My three year old daughter and I went to get pedicures together. When we arrived they only had three people working. Two of the three had customers. One started on my feet while my daughter sat and waited. Unfortunately by the time someone came to do her pedi I was almost halfway through with mine. I asked if we could wait for the other person in the beginning but he assured me that he was coming right over. It was nice and quiet. The only downside is the news was on I have gotten so sick of watching the news everywhere I go. It inside was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly 😁

If you are interested in going to a professional, well run business to have a mani/pedi done, look no further. I appreciate being able to make an appointment and getting in to get my nails- no waiting. The salon is very clean. If you are often late for appointments, don’t bother scheduling here. They value their clients time and expect you to do the same. This business is well above the rest.

This was my first time Diamond Nails and they made .y experience so amazing that I will no longer drive back to Charlotte to get my nails done while I am working in Greenville. My nails looked amazing, my nail tech did such a great job on my nails that it saved me from getting a manicure. I had to rush to another appointment after my nail appointment and I messed up my toes when I out my shoes back on. Not only did they let me come back the next day, but they also did not charge me to fix it. Def will be back!!!

Best place to go and become a consistent client if you want YOUR OWN HEALTHY NATURAL NAILS rehabilitated from all the acrylic and from the product you received when other nail salons say they offer dip. In fact all those other places with their so called dip, what you are really receiving is a mix of acrylic and dip. They also offer the best, most trendiest and contemporary designs out there! Theres nothing I hit them with, with respect to nail designs they cannot replica. Prices are great as well as some seasonal deals. However, they are extremely strict on Appointment Only Bookings. Absolutely No Walk-Ins. Call in 3-4 days in advance to schedule your appointment out. I personally simply dont leave after my nails are done without scheduling out my next two appointments. No-Shows are not tolerated well. Especially without a call. They have a No-Show policy they do enforce. They are very one on one with their clients time and personally give their clients their attention to detail needed so its only fair to respect their time as well.

I have found my nail salon! The folks here do excellent work and are so friendly. Follow the instructions and write them and they will get back to you. It is nice that they are not working on other people at the same time or rushing to finish and get to the next person. They are awesome, I will never go anywhere else!

This business need a higher rating than 5!! I LOVE this place. I have been going for almost a year and my nails have never looked or felt stronger than before. And their techniques & knowledge converted me back to dip powder!! They treat you like family every visit. One of the many reasons why I continue to do business with them. I booked an appointment for a pedicure and decided to add on the dipped nails. I havent had long nails in a very long time. I used to get acrylic nails (for about 20 years) but stopped when I couldnt find anyone to do it as well as the girl who used to and quit. I tried gel nails but wasnt as happy with those either. I LOVE the way these look and recommend them!!! Diamond nails as a whole was a great place. The nail technicians were very friendly and together create a very welcoming environment. There was never any pressure to upgrade to ANY services. I went in curious about the dip nails and from a picture on their facebook page they were able to replicate the look I wanted...(thin looking long nails) I highly recommend this place but know this... they value their clients so be sure to call first to make an appointment. All appointments get first attention over walk in customers. They do take walk in customers, but making an appointment will help secure your time. They are awesome and I will be going there again.

Hands down the best nail salon in Greenville! I have been going here for almost a year now. They do an excellent job! Love the dipping powder....my nails have looked their best since coming to this salon. Make sure that you call ahead to schedule an appointment. They have lots of loyal customers and are unable to take walk-ins.

They do such an amazing job! I have a horrible ingrown toe and they cut it out every time.

They are the best!! All three of them are super sweet do a great job. They take their time and you don’t feel rushed like you’re cattle. We’ve never had to wait. Since it’s appointment only you get to know each other on a personal level, it’s just really special. I just love going there and look forward to it every single time. 🥰Also my mom had an ingrown toenail one time, she was afraid to go because it would hurt but she didn’t feel a thing! Only accepts subscription clients, wont provide gift cards for new clients despite the door saying gift certificates available. Not very friendly to new customer prospects. Wanted to gift my wife a visit but this business didnt care unless you are a regular client. They may be amazing at what they do but Id rather use my money at a more people friendly service.

