Had some upholstery cleaned. He did a great job. There were some old stains that just werent going to come out. Dont think a forensic team could have gotten the years old tobacco stains out. Haha. At least we know its clean. Friendly and quick service. Will definitely call again when needed.

Really nice service tech. But our carpets still look dirty and now splotchy. I understand they were filthy but you can see all kinds of spots where its cleaner and dirty and its pretty sloppy and just barely went around traffic areas. Of course its better, but I get better results doing it myself. Sloppy. Ill have to call someone else so double the money.

Have used in the past multiple times at my own house, I have 1 dog, and Seth has always done an amazing job. My sister went out of town and I wanted to surprise her and get her carpets cleaned, she has 2 dogs and 2 kids, so i called to see if they could do her house before she got back, Seth just happened to have an opening that evening. He came over looked at the floors, gave me the estimate, I told him what i was quoted and he said ok. He did an amazing job like always. He was there for a little over 2 hours, my sisters house is huge but the downstairs is wood flooring, and he got 98% of the stains out. She is going to be so happy when she gets home. The kids were so thrilled to see the carpets cleaned and couldnt wait to show mom.

Very pour costumer service didn’t show up to a appointment ! Text which is very unprofessional, a hour before he was suppose to be there and said he couldn’t do the job . Made a payment arrangement that he agreed to because he canceled my Friday appointment when I got paid to have it done . And went back on his word . Insulted me through text message that I was never going to pay him which was a lie ! Would not answer a phone call! Only text ! If he didn’t want to do the job he should have just said so, no big deal and I’d found someone else which I did. My husband took the day off and moved all furniture for them not to show up. Anyways we got Stanley steamers out that day ! And they did great and was a lot cheaper! And I’d paid him that day ! Do not use Seth as he talks to you like a dog through text !

From the first conversation I had with Seth I was impressed by his energetic professionalism and felt comfortable that I would receive excellent customer service. He cleaned our 2 year old oversized sofa with oversized ottoman that are family dog loves. It looks brand-new it smells wonderful and he also treated the fabric as well. We recently had Seth clean our carpets and despite the fact that the carpet is on it’s last legs AND we have 2 dogs who have made it their personal mission to get my carpet dirty, Seth worked his magic and now the carpets look amazing! Highly recommend and will continue to use him personally and for my business needs.

Very upset, had appt. at 9AM, got a text that he was on the way. I had someone at home waiting on him. Person waiting walked seen the van out the window, so he walked to the front door and seen him pulling out of the parking lot. So, I called and he said, he wasnt sure if it was the correct place. I said, yes you were at the correct place, so he said, I will turn around and be back there in just a few mins. After almost an hour of waiting, I got a call and was told Chem dry still hasnt came back. So, I called again and Seth with Chem dry said, the transmission went out of the van. That he would get another van and come back by 4:30, that day. I said, okay that would be fine. I headed that way after work and got a call from my apartment at 4:55, that Chem dry still had not shown up, yet. I called and text him several times and I never received a text or phone call, as to why he didnt show up. I had to pull over and goton my phone asap, to try to find someone to clean it the next day, because it had to be done before Friday.

Seth and I had an appointment for him to clean a new carpet that my cat had used as a litter box. It smelled very badly. He came out and did clean it for me but said - even before he left - that it would take a second cleaning to totally remove the smell. Unfortunately, he did not come back and after 2 weeks, I posted this review. However, I will say that he did a good job initially - it just needed a second cleaning. Since posting this, he has contacted me and explained the situation, but I wish he had kept his word and returned calls and texts instead of leaving me to wonder.

I wish I could give Seth and Spencer more stars. They were an absolute delight to work with! The made my rather old and worn carpet look beautiful and did wonders on our sectional sofa that is also home to two large shedding dogs.We had them out in anticipation of my parents visit. My father is extremely allergic to cats and dogs. I was so worried about his comfort while they were here.They are absolute magicians and nary a sneeze was heard all week. The only complaint I have is that they left me feeling guilty for not charging more.Amazing company!
