They are very confusing!I paid 25 for my 3 year old pedicure which was ok but when I ask two people what was my total they both said $5 I even repeated you said $5 for my daughter and they both said yes and held up 5 fingers so I paid him $7 but when I went to get my nails done she told me my nails would be $55 after showing the picture i agreed with that then she said I need to pay for my daughter I said I did they spoke their little language and then came to I owe them more money...I paid 47 for my pedicure which was nice and I enjoyed it and 55 for the acrylic set I ask for but its not what I wanted I showed a picture of what I wanted and what I got is not even close to what I wanted I got so aggravated I paid my money they requested an left NEVER AGAIN

Great customer service that cares what YOU want and not what they wanna sale. I got there at 5:45pm and didnt get out of there until 735pm and they close at 7pm. They didnt make me feel like an inconvenience but made sure they took their time and really got done with everything i wanted. Definitely support them

This is a really good place to get a pedicure. The manicure was quick and I got ombré French dip powder. You can tell power was used as it is grainy but over all it was well done!

I think her name was D. She did an amazing job. My nails look so great. Im definitely going back to her from now on. :)

Went into nail salon no one was inside but I assume Linda. 1. She did not acknowledge that I entered the store! 2. I asked if she could do a manicure, pedicure, and wax my eyebrows. She refused to do anything saying she had an appointment. Out of curiosity I decided to see if any customer showed up for 30 min in the parking lot and not 1 soul showed up. 3. I see alot of good reviews about this salon which is what made me stop by but its clear that my kind is NOT welcome!

They always do a great job on my nails and eyebrows. Prices are affordable.

Never have I got my nails done and been embarrassed for someone to look at them. and this is after she fixed them 3x and some of my nails are so sore I cant touch anything with them

Absolutely my favorite nail salon! My pedicures, full sets, fill ins and eyebrows are all done here! Linda always keeps me looking fresh and I recommend this place to ALL of my friends. Worth the wait times on busy days!

We were greeted with poor customer service and were disregarded after asking a question and before getting the pedicures we visited for. I dont like rude employers and decided to leave. We asked for a towel to dry off our feet and the head female tech rolled her eyes and talked about us out loud in another language to the other tech present. Neither of them cared about us as customers so they didnt deserve anymore of our time or money.I dont recommend.

Staff was extremely unpleasant. Took my 5 year old daughter there to get her nails done for her birthday. Simply asked what the wait was expected to be and the younger lady rudely responded “we only have 3 people working right now and it’s extremely busy.” Their customer skills are lacking. Walmart is honestly provides a more welcoming environment.Edit to response: The comment on the wait time was definitely not worded in that manner. Had it been stated in the way you claim, I would not have been upset at all. Manipulating your response to paint you in the right, despite it being inaccurate, shows the true character of you and your employees.Response: Those may have been the words but would you be willing to share the video on google to reveal how your employees truly respond to customers? This was not communicated in a manner that suggested you valued my time but that me inquiring was a nuisance. I am not expecting an apology because it is clear your goal is to prove me wrong, I just want people searching for a nail salon to not be surprised when they are looking for a place with great customer service.

We have been there several times but will not be back. We always call ahead and they say they can take us but when we get there, but instead others come in behind us and are taken right away. You cant make an appointment so I do not understand. Even when we stated we have only x amount of times, they say they can then we just wait for a long long time. They do a good job if you can wait for them, except the man he is not any good imo.

There was no wait when my friend and I came in so it was nice to just walk in and get served. However, an older lady did my nails and was very nice, but answered the phone twice while doing my nails and had to stop what she was doing to talk. I asked for coffin nails and most of my nails, the tips, are diagonal, and the sides are lopsided. The nail technician did not bring the acrylic powder all the way down to my cuticles so it looks like I got my nails done a week ago rather than yesterday. And when the nail technician painted over my pinky nail, a hair got stuck in the nail and now it looks bad. She also did my pinky nail and ring finger extremely thick but only on one side of the nail so it looks awkward. The place is nice looking and clean, and the people are very nice. However, both me and my friend are not happy with our $40 nails

Me and my sister went to get our nails done this past sunday and i haven’t even had my nails done a week and they’re just popping off. Mind you, i haven’t hit them or haven’t been biting them and usually my acrylics last 2 /12 - 3 weeks. Three nails have popped off in the past two days and I went back in the salon to complain and the girl that did my nails claimed she wasn’t there that day and said it had been two weeks when it hasn’t even been one week. I won’t be returning.

