Emily literally not only is one of the most upbeat and joyful stylists, she also gives the BEST shampoo and scalp massage! She really takes her time and helps you feel relaxed! The reason I come here is to escape life for a few minutes and feel a bit pampered, and Emily along with the other stylists I’ve had so that so well! Keep it up ladies!

This location is very popular, always busy and has great stylists. Check in online using the app and it will let you know in real time when your stylist is ready for you. The app lets you choose your stylist or take the first available. Danielle always does a fantastic job on my hair. I am happy that I have found her because she knows exactly how I like my haircut and I can schedule with her every time.

Checked in online and had a 75 min wait. I expected that and it worked perfect since I was coming from downtown and had errands to run in greenwood. I got to the shop and was asked if I checked in online and what my name was. 10 minutes later 3 other people had already gone back but I wrote it off thinking they were probably ahead of me. 10 minutes after that they cake back a gentleman who came in after me and didnt self check in till he got there. I ended up leaving 30-40 minutes later when I saw my e-check in had been removed and my name was not on the wait list. Very disappointed...

Took my son there for his haircut and had booked the appointment online. Had the confirmation number, was told at check in that they had no information and that they closed within the hour. Asked what they could do too help and was told that they would need to check me in right then with an hour wait time minimum. Yeah thanks but no thanks. Based on how your associates handled the situation I am extremely disappointed that you are looking into the situation.

The slob and i do mean slob that gave me the laziest nine minute haircut ever should be banned from using anything but safety scissors for arts and crafts class. Avoid this place at all costs

Always a great cut and the women in there are pleasant to be around. Jennifer cut my hair this time, but any of the stylist do a good job. If you find one that you prefer, you can have them style you every time. You have to get the the MVP! Its what really sets Sport Clips apart from the rest.

Good experience..however nowhere near a good barber. Offer at first some sort of hot towel treatment but I would be uncomfortable with that. They dont go extra mile to trim eyebrows or ear hair.

Go here and get your hair cut by Danielle! You won’t regret it. All of the girls are great, don’t get me wrong. But Danielle has been cutting my hair the most since I’ve starting going here and I’ve gotten several compliments on haircuts after I get one from Danielle. I highly recommend!

I brought my brother in law in for a haircut and the stylist was nothing but respectful and kind towards him. My brother has special needs and had not had his hair washed in a while nor his facial hair groomed. Everything was done as it normally would and she took care to accommodate his requests and needs. I would recommend this location for any man, special needs or not. Thank you for making our experience great!

This is the best sports clips I’ve been to. Never had a bad haircut in almost 2 years. (Approximately 15 hair cuts and usually first available). If you don’t check in online sometimes the wait is 30 minutes but always worth the wait. I never write reviews but today I got the best haircut probably ever from a girl named Crystal who’s only been there for about two months. Her attention to detail was beyond excellent and she was sweet as all could be. I’d love to help spread the word and help her get a bigger repeat client base. Not the quickest haircut in the world but I’ve never been happier with my hair. I was literally checking myselfout in the rear view all the way home lol. 😎 Anyways you can’t go wrong with this sports clips. Especially Crystal who did an outstanding job and earned herself a new client!

I have been going to this Sports Clips for almost 4 years and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. Although I try to get Muffy as my stylists when possible (she does a great job), Ive had others cut my hair with no problem ever and Ive had it cut from spiked look to completely shaved - Ive never had a bad haircut. If there is a down side, it is usually quite busy on the weekends, but that is just another example of what a great job they do.

Maruida was a rude and unqualified hair stylist, she was More worried about other things than cutting hair

Great service and I love the system they have where you sign in and they keep a record of how you like your hair cut and what level of service you use. The stylists are very good at what they do as well.

My sons barber wasnt available so we gave them a shot. My son is 11 and they treated him like a grown man which he loved and I appreciated. We will return.

I love going here. I have been getting my hair cut here for around 5 years now. The prices are higher then like Great Clips, but the haircut is better.

This place was great until the switched to the online check In. Since then it just takes to long to get a haircut. Its not app driven and it should be. It just doesnt work very well. It gives you a suggested time of arrival but then randomly changes once you arrive and check in. You really just never know how long its going to take. My experience has been around 2 hours from time of checkin to actually sitting in a chair to get your hair cut. Wish they would go back to walk in only or go fully appointment based.

I hadn’t had a haircut in nearly six months. Went in on Saturday morning and there was no wait! As a Purdue grad, I was hoping to transform my mop into the Matt Haarms hairdo for March Madness. I was fortunate to get AshLynn as my stylist. She was a gamer! I asked if she wanted to have fun. She was all in. I showed her the Haarms-hair and she went to work. We had fun, I had a great experience, and I got a fantastic haircut! Complete with before and after photos. Go see her!

Came to this salon alot of times. But Ill never come back. Had an embarrassing interaction with a stylist. Stay clear of this place.

Went with my boyfriend to get his haircut. The girl who cut his hair was named Brandi. She seemed like she was in a very bad mood, she didnt even introduce herself to him and seemed as if she could of cared less to do his cut properly. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. He asked for a razor cut... It was uneven and sloppy. I asked her to fix one part and she seemed annoyed. We finally left, but very unhappy with the result for a pretty expensive haircut. He wont be returning to that location. It seems that education (on how to do a razor cut) and customer service should be a higher priority.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever had. Would rate lower than 1 star but it wont let me. Perfect fade on one side and butchered on the other side. Very obvious that they will hire anyone that say they can cut hair. Will go to a barber shop next time!
