The employees were very friendly and kind, and the experience was amazing.Their message chairs did wonders for the knots in my back. I literally about fell asleep in the chair..And the deluxe pedicure (45$) I got made my feet feel clean and comfy. It will probably be the only thing I get, it felt wonderful.I cant recommend it enough!!

I have gone there about 6 times now and am very pleased with my nails . I need to go back for a fill and gel polish. I had even bought a gift certificate for me daughter and she went in and brought my 6 year old granddaughter and she was very pleased with her nails and my granddaughters nails were adorable. Prices are going up every where and I don’t mind paying for quality work and I will continue to go back!

I’m not the one to complain about places... however with that being said, I paid $45 for this set and I’m very disappointed. I’ve been thinking long and hard about making this review because I’ve been getting others opinions thinking I was grading them too harshly. I’ve gotten way too many people thinking my exact thoughts so I had to share. First, the place was dirty, nail clipping everywhere on the floor not cleaned up. The workstation itself that I sat at was a mess, things thrown everywhere. I waited about 20 min to get seated which isn’t a problem to me however when I got my nails done, one thumb was shorter than all other nails and instead of taking it off and redoing that one after she cut it, she just cut the other thumb to match it. On top of that, I asked for a square shape and it seemed like she just kept putting as much acrylic powder/whatever it is on it. My nails look “puffy” and not at all like I’ve ever previously had done. This set was probably worth $10-$15 but I paid $45 which is ridiculous for the outcome. I don’t recommend this place and instead recommend other places that know what they’re doing.

My friend got nails here and they are hideous. not only hideous but expensive. please do not ever go here unless you hate yourself. they ran out of acrylic and did a very messy paint job on her and still charged her normally.

Ok, so I tried really hard to be happy with my nails because it has been over a year since I have had acrylics done but 1st they didnt get the color right, 2nd didnt want to do rounded shape and tried to convince me to do rounded square shape, 3rd massive gaps between cuticle and nails. Dont waste your money here. So disappointing.

All the Nails Tech do an amazing job. They take their time to make sure that you leave satisfied. They are also very polite and nice.

Quick to get us to a seat, but took forever to get the our nails done. And it was more expensive. I got a fill and they didn’t get my old polish off all the way. My cousin wanted 2 letters on one hand and the lady just scribbled them on there. They looked like my 4 year old wrote it on there. Not the quality I paid for.

Tina was a great person with a great personality. Was very helpful and made suggestions on products and helpful advice on things that will be helpful in my daily routine that I didnt know for keeping my Manicure/pedicure better maintained. They were very welcoming to male clients👍

When getting my nails done with a friend, the lady did both our nails at the same time. The lady took forever and cut my skin several times using the drilling device. She even made me bleed using a nail file. Would not go again!

I have never felt so compelled to write a review in my life but felt it was more than necessary! I took my 4yo there just to get a quick nail paint and when we walked in, it stuck like stale smoke of some sort but I thought Id give it a chance. We sit down and the lady was SO rude with her demands of my daughter keeping her jacket on (which I get) but there is a way to deliver it. Then she says rude when adjusting the chair to the point where I actually said, is there anything else you need us to do?And of course my 4yo doesnt know better but she just starts designing her nails without even asking! And Im sure she did it for the extra price! My daughter loves the design so Im trying to stay calm. Then at time to pay of course is was more because of the design and I replied with I figured you would say that and I go to hand her my card and she asks if I have check or cash? I say no. She rings me out and then stands over me holding my card waiting for me to write in a tip. I ask for my card and tell her Ill sign it before I leave. She literally stares me down until I do and then immediately walks over to get the recipient!! Felt so uncomfortable!!!! Another mother/daughter came in while we were in midst of my daughters unsolicited nail design and they had the same look I did and walked out. I envied them and wished I had done the same. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon in my life! Would not ever go again or recommend it to anyone!!!

Obviously the lady that did my nails did not know what she was doing, I kept telling lettle things I was noticing and didn’t agree with but she kept saying I’m not done. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here and I’m for sure never going back.

I have never posted a review on anyones website before but, the way I was treated here I felt it necessary. I made an appointment with them to get my acrylic nails painted. Waited over an hour after my appointment. I asked the lady who was doing my nails if I needed to fill she said that I did, so I said OK lets do that. She accepted but as we were getting started, the lady running the place came over yelling at me in front of everyone saying no you only asked for a color you can only get a color. Shocked I was like I waited here for over an hour and she said she could do it for me. She continued to yell at me in front of the other customers. I said fine I will have them colored. The lady didnt even remove all of the polish off of my nails, they were unevenly filed, and shaped. I told her that and she proceeded to tell me to wash my hands and ignored it. They wanted me to pay before the polish. I was using a Visa gift card for part of the payment and the rest cash. The card only had some money left on it. They ran the card for the full amount which was not the amount I had on the visa card. Which I had already told her the correct amount on the card which she did not process for or listen to me. She rudely told me my card was declined and that I could sit and wait. They did this in front of all their other clients. They were very rude, unprofessional, untimely, and the filing they did do on my nails looked awful. I do not suggest this place to anyone I give it zero stars.

I was in desperate need of a pedicure and some relaxing me time and this place delivered! Great pedicure, very thorough, nice gentleman technician and amazing prices to top it off. He did so good im coming back for a fill and manicure tomorrow. Truly great service, up to date and nice equiptment, fantastic hours and wonderful staff! I cannot say enough good things about this place. There are a lot of choices for where to get your nails/toes done, Im glad I found this place!