I urgently needed my nails done and all the other shops were open except Nails by Linda. You don’t find any nail shops open hardly. I am so glad I stopped by bc they were the best I have had! She got me in and out in a timely matter and I haven’t stopped receiving compliments on them. She did an acrylic ombré French nail. I am so in love and 100% recommend this nail shop! Exceptional service.

The ladies were very nice but my French manicure had rough edges/ crooked lines and my hands had a good bit of nail polish on them and grit under the nails. They charge the same price as everyone else but it didn’t really meet my standards.

My regular nail person is on maternity leave and I desperately needed a manicure.I blindly chose Nails by Linda because it was convenient on my route.Not only did I have a disappointing manicure with gel polish, but when Iwent to pay, I was aghast that I was charged $45!!!!!I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 20 years and I NEVER, EVER was charged more than $30.I will NEVER EVER again visit this establishment again.And,I advise you dont either if you dont want to get ripped off!Responding to comment:First of all, there was no soak off!The technition uses a drill to take of polish. Second., I dont feel I had a true manicure as I have had at other salons.Third I did not have tips put onFourth when I got home there was polish all around my nail beds and fingers that I had to remove with mail polish remover.A terrible experience

Very nice staff. The only issues I had where that the nails; didn’t look natural and they were very thick. Also it wasn’t very family friendly atmosphere it was very inappropriate talk they where taking about the incident that took place a couple of months ago and a women that was sitting beside me told me to cover my ears although she didn’t say it. Also a couple of the nail technicians said some things that were not appropriate at all. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to here bad things or children. My overall experience at Nails by Linda was okay that’s why I rate it 3 out of 5.

Im new to South Carolina,an I was looking for a place to start going to get my nails done,an Praying that it was done right too, because Ive been going to the same nail shop in Jersey for 16 years,an finding a good shop and Nail technician is not easy,but by the grace, I seen Nails By Linda, They took walk-ins,an i must say I was very pleased,great place,nice people,an last but not least I left with BEAUTIFUL NAIL!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE MAKING THIS MY NEW PLACE OF NAILS, since Im no longer in Jersey anyway..

Unfortunately they do not know how to run a business. Got there when they opened still waited 39 minutes before they started my pedicure. Then was waiting for a manicure and after an hour I decided not to wait any longer. I paid what I owed and left and went somewhere else. They need to hire more help. One person was doing manicures with 5 people lined up and the same with the pedicures. Both emoyees were rushing through all of their clients.People continued to wait not sure why . Its not the only game in town. A very poor experience for my first time there and will not return.

She don’t care what she says to her customers( In a bad way). Rushes her employees, taking the polish out their hands to get to the next customer toes. Telling people how bad their feet look.

I have been going to this facility for well over a year now. Ever since this corona/covid whatever you wanna call it, I have been in there at least 2x a month and NEVER have I ever been asked to put on a mask. I have been in there and no one else wearing them properly. ANYWAY, I went in yesterday to get a fill in and my daughter her nails done, now mind you we have been in there ALOT so they do know us, well LINDA who was very rude kept asking about a mask. YES I did have one, but we do not wear them because of medical conditions. She kept saying we had to wear one, which I know for a fact we DO NOT!!!! so we walked out and I can guarantee you that neither one of us will ever go back! I will go somewhere else where its more friendly.

