Waited for two hours for crooked nails and for the lady cut me, the shape of the nails were definitely nothing to brag about.The visit felt extremely rushed as the lady ran back and forth between me and another customer.I was really disappointed about this experience, as I was really looking forward to coming here. ☹️

After having MANY bad experiences in and rebound the Greenville area I finally decided to try Lovely Nails. I saw Kelly and she was AWESOME! My nails havent looked this fabulous in a LONG time! Im very happy!

Beautiful facility, Amy was recommended to me and she did an AMAZING job. She gave me exactly what I wanted, pointy almond shaped dip. She took her time and they look so beautiful. Thank you Amy I will be back!

Kathy was very sweet and professional. The staff was courteous and friendly. The customers were happy repeat customers. I was a walk in and received immediate service. I would highly recommend this shop.

A friend and I went in to get matching nails for a big trip that we will be taking this weekend. We found a picture on their Google review page of black and yellow matte nails with sunflowers. The employees said they could do it no problem. It turned into an hour long event where four different women tried to make them look flowers. They looked horrible. My friend’s looked kinda like flowers, but done by a small child. Mine looked like the Walmart symbol. We went back in to have the flowers removed and not only did they argue with us about how they looked good, but they proceeded to talk about us in another language in front of us about how we were too picky. Google Translate is a wonderful tool. They gave us a $20 refund and we left. We will never go back. I highly recommend finding a different salon unless all you’re looking for is colored, shaped nails. If you want any designs, look elsewhere.

Just moved to the area from Spartanburg and absolutely love this nail salon! The team is always welcoming. Nails are shaped perfectly and last for weeks! I can usually go 3-4 weeks with a dip manicure. Alan does fantastic work! Be sure to ask him for some photos of his previous designs :)

Service was wonderful, but I just got my nails don’t last Friday and it have only been a week and 2 of my nails has popped off in the same day while showering... This was my first time going their and I’ll go back just to get a pedicure !

Started going to this nail salon this year and so far very happy - Alan is my guy and I love the way he does my nails... He lately has been a little distracted BUT I still love him - I go now every four weeks four a manicure & pedicure and my nails look great......

Came in with appointment, everything was going great small talk was on point, I let the technician pick the shape and color because I had no clue what I wanted, I got and mani/pedi nails were fine besides them being misshapen and my skin was painted. When we got to the pedicure it was great, massage was nice, however I think the technician cut and pulled my hangnail either too hard or too close to flesh because my toe is SWOLLEN, PAINFUL AND RED and alittle bloody....

My best friends and I decided to try this nail place. We all asked for the same color nails.We all got different colors even after showing them all multiple pictures. i walked out with bulky nails and bleeding on multiplefingers. one friend had tried 3 different colors till they told her that was her last option. the other girl got a completely different color than me when the sametype of nails was asked for. they were sloppy and we were talked about the whole time.

I really enjoyed the time Ken took to make sure my nails looked good and that I would be happy with the color. I have recommended to many friends!

The manicurist took all of 30 minutes to soak nails with powder dip. Not pleased at all with service and would not recommend

I had a great experience here yesterday evening (came in at 5:30). The woman who took care of me was a middle aged woman, who is going to be out for hand surgery and out of commission for a 2 or 3 months I think(?), but she did a fantastic job. She removed my cuticles and when I mentioned i wanted the edges of my nails touched with another layer, kindly did as requested. She also gave me a great hand and leg massage! The basic mani and pedi cost me $40. I left happy. If you look at some of my other reviews, I have been left not so happy at other places - so coming here after work was a win!

First Mani-Pedi since early 2020! Very pleased with the skills and the atmosphere. Spacing was done well.

It was my first time in but won’t be my last. They were great. Friendly, Covid safe and had a great selection of colors.

