I used to LOVE going here. I went here faithfully every two weeks for over a year . The owner now likes to change the price at any given moment depending on his mood. Sign says one thing then he will wait till he’s done to charge you ten more dollars out of no where. I won’t be back I found a new salon with professional techs . Also no surprise pricing at the end ! Good riddance

They have completely new owners and while I was hesitant about it first, I loved it. Theyre really nice and the young girl that did my nails was extremely cheerful and friendly. SHE DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB 💜

I was visiting from Florida and my daughter and I went here for a pedicures. My daughter got a GREAT pedicure, while I got the worst pedicure Ive ever had. They started on both of us at the same time, but my daughters took almost twice the time that mine did. My nail polish job looked like the ones my granddaughter gives me thick and clumpy. Even though I set under the us lights twice as long as my daughter mine looked as though Id put my shoes on while the polish was wet when we got home. My daughters was perfect. 🤔😜

One star, first they wouldn’t tell me if they had a close color to the picture I wanted. Wouldn’t even look at the picture in fact. Secondly the guy cut my finger twice, held my hand super hard & couldn’t shape coffin tip, once I finally finished I told them they were not coffin tip and to fix them they refused and since I done paid I just walked out at that point. Because when I did say something they lady wants to get an attitude Bc her husband can’t do nails. I will not be back . And do not recommend this place. Wait until Monday when the good shops are open.

I have always had nothing but good experiences with Lee and Kathy. They are sweet, understanding and we have great conversations. They do a great job but they are running a business too. People who dont get everything their way need to wait and chill before posting a negative report.

I love this place, they have a good system and GREAT prices. Everyone there was nice and funny. It didn’t take that long either. Overall really happy.

I left my wallet at Nail n Spa with $300 cash and about 20 credit/debit card, social security, ID, ext. The owners found it and returned it with everything in it. Not many people would do that. They are very honest and excellent at what they do. They have me for life as a customer.

First time at location..VERY clean, great personalities aiming to plz. I have difficult foot issue they took great care n I left looking Great! Had Mani/Pedi done..they have AWESOME PRICING!! I finally found a spot for good service n convenience.

WORST PLACE EVER! I was treated so rudely and disrespectful I can cry! I am here for the third time. The first time was great which prompted me to come back. The second time was Eh..this time LEE was to do my pedicure. As soon as I put my feet in the water, he wanted one if my feet. I then asked him politely if I could soak my feet for a few minutes. He then got pissed and went on a tirade about how busy they are,..only me and another lady were there., and if I wanted that experience I need to go somewhere else! After 5 minutes of him going off, by the way, my feet were still soaking the few minutes I asked him for thet he said he couldnt do.. ] he then told Kathy, the other worker there, to do my feet.. Ive upset him! I upset him?!! He just basically threw me out because I wanted to soak my feet for a few minutes, which is normal practice! Kathy just smiled and apologized half hearted and continued her manicure.Not professional at all! I thought they were nice people. NOT TRUE! Buddhism huh? You two are Fakes and Liars!

Love love love this place, I have been a customer here now for about 5 years and the owners Kathy and Le are amazing! You will not find any salon that is more one on one with their customers than they are. They both are so detailed you will never walk out of the salon unhappy!!!!

Lee used to be the owner and he was great! I always had a great experience! The new owner and employees are terrible! The owner raised the prices after we had our nails done. The nail tech didn’t know how to put on acrylics, when she messed up on my nieces she ripped it off after gluing it on and then threw it on the floor. The pedicure was awful!! So many places on my toes were missed, there was no massage, and she seemed to lack basic knowledge of cuticle care. I will never return.

I love Tanya she did my pedicure my 1st ever. The 2 people that did my nails cut me and made me nervous. But I plan on going back.

Very clean, professional & relaxing. My wife & I both got manicures and pedicures. We were the first customers of the day. We will be back again when were in town.

After going in for a pedicure and gel manicure, I would NOT recommend this place to others. The massage chairs were squeaky and noisy, didnt hardly work, and the foot pad was also squeaky and felt like it was going to fall off every time I moved my feet. My gel manicure looked good for 2 days, but day 3 the color started to fade leaving it looking awful by day 4. My pretty light pink polish turned to a yellowed nude color- not a pretty one to have stuck to your nails with gel polish.

Long wait at times but great service 👍
