Danessa cut my hair, she was great! Did everything I asked for and it looked just like I wanted. The creative director also seems like she really knows her stuff

Haircuts are what you would expect at a great clips or supercuts type place. Nothing better. I usually tip 25% anyway just cuz. Had a bad experience getting turned away. In their defense I did walk in right as they closed But the door wasnt locked and the sign was still on. one lady was about to help me and the other girl (that was currently cutting someone elses hair) said sorry we are closed. I was like really? Its not gonna take longer that 5 min? It was pretty rude. I will not return.

Dont usually have a long wait. You can check in online. Last two times I went for a haircut I had to point out one side was considerably longer than the other. Two different stylists.

They have a higher turnaround than the Cleveland Browns do for the quarterback position. Youll never see the same stylist twice, so each time its having to start all over again. Also,their automated check-in sucks. Looking for a new place after this one.

Lousy service and the hairdresser ended up stealing my daughters new jacket...we left if on hook and we went back to get it and it was gone... I went back three times to try and get it... I cannot imagine taking a childs coat......