First of all Linda (I heard people call you by name several times), you were the one who done my pedicure, 2nd I was one of the fivePeople who was in the door when you opened at 1:00pm on Sunday and I don’t expect to cut in front of any one person. 3rd you must be color blind because i picked out a pink with sparkles and you painted my toes a dark burgundy with gold/green sparkles.... my toes look like a Christmas ornament! 😡 I told you twice that wasn’t the correct color! My first time in greenwood, just visiting for the weekend! I look up nail salons near me and Nails by Linda had the best reviews. I walk in and who I’m assuming is the owner doesn’t speak when I walk in, I walk up to her, tell her what I need and she says pick your color. 3 minutes later a REGULAR walks in and immediately gets seated and serviced! You might say “well maybe she had an appointment”, yeah I thought that too! But no, because I asked! The discomfort on my face said it all, so they tell me to sit at the station and someone will come service me! WHO????? When she’s finished? Horrible customer service!!!!

The owner was rude, I didn’t get the correct nail polish and even told her that wasn’t the right color I had chosen.... sat waited for over an hour in the chair with my feet in the water for over an hour before anyone touched my feet! Definitely needs more staff for busy days!

I went to the shop yesterday after not having my nails done for years. I left a little bummed and unsatisfied with the color, shortly my design was peeling off. I went back tonight and Gia fixed them for fee and did an amazing job! I am engagement picture ready! YAY!

My first time at Nails by Linda, it wasn’t completely horrible, but it definitely wasn’t worth $55. They only have 3 workers, and they kept getting busier and busier. They worked on my nails in parts, for example- do a little, then move onto someone else and do a little for them, and then come back to me and so forth. I got there at 12:30 and didn’t leave until 2:45. Keep in mind, I only wanted my natural nails dipped. I understand they were trying to help as many people as possible, but they definitely need more workers. I feel like my nails could have looked a lot better if it was just one person focusing on me the whole time. So, nah I personally won’t be going here again.

I arrived at 2:05 pm, was seated immediately and then was ignored for 40 minutes while my feet soaked. They completed my pedicure, and then had me soak my hands for 20 min and peel off my own dip polish. After it’s all said and done, I am leaving and it’s 4:58 pm and I was charged $80- ridiculous for the worst looking manicure I’ve ever had. My nail shapes don’t even match each other. Never coming back.Edit: I think it’s particularly interesting that the salon doesn’t even take ownership for their poor service and responds to all bad reviews by defending itself and denying all issues presented by these reviews. Pathetic.

I went when they first opened and the service was great, I even recommended others to go to them.But when I went Tuesday February27,2018 they were VERY SLOW I wait like a hour and 30 minutes for a pedicure.They looked all over me 😂they act like I wasn’t even waiting ....one of the worker even had the audacity to tell me “I haven’t had lunch all day you’re gonna have to wait” then I waited and waited and they kept putting people in front of me ....I WILL NEVER BE BACK

Relaxing atmosphere but long wait pedicure water got cold twice before we actually got our pedicure and by the time we left and got home noticed a couple toes were half painted. Nice people but check your toes twice before leaving.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I paid for a full gel polish experience. Left without getting my cuticles pushed back, with polish all over my fingers and cuticles, my nails were filed incorrectly and all have sharp edges and all are different shapes and lengths, the sticky layer was not properly removed and to top it all off the nail tech left acetone on my nails for 30 minutes and had I not removed it myself, it would have been on there for longer. For those who do not know, 15 minutes is standard, more time and you’ll damage the nails, which is what happened in my case at this location. The nail tech was very adamant to get me out of there quickly and did not even fully remove my previous nail polish. I chose this location based on the reviews and had I not been forced to leave one star I would’ve rated less. This place not only lacks hygiene but it lacks customer service. I urge you choose another location if the overall health of your nails is a priority to you.

This was my first time visiting and I went because all the reviews the shop has and despite of the wait time about 3 hours for 2 full sets and 1 pedicure...the wait was totally worth it!! I usually go to Diamond Nails but I think I found a new shop 🙈🙊...Thanks Linda & Lee..i be seeing yall again soon 😘😘
