Its not anything special but has been and will likely continue to be helpful for many. I would have given 4 stars but chose to give 3 based on their sometimes very high pricing for some items. And here is something IMPORTANT to know: there are warranties automatically on basically every item you purchase. You may want all of the warranties, but you likely wont be using the warranties ever. They can drive up the cost of your bill, and you wont even notice - you have to specifically ask for them to be removed prior to paying. But still, I would recommend visiting this place, as it can be fun and helpful.
Greenville lkq staff is amazing. Greer has better prices for stuff but staff is d**kheadz.
Nice layout and fairly easy to locate cars to retrieve parts from. Unfortunately they overcharged us for entry. Somehow we were charged double and were in a hurry and didnt stop to fix. Watch your numbers when dealing with money.
Its a salvage yard, nothing special. More often than not the parts you need were already pulled by someone else. Costs $3.00 per person to walk in..not refundable even if you dont find anything. No torches so a lot of parts are impossible to remove. They check all bags going in and leaving. Sometimes you get lucky and find exactly what you need. Employees are nice and helpful. If you ask, they will print you a location for the cars you are seeking.
They care about the. Customers and they even make sure that you have water to drink
Called ahead, parts available for the picking yourself. Remember to take tools that you might need, they offer none. They told me where the salvaged automobile was located by area, row and space. You should ask for a price before you go. Junk cars everywhere, parts scattered all around. Dont take kids as it is too dangerous with the sharp edges of wrecked vehicles, etc.Takes hours if you are not familiar with the removal of parts. There are times you have to remove several parts before you reach your needed part.Good luck and happy scavenging for parts.
Good service friendly people. Prices are a little off for used parts. But over all good experience
Honestly, if you need a part and you want OEM factory then this is the cheapest place to get it used. Even if you want a rebuilt part I would buy from here and have it rebuilt because it will be the exact OEM factory part. They will take returns or exchanges if they have another car with the part. The people who work there are pretty darn nice. I give it 5 stars all the way. They have a great inventory plus you can online check to see if they have ur car before going. Happy hunting!
If your looking for a bmw part avoid this place went to look at a bmw that was kn the yard for 4 days and jt had been picked clean in the same way every single other bmw was picked apart
I always find the part in need and at a great price. If you know how to get it, this is the place to go.
Good experience today. I was able to get the part I needed & they gave me a veterans discount at less than 1/3rd what it was online. Saved unknown amount of dollars by doing it myself. LKQs counter staff was helpful at checkin & checkout😁😎
Told um what I wanted they gave me location on yard found removed quick in and out..
Will not be backhowever I did find a tail light for Saturday and it costs $2 but tire and a rim for a Dodge product $85 no thanks hello Adams junkyard s
This place has a big turn over of cars and trucks so be sure and call ahead before you go looking for your part. They also have a printout at the counter of years and makes of a particular car.Admission is $3.00
Wet and dirty but I love it!
Great place to find parts! But unfortunately my husband laid his phone down and as it was close to closing time we werent able to look for it I understand people being ready to go home especially on Sunday but we received absolutely zero help from the staff and I dont think I will be going back, treating coustomers rudely is a deal breaker for me.
Excellent bought van no problem.
This is a great opportunity to find the random parts youre looking for. The yard is relatively clean and the vehicle was easy to find. I was a little disappointed with the price increase but hopefully everything will work. Even with the price increase things are considerably lower priced than purchasing from somewhere else. Theyre also offering a 90 day warranty.
The fact that they charge people anything to go back there and do all the work in the heat just to not find the part they need because when you call them they tell you youll have to come up here yourself. Id rather spend more on a new part than to ever go to this place again
It was hot and the price for part we needed was way to spendy than we expected and the help and service there was rude never going back.
Said they had part over phone when I got there did not have it
Great place for used parts!
