I visited this nail spa for the first time yesterday to treat my grandmother for her 79th birthday and it was one of the most welcoming, accommodating and professional experiences ever! Not only was the owner (Tiffany) and the staff (especially Mai) so friendly, but our manicures and pedicures were done with care and came out perfect! I was highly impressed and both my grandmother & I had such a wonderful time. We vowed to be forever customers! I am very picky and I can tell you that this is one of… if not…THE BEST nail spa in Greer! I will definitely be recommending it to everyone. If you’re looking for a a comfortable vibe, friendly staff and high quality work try this place out for sure. You will absolutely not regret it. I have been getting my nails done here for 4 or 5 months now, and Im always happy with my experience. The salon is clean and does not smell of acetone, the service is friendly and prompt (Ive never had to wait more than ~10 minutes), and they always do a great job. I get dip manicures, and they easily last 4 weeks (unless I jam my fingers causing them to crack), by which point my nails have usually grown enough that its time to redo. They have a wide range of colors available to suit whatever mood or need I have. They also have a rewards punch-card, which gives $10 off on the 6th visit. I will keep coming back!

I have been using the services of Lavish nails for about 1 1/2 years. As a former nurse I am very particular about cleanliness. This salon meets with my seal of approval. The last two times Dwhite has been my technician. Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Doesn’t rush, very particular, and takes pride in what he does. My pedicures have lasted much longer than usual.As a side - enjoyed the conversation. I will definitely be back.

Not a fan. I went in to have my nail tips removed. I wanted them soaked off they wanted to peal them. She filed my healthy nails down so bad. Then they didnt have a protein nail polish to help with the nail damage. There is a guy in there that is amazing. I watched him hand paint this lady nails to perfection. I mean like the old airbrush machines.

Lavish is my go to nail place. They are great and creative with my constant demand for something different! Jimmy is amazing with ombré design. My nails always last 3 weeks!

Made an appointment at 5:15, didnt get seated until 5:44, meanwhile WALK IN APPOINTMENT  came in and was seated at the same time... Her technician went straight to work meanwhile my technician stopped and took 2 phone calls and proceeded to chit chat. By the time she decided to actually acknowledge me try to have a rapport with me, I simply asked her can she just do the pedicure.  My mom and I used to come and always had good experiences,  needless to say I will never spend another dime in this place.  Dont bother making an appointment,  you get better service when you look different and just WALK IN...

I scheduled an appointment at 11:30, they took me early, did not rush, was patient with my color decision, and had a lower cost than I expected! My nails (gel acrylic, med-long) usually cost about $65-70 but here they only cost me $45!! I sadly don’t remember the name of my nail technician but he was outstanding!

Very clean place and lots of kind people. Lily did my nails and she did an amazing job!! She listened to every request and made my nails and toes look beautiful!! I will definitely go back to see Lily. AMAZING!!

I made an appointment on their website and called two days later to confirm the appointment. The appointment was for a late birthday gift for my mom, and we were looking forward to our first visit after the pandemic hit. (our last visit was in March 2020). The person who answered my call confirmed that the appointment was in place, confirmed the time and confirmed that I would only need to provide my name and phone number. When we arrived, though, we were informed that no such appointment was on the books and that we must have made the appointment at one of their other locations. I checked my email confirmation and phone records, and it was, in fact, THIS LOCATION that I made the appointment with. Im not sure what else I could have done to confirm the appointment and make sure the visit went smoothly for everyone involved, so we will have to find somewhere else.

Lavish is clean and professional, but I am very disappointed with the product. I got a simple dip manicure and left pleased. Within 24 hours I needed to go back to get a nail fixed because it had chipped. The salon fixed the nail with no problem. After a week with the nails two more have chipped, over half are cracked, and the top coat polish is dull and breaking away. Extremely disappointed.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 1:30 p.m. They seemed thrown off and prepared for my arrival. There was a woman who had a 1:00 p.m. who yelled very rudely because they were preparing to take me back. I can’t blame her for being upset, but it was quite embarrassing because she acted as if I was supposed to know that her appointment was before mine. I almost went off on some people.

