up the underneath and I could not be happier. Truck drove great and was very happy. You guys are all great... Thank You!!

First off let me just say that most of the negative things you read on here are one sided and from people with unrealistic expectations. I have been back twice and will continue to return.My first main point:Troy and his team have stayed late on 2 separate occasions just to ensure my truck was complete and to my expectations.Second:Every time I go in the store, I am always greeted with a smile and a great attitude.Third:After all the work that I have had done, I am always well informed and have a clear understanding of any conditions that need to be met for my trucks equipment to operate properly and safely. If anything is wrong I come back and it gets fixedI am treated fairly, with respect, my needs are met, and if there is an issue it gets delt with. Most of what people need to remember is that these folks are here for you. You come in acting like a fool or asking ridiculous questions.. you have to expect attitude. Oh and yes this stuff takes time, things happen, you are hiring professionals to do their job. Let them do it. If they need more time, so be it. Over Im happy with the job, the lift is amazing and everything seems to work... Ill update once I hit 500miles for break in period. Beside the 6 BDS lift for my 94 F150 XLT, I had them also try to install my tuff country traction bars, they broke one and I called them about it and havent returned my phone call, Im upset but with the upfront $250 military discount I got upfront before they broke it kinda makes up for it. Hopefully they return my phone call and attempt to make things right, Im extremely optimistic since they gave me the generous military discount and are pro vet.

To be honest I had reservations about taking my truck here as some of the reviews are not good. Unfortunately my review is not good either. The job took 3 days longer than quoted. When I came to pick up the truck and inspected the work I found a loose bolt on the diff cover and my exhaust was scratched on both side, bent enough to where it came out of the mounting grommet, and was hugging the spare tire. The parking cable was relocated using a zip tie instead of a bolt on the leaf spring. I wish I could say that these guys are excellent as they are local and very convenient for me but I cannot. Hopefully this review will be helpful and drive improvement within the company.

I left a off road shop in asked to go over my jeep.. And fix any issues the charged too much money... So I was on my way home to see my kids in pendleton when my leave springs popped out on both sides.. So I took it to gresham off road!!! They got my truck in and fixed everything right away and found more problems and went out of there way to make sure all was safe!!!! I cant believe we still have good people out there that go out of there way to help and gave me amazing deal best place ever looking forward to have lots more done at there shop!!!!!!!! Please dont ever change!!!

Took my 4-wheel drvie Dodge pickup in for repair. Everyone was very pleasant, and answered all my questions.

I wasnt planning on taking my truck here. Because of the bad reviews. But I ran out of options when the original shop I was gonna go to closed their doors.So I gave these guys a shot. I supplied a 2 1/2 inch leveling kit and wheels and tires for my 2017 Ford F250 super duty. They gave me a price I was ok with. They told me that they could get to it on a Thursday. I asked if it would be alright if I dropped it off Wednesday night. The lady at the front desk said sure.Thursday morning came and I get a call from Gresham 4wd at 9 AM. keep in mind they have only been open for an hour. But I was being told at 9AM on Thursday that they might need to keep my truck until Friday morning. But this is a job thats only suppose to take 8 hours max. But they told me that they are at the mercy of the line up shop.So Friday came no phone call from them. So at around 12PM my dad and I stopped by their they was still working on my truck. They told us to give them about 30 min and it will be done. I asked done with alignment too? The mechanic looks at me and says alignment?I said forget it Ill deal with getting the alignment. So instead of 30 mind later it was an hour and half later. My truck was done but they still tried to charge me for the alignment and I asked for all my old parts back they didnt do that nor didnt they give me my lug nut key. So I had to buy a replacement one of those.They installed nitrogen filled resivor shocks. And they was already filled to spec. But the mechanic said he adjusted the rear shocks and let some nitrogen out. With out my permission.I ask myself why would someone mess with the pressure of expensive nitrogen filled shocks and let pressure out. Without the owners permissionCUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS SHOP

We bought a jack for my off road vehicle for 100 dollars and it is crap. Before we bought it, i asked if it would be able to work with my vehicle since it was lifted and he said it would. That was a lie. Will be returning.

I supplied strut and springs with all new components for the front coilovers to be a out and in swap for a weekend lift i did. Dropped all parts off for spring compression and strut tower mount installation.Few hours later i get called asking how to put em together?. What parts in what order? I was kinda surprised. How does a suspension shop not know how to put a coilover together? If not, why call customers and ask them? Google the damn thing. Thats all i did and screen shot it and emailed them.I come to pick em up and pay (good price). I go to put em in truck and notice they are different. The guys put one together correctly and other had lower spring perch upside down! Wow.At install the following weekend i noticed they didnt put all the supplied parts on. Missing strut cylinder dust/debris cover! Must have just thrown away brand new parts cause i didnt get em back and i know i gave them.Not too happy with all the unprofessionalism.Price was reasonable

This place is a total joke my husband took his truck in here to get a lift kit they told him it would take 2 days a week later the truck still isnt done the guy promised to deliver it to our house but when it came to the day for him to deliver he Then wanted more money than what the original quote! and then He held our truck until we paid him the extra amount! I wouldnt get any work done from This place he deserves to go out of business terrible customer service takes way too long to get the job done!!

Wish I could edit my earlier review! Its been 9 weeks and my basic 6in BDS lift is still not complete. Not all the parts were shipped and when install took place the rear swaybar was left off and I was told a week for the links to arrive. 5 weeks later still no links, they forgot to order! 2 weeks later links are in, I take a day off work to get it finished and Im told they lost my swaybar and would have to find one. A week later, leave work early to get it done and Im told the part didnt show and would be there the next. here we are 3 days later and was just told the same thing. (Issues were--Brake cable bracket cut off and zip tie now in place, alignment was off and something in the rear end is loose. I also hope the new sway bar is not some old rusted used part....) the $250 I saved over the other guy I lost (and more) just in lost work.

They are scammers u pay for work to be done and they lie and say they did it when nothing was done paid 2000$ Dollers for a bigger turbo to be put in and my truck and one year later find out that the original turbo is still in my truck they didnt do any work and charged me 2grand I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemies

Friend of mine had his truck in there for a lift to level it ou,t he was dealing with the owner on a phone call he asked owner if the lift block was put on the back, owner said no just need the front, friend said no a 1 block goes in back, owner said no, it better be level, he gets truck back shows me he is pissed truck looks like a Gasser, front up & back down not level, way to go owner you pissed off ex-cia agent, oh ya grease was all over the door inside & out. what an idiot Gresham 4x4 is a joke, you should have listened to him, block in the back he has to have it level. no wonder the Chinese are kickin our ass.
