Dont buy from here. The ladys that run this place are very rude and unprofessional.The ladys that own the company didnt offer a refund. She told me on the phone that she was not going to eat the sale.Still very rude unprofessional place to do business with.

Three clowns running what probably use to be a a decent rug cleaning service. I would not recommend using their services but from the amount of business they do (very little) I guess most everyone knows this!!!!

I called about reducing the size of an oriental rug, Pam answered the phone. Not even remotely helpful. I waited a few hours and called back to try again, Pam answered again. Not helpful and EXTREMELY condescending.

I just called to get a quote over the phone and I realize that I could not get an exact price until I actually picked out what I wanted but it sure does seem like someone could have given me some type of price but instead I was told to call home depot or Lowes. They must not need the business huh?