Its great they have all different types of cars and you can buy any part off any car they have
This place has everything you need for your vehicle. I brought several things from them and I sold them my car today. I also got a great price and even some help with my separation anxiety from having to sale my car. Go here
Need a gas cap for my truck. It but it is ridiculous to pay money to walk on a lot to buy something
It was great I needed a small part, easy to remove and was out. Thank You
The guys and girls working there are actually very nice and very helpful and help you find what you need and a timely manner
As long as you check online that they have the car our one thats compatiable with the one you need parts for, of course before hand, this place is amazing. I am a chick when it comes to cars but i love this pull your own part for real!!
Low prices!!! Sometimes hard to find the parts you need because it is so popular. Prices are way lower than standard salvage yards.
Its Nice. Somethings are a little pricey, but its the cheapest place around.
Great used parts. Bring your tools and good mud boots and it can save you tons
Boy what used to be a cheap place for parts now they tack on a core charge and some other sneaky charge that bumps a $50 part up to 95.
Drove hour and half and the part was not there has to be someway to check about parts
Good they great I will tell people to come there
Great place to find parts for your car for a decent price! You have to take them off yourself but this can be a game changer! You can go to their website and sign-up to get notified when the vehicle you are looking for enters the lot!!
Good place to get your points from if you know what youre looking for they help you find what vehicle fits your vehicle I just dont like it that they charge you for the warranty 90-day warranty you pay for
I highly recommend LKQ if anyone has a car they need to sell instead of just scrapping it out they are very fair in their pricing and I love my experience!
They give me a list of where the car should be in half of them was not even there
Great place to go to get oem parts very Cheap.
Does not allow kids at all, they will just loose business when kids come and get kicked out
They have plenty of parts be sure to bring your tools. Lol
Great prices and large quantities
Everyone was nice.
Although a tad expensive for what i got, the yard was very well organized, and had the exact part needed in the location I was expecting.
$85 for a used 14 rim. They said $85 because it was aluminum.
You can get alot of car parts thats are in perfect condition
Finally found what was needed in the first place. Hopefully this was the last trip for that particular vehicle.
Lots of vehicles, pretty helpful. Good prices.
My favorite junk yard
Was told one price on the phone then when I got to the cashier with my part it was 20 dollars higher 🤬🤬👹
I love this place. Good place to find parts that are hard to find
Great prices
This was my 1st time at this location.. I normally visit the Greer location!! Altho I didnt find a transmission for my mustang; it was still a good day- I bought a JVC system with CD Player; cant wait to get it in..This facility was neat and the employees were very nice and respectful!! I will go back again!! Thank you for all of your courtynes and help with my Ford situation!!
$10 to remove fender, $12 to remove doors, $25 to remove radiators, $12 to remove front bumpers, $12 to remove decklids, $10 for headlights, etc. Look for him, hes homeless but working for his money instead of begging on the streets. Hard workers, good guy, keeps your hands clean and cheap labor. Their everyday at greenville lkq near outside soda machines.Edit: i hired him for 3 weeks, turned out he was a Meth Addict and didnt want to work without it. Untrustworthy, never on time, smelled like pee, had money for this but not for food and sanitation.
They buy old cars and are very nice
Excellent customer service! Parts were very easy to find.
Nice staff
Awesome place to go to get vehicle parts! Its every grown mans playground dream!
These people were fantastic I have C.O.P.D. left my inhaler at home the lady worker and two other ladies working they really helped me kept me from going to the hospital THANK YOU all very much
Used to be much easier to shop here. Vehicles are barely grouped into sections anymore. Used to be pretty easy to find a make but they are now just domestic or import. The time it takes to look through now really cut into the savings on parts. Not to mention the core charges they get on many items, its just extra profit for them. Not the great deal it used to be. Only go now for hard to find new parts. Many new parts are comparable or less if you add in the time and core charges etc. Its too bad.
Well they use to have good prices and now they dont
They almost always have what I need and if it happens to not fit they will exchange or refund.
Very helpful nice workersCar parts self service
It was a good experience, I got to see how my car was kinda connected so I knew how to put the part on a definite game saver.