Lele is amazing!!! She was so nice I came in wanting a French manicure with neon tips and they turned out amazing. She would wipe the tips off to redo them to make them perfect which I really appreciated I will be going back to her.

I just moved to the area and it was my first time going to Lavish Nails. The business was recommended to me by a server at Rick Erwins. She gave Lavish Nails a really good recommendation. She did not steer me wrong.Lisa, my nail tech was awesome I had a pedicure and a fill. Lisa was very professional, gentle, and did a great job. Edit: Went in the following day with an appointment with the owner. He fixed my nails and the experience was much better and my nails are perfect now. —Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Nail tech was terrible. Could not communicate or understand what I was asking for. My nails look terrible, very uneven, lumpy, extremely thin, and jagged. She also aggressively dug underneath my nail and made me bleed. I tried to pull away because it hurt and she was reluctant to let my hand go. I faint very easily at the sight of my own blood and she could not understand me. Someone else should have taken over my nails at that point but they didn’t. Very upset and unhappy with my nails but needed to get out of that place because I was so upset with the entire experience. I came in with acrylics and wanted them removed and a new set put on. I should have just had her stop and gone elsewhere once I realized she was not listening to my requests. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and hope they’d turn out even half ways decent... but no, several places on my nails are even unpolished... just overall a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

The service is great. Jimmy is amazing & I truly recommend him to everyone. The only thing I absolutely do not like is during paying...the receptionist automatically assumes youre tipping. This makes me not want to tip. I do it anyways but the way he mentions it really makes me not want to.

Lavish Nails is truly a beautiful place and has a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff is nice and will try to help with as many problems that you have with your nails.

My appointment was made via my cell phone. However, even though Theycepted accepted my appointment, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment time, they refused to honor my appointment. They stated that they did not confirm my appt. I am a male and have patronized their salon before. I feel they did not want ny business! I am a diabetic and require occasional pedicures too keep my feet healthy.

By far the worst nail experience. An older man did my nails. He asked if I wanted ombre and I said yes. Started off grey and white. But it turned out mostly grey. I hated it. So he tries to cover it up with pink. It made it super thick. So I asked him to take them completely off and start over. At this point Im already upset and Im just trying to get my nails done. This salon was highly suggested...they have great nail tech there just not the one that I had. By this point Im just choosing 2 colors just to be done. Well I choose 2 shades of green. And my nails turned out TERRIBLE! None of them are the same length nor coffin shape. I wish I had a pic of my hands side by side. They were lumpy. On top of all of that....he charged me full price. I paid just to be done...Ill never return here. Ever ill drive the extra 25 mins to go to my normal salon. Lesson learned.

First time coming here living in a new area! They were very professional, tedious, and i had great service! My pedicure service was the best I’ve ever had and this will be my new spa place to attend! Glad I found something on the first try!

Stopped by on my birthday to get my nails done. My pedicure was fine, just a bit overpriced. I got a full set of nails and as my nail tech began prepping my nails he cut my pinky and laughed it off saying oops. I should have stopped her and gone elsewhere to get my nails done but decided to stay. He was extremely rough and aggressive when doing my nails and kept telling me to relax. How can you expect someone to relax after being cut? I stayed and paid full price but will never return. I should have said something but after the horrible experience I just wanted to leave. My nails are not the best either.Don’t come here

My friend and I came here for a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was great and my friends nails were okay. Some of her nails are ridiculously thick and they drilled her skin. For the most part her shape is okay. The lady didn’t seem to care too much about doing her nails and when they were finished she didn’t say anything to my friend and just left.

We love to get our nails done here. Besides being very convenient for us, they always do a terrific job and have a huge variety of colors.As a nurse, my nails must not be artificial and must be short and neat, with no chipping. Took my 96 year old father in law for a manicure and pedicure. They were fantastic with him. I made an appointment so he didn’t have to wait. The nail tech Lily was very kind, did an excellent job and took her time.We will go back there again every month for sure.

