Went in for acrylic nails and gel polish.. he kept insisting dip powder so I agreed and paid $50 and he only had to use 5 of their nails to be same length as my other 5 real nails….my nails starting popping off the very next night.. a week later they have all popped off but 1…. Will not be going back nor recommend to anyone….

My friend went to the salon last week on a on Sunday to get her Nails Done. She said she sat in there for two hours to get her nails done but that’s wasn’t a issue.Her nails are started to fall Off in 1-3 days Absolutely bad quality and she have to pay for $55. It’s so not worth it! She went in and asked for a specific type of nail and how she wanted done they didn’t understand what she was saying and gave her just whatever. I went to a different nail salon to get the same kind of nails done for $50. I got my nails done the day before she did a different nail salon and they’re not following off like hers.They are better quality in a little bit cheaper. The man didn’t understand what she was saying.Then the lady was sleeping on her job. I will never Get my nails done here ever again!

They always do a great job! I take my Grandmother in to get Manicures and they are so kind and patient with her. I highly recommend!

I went there and ask him prices they said a pedicure was 28 my nails were 38 when I left there my pedicure was 28 my nails are 53 Ill never go back there again you dont change prices on people all your nails are long nails aint long then you walk in and they dont want nobody to leave and you can sit there for ever terrible

Watch these people. Their sign says pedicure is $30 and then they say NOTHING and charge you $40. If they actually have to scrub your feet, they charge you extra and never say a word until you look at your receipt from credit card machine. CROOKS!!

I love Kelly and Anthony. Ive been going there for years and they are very accommodating and do a very nice job. I would let any one else touch my nails. I also have to wait my turn, so dont get discouraged. They are the best and worth the wait.

They literally will stop doing your nails to go start on someone else then another person. Was getting my nails done and not even half way thru, the man went to start a woman’s pedicure.. didn’t come back to me for over 15 minutes. You’ll be here over an hour just for a fill-in. Extremely unprofessional.

Paid $50 for a full set of nails that werent gel or dip, just a regular french tip that were literally falling off in less than a week. You can go just about anywhere in Greenwood and pay around $30-$35 for better nails than that.

Awful service, dirty, charged more than told when I walked in and asked price. Very rude would never recommend.

Very rude waited a hour and still got no service...they even brought in people that just came in while we was sitting there forever...I have also heard from many people that they only take in there regulars...they are probably good but they need to take all service

Service was nice but my nails looked horrible. I got a French manicure with gel and there was way too much white, there was bubbles in my nails, and one was even cracked in the middle. Do not recommend, will not come again.

Called said come on we can see you then after arriving the male owner and his wife said you have 15 mins thats pedicure. I went ahead had done it but will not return since Cathy has left there which has been a long time she was so good with folks !!! I was longer than 15 mins of course time I had to let toenails dry .

They only take appointments, at least that’s what they say ummmm... I also think they are racist

I wanted to get my eyebrows wax i wasnt sure if they did it or not so i saw lady walking out i ask her which she had just got hers done... Well guess what they told me that they didnt do waxing eyebrows... I will never go there again!!!

Nice building. No sign in for service. All the workers seem nosy. I dislike they dont speak enough English. The worker I had seemed rude. And didnt want to listen when I specified what I wanted. A lady next to me tried to let them know the old nail polish was showing after manicure and paint were applied. They are a little pricey too. I will never go back.

I have never had a good visit here, the wait is always long (usually over 30 min), I see them constantly turn away customers because theyre busy, but there has never been more than 3 employees every time I have gone in.At my most recent (and last) visit, they did not even sanitize the nail tools being used, I was leaving and saw them just rinse off a set of nail tools in the sink and bring them to the next client.I usually had my nails done by the lady that works there, but she was busy with someone else, and this older guy did them, and it was not done properly, even after I questioned him and told him what I wanted, and since I get my nails done fairly often, I knew I was not incorrect. He did not put the top coat on my gel nails, even after I asked him twice, he claimed the sparkles was the top coat, but I had always had them put on the official top coat using a clear polish.I am not sure how they keep winning the best nail salon in greenwood, but I will not be returning.

This was my first time going to vyvy nails and I asked for a nail design and they couldnt even do it.... They were very rude to me and my friend so we left and I will never go back

Went there and was turned away, claiming to be BUSY......I ONLY SAW 1 WHITE LADY GETTING A PEDICURE AND 1 WHITE LADY LEAVING THE PLACE!!! AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO MEET ME AT THE DOOR TO TELL ME THIS!!! WOW!!! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE OR OTHERS LIKE IT!!!!

Horrible, spent $93 for 3 sets, broken nails in less than a week and they refused to fix them!! Wont ever back.

That are horrible these most doesnt like black peoples cause I went in today it was two worker and two customers present it was only me they didnt ask me what service I wanted just said we cant do you we have no time it was only 3:00 they close at 8 and was almost done with who they had this the 3rd time I will never go back to them!!!!
