CareMaster responded quickly and provided exactly what they promised. Everyone was top notch and professional. Even though I went with another estimate they were still extremely nice and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future.

My insurance adjustor recommended this company but Unfortunately I couldnt get passed the receptionist. She was so incoherent (almost like she was high off something) that I said I will look for someone else. Im disappointed that I couldnt have been another satisfied customer leaving a positive review.

What an amazing company and experience! The owners, leadership team and employees are way above a 5 star rating.In an emergency situation our family had a lot of initial questions for the owners. They did not get frustrated with us, but took as much time that was needed and spoke in a way we could understand. We had a fire at our home and Caremaster was a life saver. They were able to remove and clean most all of our sentimental items and clean out the house for us. They did an incredible job. They also deal with flood issues. I wish I knew about them after Florence. They also took air samples to check on an issue with a rental apartment we were in. The also helped us get our list together for the insurance company and worked with them for us. They are the best!   I  highly recommend them.

They were Professional. The were prompted and kept me informed until the end of the job. I was well pleased with their service. I will call on them again if needed.

CareMaster has been our go-to contractor for home improvement services since we had a tree through the roof about 17 years ago. The most recent time we had a leak in roof over our master bathroom. We contacted George Saad and then Kyle to get help with the leak damage. Kyle came and assessed damage with his sub-contractor who fixed the roof leak around a boot pipe while at our home. After a few days to ensure the repair fixed the leak, I called to have the sub-contractor come to repair ceiling damage in bathroom. He did an excellent job! We will continue to use their services in the future.

When my 12yo son flooded his upstairs bathroom we werent sure what we for in for! Thanks to the professional team at CareMaster we were dried out and ready to go through the reconstruction with no worries.

CareMaster in Greenville NC was suggested by our homeowners insurance. Our issue was a long term leak under our MBath shower. Wow, they were incredible. The various steps in mitigation, drying and then rebuilding took a long time because Hurricane Florence hit Eastern NC just as they were starting. Triage mandated that places like New Bern needed immediate service but nonetheless, George made sure we were not forgotten. The subs showed up when scheduled and all the craftsmen were competent and cleaned up after their work.Several months later, our upstairs toilet started leaking while we were away and the main floor hardwood flooring was ruined, etc. I called George Saad immediately and hired CareMaster again. Their work is top-notch and their customer service was prompt and professional. I thoroughly endorse them for damage and restoration work in eastern NC.

We were hired to complete work for CareMasters customers. The homeowner was happy with our work, but CareMaster does not pay their subcontractors. We have been trying to collect payment since October 2017. It seems our only option at this point to file a lien on the homeowner, which is not what we want to do. We would just like to be paid, like everyone else. BEWARE of hiring a company that does not pay their contractors.

They dropped the ball on my home repairs. Terrible communication. Terrible coordination. Rude customer service. Bill you on what your insurance reimburses. Not what they actually do.

Great to deal with. Little more communication, but all in all a great experience.
