I had my Jeep towed and was told by phone it was going to be one price, then when it was delivered was charged an additional $20. Its not professional to change your prices upon delivery. Will definitely not use this company again.

Expensive and Rude

I called them at 11:15 am about moving a large item on their skid truck,he said they do that sort of thing and they would move it for me. I told him that the house where the large item is located is being sold and that the large item had to be moved today and he said he needed to finish up on some cars first and then he would call me back and get the address to move my large item before 4:00 pm.He didnt call me back so I called him back about 3:00 pm, to give him the address, and he said it would be about 5:00 pm before he could do it and that he would call me back.Again he didnt call me so I called him back about 5:30, so I gave him the address for the pickup and the delivery address to my house, he said he would call his wrecker driver and see where hes at and then call me back.So after an hour and a half he never called me back, so I called him back but no answer at all, so I left a message and still no call back.What a great way to do business, especially advertising that they are listed with the BBB(Better Business Bureau)!!!

After spending 2 hours standing at a gas station waiting on my insurance company to send out someone to let me into my locked and running car, the owner of Cousins Towing saw us stranded and stopped to help. Thanks to him, my wife, kids and myself made it home before 1 AM. The insurance company still had 2 people in front of us He wouldnt even let me pay him Amazing service!

I found myself needing a tow this morning my insurance company called Cousins tow to come get me they arrived in the time frame I was given. The gentleman was very nice. He brought me and my van to my house it was not all that bad riding in a tow truck. Thank you for the help getting me home today. I highly recommend them.

They came out and got my tire changed so fast and charged a reasonable amount.

I want to thank Cousins Towing for their professional help! James came out and helped find a solution to getting the car out of the parking garage spot without damaging the car. Someone stole the front wheel of the car so dragging it out would have further damaged the underneath. Unfortunately, the car didnt have a spare or jack (sold from dealer that way). He was willing to take the time to find a solution that was best for us! It was so nice to have someone not just do the easiest thing but instead do the best thing. So grateful! Thank you so much!

Never had a problem with cousins.. They were pretty prompt to come when I call from needing a tow and the mechanics are really good, and friendly their prices are very reasonable as well.. Yes I would must definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Called the man at 4pm and he didnt show up until a little after 5:35pm ( He said an hour wait). Then after I told him I had to be at the place before 6pm, he decided to stop and get gas on the way there . Very unprofessional. I dont know why that wasnt done before he left to come get my car. Very nice guy but I probably wont be using them again .

This man was an angel .. he came into eat at McDonalds in Easley .. I had just got off work, and went back in to get food .. he over heard me saying that I locked my keys in the car, and was right there to help !!! A true blessing !!! Reasonable prices

Needed a tow so I called them. Guy showed up quickly with a flatbed in great condition and was courteous and professional in getting me where I needed to be with the car loaded and transported. Hopefully Ill never need to call again but if I ever break down driving through SC Id call them again. Rate was reasonable; a little less than $1/mile.

Fast and reliable

Im 20 years old and I was broke down at the Blind Horse in Greenville this Wednesday 8-21-19 at 12am and my car would not start. I figured maybe my battery was dead but all my lights and everything was working, it ended up being my starter was broken. There was no way to fix it this late at night with no auto shops open. So I called every towing company possible with the lowest rates and cousins towing was the cheapest. So I called them around 1:30am and they said they could be there in 2 hours. I told him where I was but he never asked for an address, but I figured he knew where it was. So I waited for another 30 minutes and called them back around 2:00am and he said he was about an hour out. Then 3:30am rolled around and still no one was there. So I called them again they did not answer. I left 2 voicemails and called another 6 times. They never showed up so I ended up sleeping in my car all night long by myself waiting and waiting. So thanks for not helping me…..and leaving me stranded in the middle of greenville...

After a small accident on I-85 in Greenville, I was told by the State Trooper that my car was unsafe to drive. I called 3 different tow truck companies but was given runarounds due to the distance I had to be towed. After telling the owner of Cousins that I would need a tow three hours away, they didnt bat an eye. The driver showed up twenty minutes later and got me home as quickly as possible. My experience with these guys was great. Highly recommended.

Very fast towing and great machanic

Came at the drop of a hat in the middle of the night when my regular service couldnt. Another company told me about them. They brought it from Greenville to Liberty and it didnt cost me my 1st grandchild!!!!! Come to think of it they are even cheaper than my regular company for an after hours call !!!!!! They will be listed in my contact list 1st from now on.Many many thanks guys

Burnt out my clutch. Needed a tow, called and a guy showed up right away. He was down to earth, and very nice. And the price was very reasonable.