Delightful experience. The staff was polite and helpful. The place appeared to be clean and they use the plastic caps for the pedicure bowls. Im ticklish, and the lady was patient and did a great job. I got gel polish; she was careful, not to let it puddle up by my cuticles. The pedicure chairs are a little too big for me, other than that great place.

Daisy is my nail technician and she is very sweet and thoughtful, as well as professional, all the while she provides excellent manicures and pedicures. I booked 2 appointments for myself and sister. This was our second time here for pedis. This time we chose mani & pedi IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! My pedi was ok and that is the only thing. My sister had the worst of it her hands and toes look like a child did them, and she had to explain to the guy 3 times the color was wrong before he started. Then the guy said he forgot what manicure and service she had wanted. The person checking us in laughed about it. I came out with cut on my finger because of the nail file. my nails are awful looking and not to mention how sore they are. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

I wish I could give this a zero star. Do not go to Tiffany. My nails have never looked so bad, even after I had her REDO some of them. I’ve been growing my nails out for about three months and now after she has done them they are all breaking, because of the way she decided to file. She came right in from outside, didn’t wash her hands and started on my nails. She also got on her phone while she was painting my nails. Very unprofessional to me. Don’t waste your time and money. I will never go back.

This is a pretty typical nail salon: the facilities were nice and they had lots of gel and dip polish colors available. I received a gel manicure and noticed that my polish has a few bubbles. I also thought the massage/pampering portion was a bit rushed in order to accommodate waiting customers. Overall, it’s a fine spot but not spectacular.

Immediately helped when I walked in the door. I got the deluxe pedicure that came with a lavender sugar scrub, hot rock massage, and a hot towel finish ($38). The only negative was I felt rushed to pick out a nail color and sit in the pedicure chair, but I will definitely be returning.

I’ve had everything done here from manicure to pedicure and even eyebrow waxing. Finally I have a place to call “my” salon.I love acrylic and my “claws”. Daisy is hands down the most gentle tech I’ve ever worked with at any salon (especially when it comes to the dreaded removal of said claws)Tiffany and Amy do my eyebrows and are phenomenal!! They take the time to make sure it’s done properly and to my liking.

I got the best pedicure here by Amy Tran! She was amazing. She took her time with my feet and made sure I was comfortable. She is most definitely my go to person here! Great atmosphere and friendly. I most definitely will try other services here.

Actually went to get my eyebrows done since I was fed up with Faustine Nails terrible service and wait times. It was great, the wait wasn’t bad, I went around noon. The lady did my eyes brows and when she saw that I wasn’t completely sold she shut the door and worked on them again and I love the turn out. The atmosphere is nice and clean, the wax room was a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

I had the deluxe pedicure and dip-powder nails done. My tech did a thorough job and Im pleased with the outcome. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars was because she nicked me a few times which hurt. It wont prevent me from going back again though.

Clean, organized, and overall nice salon. The staff are always friendly and offer you something to drink while you get your nails/toes etc done. I have never been to a salon with complimentary beverages nor I have I been to one that offers such a large variety of colors. The owner is very nice and she is all a out helping her staff. My daughter have been there 3 times now and we will return again.

Prompt attention is always appreciated & here one gets it. Quality results are just the norm at this salon. My wife gets her girlie fingers & toes pampered and the foot massage I receive after a pedicure makes me smile. We are now regulars.

The place is very nice and the people are too. I like my pedicure, but I had a dip manicure and it was the worst I’ve had. I got it done on January 10th and had to go have another one on January 29th. 1 nail had come completely off, while 3 others were chipping off at the tips. This shouldn’t happen with the dip. I’d return for a pedicure, but will never have my nails done here again. Too expensive too have it chipping and a nail come off in 19 days

The salon itself is clean and nice but my wife said she did gel nails here and paid a good price and after a week, the gel was coming off. She hasnt done anything with chemicals or any sort, she didnt expect an expensive manicure for gel to come off so quickly.