I have been going here for about a year. The last few times seem to have cost more than in the past. Two weeks ago I had a manicure and a basic pedicure. It cost $63. It seemed high but I didnt say anything. I was frustrated with the service as well. They seated me in a pedicure chair and didnt offer me anything. The two before me and the ones after me were all offered something to drink. They did not give me slippers when I moved to the manicure chair and I slipped on the tile and almost fell. When I say sat down to get my nails done they offered me a drink. Not the best time since they were doing my nails. I had to ask them to cut the nails down. When I went yesterday they asked what I wanted and I said a manicure and a pedicure. They seated me at a manicure table, which really surprised me. They usually do pedicure first so toenails are dry when manicure is complete. While doing my nails I was asked why I wasnt getting a pedicure. I said I was. So I had to stay longer for my toenails to dry. Then I was charged $57 for both. The pedicure was $25, but $32 seems high for a fill in. I will be looking for a new place to get my nails done.

If you want to have an outstanding experience... make an appointment, sit back and enjoy yourself. Tristan, Bao, and Tom do an extraordinary job. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

So I’ve been to this place twice and before had nothing but good things to say about them even though it was super pricey. Walked in today because no one ever answers the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail and asked the girl when they had another available appointment and she said we’re not taking any appointments. I said “at all” and she said yeah only for people who have been on the books and I said yeah I’ve been here before and she said yeah but you haven’t been here in a while... it’s only been two months!! Literally exactly two months from today. And she was nasty and nonchalant... take your money else where.PS: In response to the owners: please note how petty the people are that run this place. If I haven’t been here in two months how does she know I didn’t go to the doctor? She couldn’t even see my nails because I have gel polish on. She didn’t ask when I walked through the door. Just say you’re booked and keep it moving don’t come on this post trying to diagnose me with a fungus and spread it for the world to see. Which I didn’t even have a fungus on my nails. My nails were damaged and brittle because I’d been wearing acrylics so long and the DOCTOR said to take my vitamins. You do have the right to refuse service for no reason. And that’s why I’m telling these people to take their money elsewhere because do you see the DISRESPECTFUL response!

If I had a thousand years to tell you all how great this place is I couldn’t. Tristan, Tom and Bao are the best. I love the APPOINTMENT ONLY policy. I have been coming here for a year and have only had to wait one time for two minutes and that was because I was late. Lol. They are so awesome! Her husband Bao will have you laughing your entire experience there! Tristan did my nails for my engagement photos. It was great! Selena did a phenomenal job on my nails. Normally when I get artificial nails they start to pop off within a week. Its been almost three weeks and mine havent budged. 5 stars easily.

I have tried several different nail shops in the area over the years and I am so glad I finally found Diamond Nails! Tristan and her husband are fantastic! I went in for the first time a few months ago and everyone made me feel welcome and did a great job. Next time I came in with a picture I had seen online, Tristan said she could do it and had my nails looking great! She got me away from the acrylic and does the dip for me. My nails havent been this healthy in a long time! I wont go anywhere else to get my nails done!

When I walked in I asked for a full set and was informed they only dip. That was fine. I asked for a dip and then was told they only do appointments. That would have been fine if I was notified that from the start and the body language had not changed. Ive heard negative comments about this place but I wanted to see for myself. My experience proved those comments true.

I’ve been to several places in Greenville and this is by far “THE PLACE” to go. The customer service is personable, friendly, and 5 star all the way along with the quality you get with it! I’ve done acrylic nails since I was 15 years old and Tristan has converted me to a true dip nail girl. The dipped nails are healthier, beautiful, and last me 6 weeks and look great at that point. I’m one loyal customer.

I searched for a few different places on woodruff to get a pedicure done on Saturday. I saw a lot of places to go, but none had the reviews that diamond nails did. So a friend and I decided to give them a shot. I am so glad we did! They were so sweet and did such a great job on our pedicures! What can I say about my favorite nail salon with the best nail technicians. Bao and Tristan are awesome and very nice. Their work is very professional compared to some other salon I have visited. My first experience with DIP powder and they explained and educated me through the entire process. I have never experience this at any other nail salon. May be worth it for nails Im not sure but DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE!I went to get my eyebrows done here in a pinch. The woman didnt even ask me what I wanted I had to stop her from putting wax on my face to tell her what I wanted. She didnt cool the wax down and burned my face. AND she didnt even use lotion or Shea butter or anything when she was done.
