They are reliable and as Salvage Yards go...pretty convenient! I love that they have an app, it is very helpful. However, as salvage yards go they are quite pricey and are not exactly helpful at all as far as things go. Perhaps they should have a floater that can be useful in helping remove stubborn parts or even a tool rental....
Had to have a part. I called and they told me THE PART WAS $25 PLUS A $10 CORE CHARGE. I ask before I went in and was told $51. I had to have the part sk I went ahead with it. When I came out with the part it was almost $54. GET YOUR PRICES RIGHT THE FIRST TIME YOU TELL THE CUSTOMER HOW MUCH IT IS!
Car was right where it was listed in the data base. Parts I wanted happened to still present even! Fair prices too.
Ive always had a nice experience going there. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful. The prices are very good and they honor their guarantees.

Decent junkyard. At the moment most of the trucks are completely picked over and the lot of cars to be put in the junkyard is pretty full. Time to pull out the old and out some new stuff in there. Wear your rain boots, it floods in lots of places.

Amazing as usual, I got a beautiful hood for my g35 for great price.
I called last Tuesday to have my Jeep picked up on Wednesday. They gave a time for them to pick it up between 1 and 4 p.m. No call, no show. I had to end up rescheduling it for today between the hours of 9 a.m and 12 p.m. Once again, no call no show. I want this Jeep to be gone. If you are running late or you just cant make it, call the freakin customer and let them know!!!
Well organized. Which is really nice compared to what their competition has set up. Vehicles dont cycle through as often which is nice as well. And their hours are much better.
Enjoy the three dollars. Drove three hours to get to this location where we were told the hood of the vehicle was available. When getting there we once again asked before entering the yard and were given a paper that included price and location of the hood we were looking for. Finding the vehicle completely stripped aside from interior that was in the back bed :) we asked if by chance it may be scattered and was told no, first come first serve. Like the hood walked out the door as we walked in 🤷🏼♀️

This was a terrible experience. We arranged for them to buy and tow our vehicle. They cancelled on us twice and even after we called to confirm they failed to show up. A day later they stated they werent purchasing any vehicles at this time. Terrible waste of time and effort. No idea how they manage to stay in business with sub-par customer service.
I know its a junk yard, but what a mess. Went for a headlight, in the pictures they are in great shape, but when I got there destroyed. Never going back there.
Says online open till 6. Called and they said open till 6. We got there at 5 and they said they were closed. Poor business practices
Charged $1 to find out they dont sell wheels.I looked at the vehicles listed and they all were pictured with wheels. The website even has wheels on their price list. After I paid my $1 admission fee, I noticed nearly all the cars were without wheels. I returned to the front and the workers explained that they take all the wheels off when the cars arrive and ship them to Texas. That would have been nice to know before I drove 30 minutes each way.
Called and was told they closed at 5 pm. I drove the 1.5 hours to this place and arrived at 4:20 pm and wasn’t allowed in. They had locked the doors and I was told they were leaving the building at 5 and no one was allowed in now. This isn’t what I was told on the phone. Waste of time and gas. I will never come back here, will be telling everyone I know to avoid it and will be filling a complaint with whoever I can.
Had everything I needed, 9 out of 10 times they have had the parts I need. Highly recommend this business.

2 girls at the customer service desk are extremely rude. I’m not one to complain, but my dad asked a simple question and the girl replied with “if you don’t want the part then just leave it” he got the part but he’s bettter then me. I would have left it with that attitude.
Called about a car battery, the lady on the phone was awesome she told me that my location had fully charged batteries and they will help me when I get there, well NOBODY HELPED ME THE GIRL POINTED OVER ME AND SAID OH WE DONT HELP WITH THAT THEY OVER THERE THOUGH and the battery I purchased wasnt charged at all....
Screw what these other people are saying. They charge 3 dollars to get in, which is reasonable, parts are inexpensive. I picked up a perfectly good Acura Tl hood SUPER CHEAP!! They tell you where the cars are located in their lot. Folks must be too lazy to look for them, or cant remember where they said it was. Ive had no problems with LKQ and they will continue to get my money.
They want money JUST TO GO LOOK. I dont care how little it is, Im not paying for the privilege of LOOKING. Theyre not movies. Theyre not circus animals. Theyre not ancient paintings or something. Theyre CAR PARTS. They cant confirm that they have the parts or even the cars. So they want to take money off me in exchange for... what? Its not the labor -- you have to do it yourself. Its not the tools -- you have to bring your own. Its certainly not the parts -- thats paid separately and they cant tell you beforehand if they have them and they dont even know what cars they have. Ive been to many scrap yards. LKQ is the first thats wanted money just to go look. Dont care how little they want. Soon as they told me that I told them thats retarded and got out of there. Its a scam and I dont stand for those. I will go to ANY other scrap yard before I fall for that swindle.
Over two hours drive and also being a member of LKQ for about five to six years I have never experienced such disrespect, distasteful, and uncouth customer service and people in my life. The entire staff needs to be totally renovated as in like wiped out clean with new first spaces who are friendly and respectful to patrons. This particular location makes up their own return policies and reject people from other locations they have gone to exchange out parts or either refund based upon a marking that is not of their location; especially if you have the original receipt and it pulls the information up with your account for the parts that you purchased.Sharia Monique Bourg is totally disrespectful and not professional and should not be working at this establishment at all; as her ghetto mindset mentality is not needed.I hope others will not go to this location, until the management and staff has been re-staffed completely and until then people will continue leaving negative and terrible reviews about this location.