VERY OVERPRICED for the service that I received. I have been going there for years & suddenly prices increased approximately 45%?!? (New set acrylic nails). This is ridiculous, and I was totally unaware until I paid the bill. I called later to confirm that I had been charged the correct amount. YES was the answer. NO will I be going back. BTW, I contacted a couple of competitors. They did not have similar price increases!!

I told the lady how short to cut my acrylics and by the time she got done fialing them they were way to short when she got the drill on my nail she cut my skin so bad it would not stop bleeding and then when I got done she wouldnt let me go out of the store without tipping do not go here

I dont usually do reviews however I felt this was needed. I got shellac the last time I was there. It only lasted 3 DAYS. My mom went with me as well and hers come off within a week. As well as I was told my total would be $40 for me and my mom. When I went to pay they told me it was $55. Throughout the whole process I was switched from worker to worker. Not a good place definitely dont recommend it.

The technician (I’m not sure what her name is)was cutting my cuticles then held out her finger to show she had bad cuticles. She proceeded to cut her cuticle then continue to cut mine. I wanted to throw up and leave immediately. Very unsanitary! My nails look just ok no true complaints on how they look but I’ve had better. It’s safe to say I’ll never go back!

Was clean place but they messed up my toe nails gel nail polish already coming off only been a week and my big toe is infected I called and they wont do nothing about it

Mani (gel) and pedi were one of the better that Ive had from nail salons in this area. Just an FYI, they prefer cash and checks as payment, and do not like you paying with a card due to the transaction fees theyre charged.

First time I went in “walk in”, Kim gave great quick service and my nails looked amazing (5 star)so I made an appointment for the fill specifically with Kim. Got there for my APPOINTMENT 2 weeks later and was told to go to the other lady in the salon, Tina. my nails look exactly how I told her that I didn’t want them to look ( thick, uneven, clumpy and....bonus, the polish and acrylic is all over my fingertips). Before she started she even said that the nails as is looked like my real nails, she really did a horrible job but kept saying how good they looked as she was doing them. She kept adjusting my legs and tapping them to the point of awkwardness that made me uncomfortable because I was up as far as I could possibly get. My fill was well over what other salons charge. She Kept trying to push services that I didn’t want on me even though I repeatedly declined due to my time constraint and schedule. Besides after the experience that I was literally having I just didn’t want anything else from them. Sadly I will not be returning because appointments mean nothing to them and the set that I walked out with are horrible. It wasn’t worth the hassle to even complain.

Wasnt very clean and the Polish on my nails was sloppy looking.

The fill looked good, but after the manicurist found that it was my first time there, she kept telling me how much better she was making my nails and that I should try gel polish, a pedicure, and waxing also. After I declined, she continued to coax me the rest of my visit. Made for an uncomfortable hour.

I had a really good experience at this nail place I really would recommend it to pure Nails was unavailable to take me when I came in but Paris Nails took me with no problem whatsoever got me done and out by the time I needed to be at work Ill definitely go back

Very unprofessional and rude. My daughter got her nails done and told her she wanted them short, tech stated this was standard length and then charged her 5$ for the length which in fact was a basic length nothing extreme. Their attitudes suck. Will not be going back

I had my nails on for 4 days and a nail already broke went back I had to pay to get it fixed and 2 days later I had 2 nails fall off. Haven’t even had the nails a week. Worse place I’ve gotten my nails done hands down, especially for paying 70$ to get them done. Plus 10$ to the first one that broke fixed.

I want to read this before going to paris nails.This is the place where I had most bad customer service ever.If you ever go there DONT go to the man who does nail.He was so rude that he literally shouted on me .I told him in the beggging that I want design on my ring finger nail and then when he was done painting and he was taking out other nail paint I told him that I want green palm tree on ring finger as I was going for vacation. He yelled on me saying that I GOT IT Lady !YOU ARE Keep telling me which I just said twice but he has limited English so I dont jbow where he was getting confused.Not only there he said you cant green palm tree on light blue nail paint and forced me to make black palm.tree...I said but blue is ocean n want green he said NO.Then another lady replaced him and made green tree.He seems under some drug or what. But tottaly insane and unsafe.I am trying look for owners contact and want to let him know that he should not be there working for women with no customer service and courtesy to talk.Big No for the man unfortunately I dont know his name.

My experience there was terrible. I went in at 1:25 p.m for a mani and a pedi they sat me at a pedi station and I sat there for 35 mins just soaking I had my client with me which I might add is disabled and handicap. The man that does the pedicures gave us dirty looks all while we were there. A couple walked in to get a couples pedicure and he preceded to do their pedicure and was over looking me. I heard him say youre paying more money so I do you first.. so thats when I said something about being there 1st and why do have to wait when Ive been here almost an hour. He ended up doing my pedicure before them but he rushed and did my pedicure didnt do a good job I watched him do an awesome job on someone else but tried to do my feet like whatever but please believe me I told him and I will not be back. I feel like he displayed prejudice against not just my client but against myself as well. I would not recommend this place to my dog or worse enemy.

My nails were very thin and bumpy like, I did not enjoy them at ALL.They fell off with*about* 1 1/2 weeks. They cut my fingers at the bottom of the nail and wasted my time . It hurt very badly, never go here. Expecially I’m 12 and they gave me dirty looks cause I was “young” . NEVER GO HERE EVER!

Had a gel manicure last night. Came back today because my nails looked like they had speed bumps at the ends. I sat with my nails soaking for an hour while they serviced everyone that walked in after me. After fixing my nails, they said I would have to pay $8.00, that it was 16.00, but they would split it with me. Will never go back!