Organized, friendly staff and lowest price in used parts
Like the freedom of getting your own parts.
Other locations have better management and nicer customer service
Visit frequently however the current staff seems new and they are extremely helpful and friendly. They also have a few loaner tools just Incase you forget something.. very impressed
Friendly people that are very helpful
Customer service was horrible
Found what i needed and it worked great
Customer service is slow.
Employees where very friendly. I traveled over 5 hours to get there.
I wasnt too happy with my visit today..I drove from Erwin Tn. today to get COMPLETE steering column for my 87 S10 Blazer.. to me a complete steering column goes from the steering wheel to the gear box it attaches to..but not so for lkq.. I had to give back the steering wheel and the bottom half of the steering column ...the 31 dollar plus a 5 dollar core charge came to 89 dollars and some change.. so to get the whats left of the 31 dollar plus the 5 dollar core charge I had to give back the steering wheel and the bottom half of the so called complete steering column. I guess I should of asked b4 I drove from Erwin Tn. What a complete steering column is..
Great folks running this place. Always friendly and courteous. Very organized yard. LKQ has been there for me for years in many different cities. Youll love the Greenville yard.
Went there to get a part for a truck and had to pay to get in and they didnt have the part because the engine was gone so they need to update their list more often
There is a lot of stuff. But not this time Ill be back.
Will never return staff do not know of parts! And rude! Parts are not as prices on catalog! Wanted to overcharge them
Very organized and interesting concept, cost $3 to get in. Most all of the cars are extremely parted out before they are placed in the yard. The car I was interested in was received just a couple of weeks ahead of my visit and there was not much left. This concept may work well if you are looking for parts for a very common model or models they have a lot of. The other trick is to go there immediately after a vehicle is received. If its been there a little as a couple of weeks its too late
Good section
Cheap on parts had a good variation of cars
They have the worst employees they should fire most of them
Very rude
Busy place, but friendly ppl
Great doing business...
Cant beat it
They have no idea what they have in inventory. Went looking for a side mirror. They showed me three cars of my model in their inventory screen that had side mirrors. I paid the $3 they charge just to enter and found that all three cars had been picked clean. No side mirrors, no nothing. If they are going to charge people $3 to go in and remove their own parts, they need to keep up with their inventory!
Very good service excell employees and special BE SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL
Staff definitely could use some people skills, but all and all a good experience. The new LKQ app is a pretty awesome tool. It lets you search for the exact year, make, and model part you are looking for.
Tried to sell junk car and got played. Quoted 160 for wrecked suv. Disclosed all damage to quoter. After having towed to lot was told vehicle had 2/3 catalytic converters and would only give me $40 for vehicle. Scrap value would have been at least 120.... Got dumped over by LKQ. To bring it home cost me $80 just so i can scrap it for $120
Great customer service, very nice, polite, and understanding! Great prices compare to brand new, been saving hundreds by shopping here!
As some one who goes to locations like this I dont have high expectations but this place in terms of customer service lowered the bar, I came in and the man didnt greet well, the people in the lot on the other hand were incredibly nice⊙Pricing :over pricing on everything⊙guest service 1/100When I went to pay I dont think they realized that I spoke English because they spoke to me as if I was a foreign child, for gods sake just because Im Latino doesnt mean I cant speak English. Again racism is always in issue in this location been here three times
Plenty to chose from but not what I was looking for.
Today makes the 3rd time, I have went there, and the price was higher at check out than price list.Today I went and pulled a dual fan set up, it says $32.00 for duals-- I get up to register, the girl says they are $59.00, its considered 2 fans.I dont know what going on up there, it was my go to place, but I wont go back till they teach these people how to sell it, like they list it.
They told me that there was one car only on the lot that I needed. The couldnt tell me about what kind of damage it had. I asked if I can just go in and look at the car to see if the parts I needed were available on it. But they still charged $3. They suck. Wouldnt hurt them for allowing me to go and see, which would only take a minute. Other than that I like that establishment.