They have a price list on their web site for the Greenville store. This is just to draw you in and then most items are at least twice the advertised price. If you have to go you better get them to give you a price when you check in. Id rather drive another hour to go to Bevels in Goldsboro. At least they are honest about their pricing.
Better make sure you get your parts correct if you go back again and the part you got didnt have everything on it you going to still get charged $3 to go on the floor to get what was all should have already been on it

You call they can’t give price can’t tell how much the fee are. You have to pay 3$ cash to go in (why does it have to be cash when u you can use ur card for parts kinda fishy) if they don’t have part you don’t get ur money back Heres the kicker the part I wand was 7$ less than a brand new one by the time I pay fee and 3$ entrance it would cost the same as a new one plus I would not have to hunt for it and do the work my labor is not free never wast ur time with this place

Ive been to this place plenty of times only time I did not find my part is when it was for someone elses car, I just bought a cluster there and it works fine have gotten other good parts there and been satisfied, have never had a problem with the employees they have been helpful and courteous

Too cheap to have a local phone service manned, but prices are ridiculously raised to be comparable to aftermarket parts. Conclusively, they rely on public ignorance to stay in business. Bevels, Waynes (also unreasonably expensive) and Youngs (stripped), as a nucleus, in Dudley will generally turn out to be a better first choice for searching used parts.Staff could also drop the dry attitude to smile sometimes, and have a friendlier demeanor; otherwise, they serve as detached zombies that hate their jobs and the public, whos there just for the money. Perhaps they need a raise for incentive sake.

Tried calling two days in a row, no answer to check availability of a part. When I arrived at LKQ, I parked on front of the building and again called. This time I heard the phone ringing inside and watched astonished as the employees (who were not helping anyone at this point) completely ignored my call. Putting this behind me, I walked in and greeted the woman behind the counter. She completely blew me off and I remained standing behind the sign in board for an additional 5 mins until she acknowledged me. No one ahead mind you, and no customers being helped. When I asked for location of vehicles she wouldnt even look at me, and to make matters worse, she acted like I was majorly inconveniencing her asking pricing of parts. This yard was one of my favorites a few years ago, now I wont recommend it to anyone. Sorry I drove over an hour to get crap service.

Like others I looked at their website. The car I needed parts for was in their yard late June. I drove over an hour to get there and like everyone else said. The staff could care less to help you. This is twice this has happened, lot in Greensboro and now the greenville nc lot. Dont waste your time looking at their website. Its full of misleading information. I personally will never step in another LKQ lot.

Nobody posted any rules on website or over phone. I drove from out of city limits for a wire connector for the guy at the desk to tell me in a rude manner Well its $3 but theres no kids allowed. Mind you this rule is posted nowhere in the facility and what I needed would have taken 2-3 mins to find. Not going back. Just because of the service alone. Garris Salvage yard in Ayden had my part AND I had my son with me. Took me maybe 5 mins total to get in and out.

Service sucks! Got there at 4:15 and the door was locked. The people inside just ignored me as I stood there for 5 minutes. I drove over an hour to get here. Whoever owns this place needs to put their service desk in check. If you are open until 5 then be open until 5. Otherwise... Change your damn hours or change your employees.

They Dont let you wait in the lobby. The lady was really rude about it. Had me wait in the car. Husband had the keys and didnt have his phone. Would have had to pay entrance fee to get a hold of him.