DO NOT GO TO THE NEW LOCATION. The service and quality is not the same. I am extremely dissapointed in the man who did my nails this afternoon. He was so rude and not knowledgeable -- I have gotten dip for over 6 years and even do dip at home by myself. I only go into the salon every so often to treat myself but this was such a waste. Not only did he remove my old dip terribly to the point that my nails were so thin, he also did not give me the color I chose and then blamed it on the swatches being gel polish. I have never had the swatch not match the dip color. On top of that, he kept being rude about how I wanted my nails to look. They are my nails and I am PAYING for this service, so Im going to tell you what I want exactly. He didnt even file down the nail after dipping to smooth the surface even though I know that is apart of the dip process. Just got home to write this review and fix my terribly done nails that were absolutely not worth the money. Do not go here if you want unprofessional and rude service. Also took him 1.5 hours to do my dip while it took my mom 45 mins. His timing clearly shows his lack of skill.

After making an appointment during the 1 hour lunchtime that I had available, the nail tech was not at her station - I was told to check in and sit & wait for her - after 15 minutes of waiting I walked out. This is very unprofessional. What is the use of making an appointment if someone else walks in before you get there and the nail tech starts on the other person - knowing that you have a scheduled appointment.. I will never be back!

The guy that sits towards the VIP room was very rude. He didn’t knowledge anything I said. I told him I like my nails thick bc they break easy with thin. He ignored me and made them thin. I told him I wanted my nails squared he round the sides. If I’m paying I call the shots idc where I go.

I’ve been going here off and now on for 10+ years. They are all really good and I have had a problem with my nails ever! Now my husband uses them as well. I have taken my granddaughter there as well. Love the staff all are friendly and do a great job on my nails and toes.

Don’t plan on coming here ever again. Came here with a friend yesterday for a mani/pedi since I’m going on vacation soon and wanted to look cute. Not only did the man doing my nails not shape them at all (literally... you work at a nail salon. You’re supposed to shape the nails!), but he told me no when I asked him to shape them and the dip polish is super lumpy and poorly done. I kid you not, one of my nails is completely slanted. Not only that, but he cut my fingers in multiple places with the electric file to which I bled. Still hurts. Hygiene here is completely out of the question as well. When I was getting my toes done the lady threw both foot scrubbers in the water with my feet in them (after she just just scrubbed my dead skin off of them! gross) and washed them over my feet. I could see the grossness falling onto my feet in the water. The water was also cold. This was not the fun and relaxing time I planned on spending with my friend, and definitely not worth the service I paid for.

Im a nail girl 100 percent! I loved there stelleto shaped nails... A little pricey but worth it!

Pricing is similar to most salons in the area. I usually have no complaints when I visit but I went in last week and received a terrible manicure. The man shaped my nails unevenly, cut deep into my cuticle (then painted my blood into the gel polish), and was so distracted he forgot which hand he was working on at multiple points. Possibly would return but would absolutely avoid this nail tech.

Love love love the owners! I drive 30 minutes just to have them do my nails.

PLEASE READ: extremely rude people. i asked one guy to make my nails shorter for work and he told me no. i went back for a fill-in thinking that it might just be him but i had another girl and she was just as rude of not worse. i asked her to make them shorter and she also said no and she also filed my skin down beside my nails and made me bleed. i went the other day to get my nails taken off. i walked in and i said “can i get these taken off?” and a different lady said “yes but you have to get something else put on” and i said “never mind i can go somewhere else” and turned to walk out the door. she quickly complied and said she could. instead of soaking my nails like she was supposed to, she cut them and pried them off. she asked for a tip and i told her no. i shouldn’t have payed for anything i got any of those times. THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SALON AROUND. DO. NOT. GO HERE!!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had from a nail salon. The nail tech sliced open two of my fingers, right down the side with a file (which was very painful) caused me to bleed. The pedicure was a joke, a complete waste of money wasn’t even enjoyable.Had her do a design of a leaf on my toes turned out looking like a blob of black paint. Don’t waste your time and money this place is absolutely the most terrible nail salon I have ever been too!!!!!

Got a regular pedicure. Nails chipped within hours and they did not remove all of the dead skin on my feet. Also made me bleed. The tools they used werent sterile and had been previously used. Overpriced and not worth it. Do not recommend.
