We have used Jan-Pro to clean our law firm offices weekly for several years and are very satisfied with their service. The service is very reliable and the technicians who do our cleaning are conscientious. There is a good communication system even though our cleaning is done when our offices are not occupied. There are regular supervisory visits. We have never had a problem with security. Making arrangements for special added work is easy. It is great that Jan-Pro supplies its own equipment and products; we only have to supply our consumable paper products and hand soap. Our office is not easy to clean because of paper clutter on the floor and the technicians are careful not to disturb it. The Jan-Pro prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jan-Pro.

From providing their own supplies to an excellent system of quality assurance, the value our church has received since switching to Jan-Pro 18 months ago has been enormous. The team that services our buildings is timely, efficient, and thorough in their cleaning. If there are any issues, they call and let me know immediately (even if it is not a housekeeping issue they have noticed!!). I also appreciate that they use Green products so patients allergies are not stimulated. We immediately saw a difference in our office the first night they cleaned. Jan-Pro service has my church as a client, we terminated our last company to sign up with Jan-Pro. On the first meeting to discuss what we needed and what Jan-Pro could do for us to make sure this experience will be far better than any others and gave us contact numbers to call with out problems. We even fill out an evaluation weekly to handle any problems that may arise and take of them before they can be large ones. The supervisor calls me regularly just to make sure we are satisfied, the supervisor on the job site text me every other week to make sure we are happy with their work. I love the promptness that minor problems or misunderstanding are handled quickly. My church is very satisfied with the work they do.

The crew always does an excellent job. They are here on time and always make sure that I am aware of any issues.

Their floor cleaning machine was broken for 5 months and they did not bother to fix it. The floor was not taken take properly. We mentioned this many times amd ended the contract with them in June 2015. The company is now asking for July and August fee even though they did not send any crew. Our verbal notification was not enough obviously. They keep promising and you know what happens after that. Just stay away.