This salon is near my home, so l took a chance. Had a wonderful experience, my nails were a hot mess, and Lee made them beautiful once again. I will be coming back here! Everyone is delightful 😉

Nice salon and friendly staff. I like that I was able to make an appointment and they were ready when I got there. Downside was that my gel manicure only took about 20 minutes and was a little less well done than most other places. She rushed on my cuticles and on the number of coats of polish. It only lasted about a week before peeling off at the edges. Not the kind of quality I’m looking for from a $35 manicure.

Went in on a Sunday since my favorite nail place was closed. Got a fresh set of acrylics and they were absolutely terrible. Lifted before I even left the salon and were flat and painful. Only reason I would even give them one star instead of saying none was because the man told me my nails would last at least two weeks, which they did, however, they were very painful. Especially frustrating since I told the nail tech I was unhappy from the beginning. Thank god for Fabulous Nails and Spa on Pelham Rd for fixing all the trauma Lavish Nails caused my nails.

Took my daughter there for her 30th birthday for a mani and pedi. She had a little bit older technician and had a wonderful experience. I had a younger technician who seem to be very distracted and other things that she would rather be doing. She completely stopped the hand massage during the mani becauses was watching TV and even though she was still holding my hand, wasnt doing anything and shes totally distracted. My nails are chipping one day after the manicure and I havent worked or done anything to cause the chipping very disappointed for the price.I will be back but I will be finding out the other technicians name and requesting her I dont want the young chick again .

Probably one of the worst salons I’ve ever been to. My nails were crooked and uneven in length even after I requested the nail tech to fix some of them. Moreover, it was probably one of the most painful fill-ins, too, after she shoved the drill underneath my nail. My fingers burned like high hell when she used the alcohol to clean my nails at the end.The nail techs were nice, and I know they did their best, but I will not be returning.

This was my first time here as a friend referred me. Lovely shop. Very clean. Calm atmosphere. Not pushy with up sale. My nail tech was friendly and accommodating. MY toes look amazing as I purchased the deluxe pedicure which included a hot stone massage. OHHHHH MY!! DEVINE! I am sold and will be returning for all my nail needs!! Highly recommended!!

Had my nails done in dip powder last week. All of the clear top coat had peeled off of my nails, some of my nails didn’t even get the powder all the way down the sides, and several are already peeling loose from the tips of my nails. Very disappointed with the quality!

Good, not great but good. This place is a far improvement from the last nail place that was there. That being said, I had a couple of issues:1. The boy who works the front desk is distracted and on his phone constantly. He didn’t hear me say I wanted a mani and pedi. Twice. So when my tech was done with my nails, she was SUPER confused when I mentioned my pedicure. She was happy to do it, but I could tell that it certainly wasn’t planned for.2. When the boy at the front went to grab a tech to work on me, the tech was on her phone and seemed super annoyed that she had a client. Thus, I was passed along to a different tech (who was much nicer).Place is sparkling clean with new paint, decor, pedi chairs...you name it, they remodeled it (which is great because the previous place was a train wreck).I think this place is mostly great with the exception of the front desk clerk and the tech who was annoyed. I’m not sure what the obsession is with being on your cell phone 24/7 when you’re at work, but it is what it is.I DID meet the owner, Tiffany (I think this is her name?) at one point (not this trip) and she was super super nice. She was absent this time though and I suspect that this is why the staffing situation wasn’t great.I think things would improve if the staff would get off their phones. I’ll definitely return because the service was good otherwise and the location is extremely convenient. I did notice that they had pedicure chairs for kids, which is also a plus.

3 out of 10 of my nails we’re crooked. I asked her to fix them and she fixed one. I asked for a coffin shape and the corners are rounded, she also painted over my cuticles and gave me very little time to pick my color. I will not be visiting this salon again and I suggest you do the same.