I had called cousins to get my Car out of a small ditch when I called they where very professional a couple came they spoke English very well they got the car out the ditch without damaging my car at all no scratch and it was bear cement so Im extra thankful he was extra careful I give them for stars bc they charged me 50 dollars but maybe it was bc it was a Sunday🤷🏽‍♀️ My shop has towing but they dont open on Sunday usually I pay 60 to tow my car from anywhere to the shop I feel like 40 would have been reasonable

I have used Cousins Towing twice and both experiences were easy. Once was for my company vehicle and when I called they arrived within 20mins. The other time was at night around 10:30PM, I called for my personal vehicle and had a tow truck arrive within 20mins. They take payment over the phone and send a text message receipt. It’s easy and the driver was careful and courteous with both cars. The price is completely reasonable. Easiest experience, don’t hesitate to call if you need a good tow company.

Had to get a vehicle towed between two mechanic shops and had excellent service from Cousins Towing. Arrived promptly and on time for a scheduled link up, knew all the locations, routes, and where to place the vehicle at the destination location. Would definitely use their service again. As a side note, they required payment in cash however their website lists multiple forms of payment. It cost $75 for the full service tow and it took approximately half an hour.

Called to get my car towed. I had to ask if they needed my address and phone number. They never towed my car. Told me that it would take an hour to get it. They never towed it.

After driving my car into my parents backyard to use their air compressor to put air in my tires my car got stuck in the mud. Then when my Dad tried to pull me out his truck got stuck too. We called one tow company and they said that they couldnt do it. After calling around we were referred to them. He came right out and pulled us out in no time at all and he charged us a fair amount. He was courteous and professional. If you ever need a tow he was great.

OUTSTANDING! I was stranded, stressed, and worried about the cost, The driver was there in about 20 minutes and did a great job! He was friendly and got me to relax a little! He said he couldnt process credit cards on the weekend(???) But would be happy to let me stop at the ATM to get cash out on the way! Yup.. he wrote me a receipt so it was all on the up and up! Thank You Cousins! ! I Hope I never need another tow but if I do, I know who to call and who Im telling my friends and family about!

Waved down Cousins Towing two days ago to tow our car since the transmission went out. The people who helped tow us were a couple who spoke absolutely no english . We paid them in full and even gave them a $20 tip. We told them exactly the location we needed the car delivered to at least 5 times. They past the road we needed to take and ignored us when we asked them to turn around. In stead they stopped at a gas station and talked to a man to translate for them. The man translating told us that we were asked to exit the vehicle and then the couple sped off with our car leaving us stranded. When I asked the translator what was happening he said that the couple said they left us there because we only tipped them $20. We spent the whole next morning contacting all different towing companies trying to found out where our stolen car was taken to. The couple was even recognized by a few of the people we called as having a bad reputation. We eventually called cousins towing and talked to the owner who said that the couple used to work for them but quit a few days ago. After threatening the police the owner fessed up and admitted that the couple still worked for him and that our car was in fact at his store. At first he said the reason they left us stranded was because we were drunk (Im not even 21) and later changed his story to saying that we were kicked out because we did not pay. After we got our car back we found both of our phones and about $4000 missing. If you ever need a tow do NOT call cousins towing.

Cousins were available and they even met me at a nearby gas station after picking up my car so i could pay for the services. Thats service that exceeds and surpass customer satisfaction.

Pulled my truck out of mud late at night and only charged $75. Was there in 30 min.

I would like to say the owner was friendly but I bought a year old storage barn and they told me they were permitted to carry it. They made it a mile or so down the road and hit a bridge. They wouldnt fix or replace it. I talked to there insurance company and they will not fix. So now we will have to go to court. Look for more on this with pictures and audio when the search engine is finished on towing towing in Greenville sc and many other key words on the net. Thanks

I purchased a car from them they said it was a reposession car turns out it was a salvage that had been in an accident and had to some patch work done. The car needed over a 1000.00 worth of work to get it fixed!!!

Do not use them! I had my vehicle towed and when I picked up the vehicle, multiple items were missing. When I asked them about it, they denied it.

I guess it’s okay to hang up on someone asking about tow truck pricing. Very professional.
