MOVE. HERE NOW. I lived at The View at Paris Mountain for two years and have recently moved out. As one of the original residents of the complex, it was one of my favorite apartment complexes that I lived in. I was so sad about moving out.Maintenance staff is amazing and will come fix your issues in a timely manner. The complex is well maintained and all amenities are as advertised.Nikki and Ally are amazing people. Super nice and are always willing to work with you if you have problems or concerns.I lived in a 2bed/2 bath and loved it. Every unit is fully updated. Rent price is fair and did not increase significantly over the years. Bedrooms can be fully furnished and will still have room for decor, plants, standing mirror, desk, chair, etc. Very spacious. The closets are huge. I have A LOT of clothes and shoes. Plenty of room for one or to share. The bathrooms are fantastic. Lots of room for makeup storage and skin care. The showers have great water pressure and very hot water.The kitchen can hold a ton of stuff. If you have a lot of gadgets and cookware, you will love this kitchen. Pantry is big and all appliances are upgraded. My laundry room was huge and had room for two litter boxes. It also has great shelf storage for extra paper products and detergents. Washing machine’s is large and works well. Dryer works well. Patio is huge. I had a ton of plants and two large rocking chairs. My kitty loved being outside.Living near the mountains is amazing too. If you love the outdoors, you will love it here

This is an AMAZING apartment complex, everyone! I moved here 7 months ago sight unseen from CT. I couldnt be happier. My apartment is beautiful with top notch fixtures/cabinetry and amenities. I love all the closet space and storage. The staff is beyond amazing... Kelly, Alley, Nikki and Alex.... just incredible! I plan to live here for many years to come. Having a pool was a must for me, and this one knocks everything else out of the park. I am particularly amazed by the maintenance and upkeep of the property here. I love being able to take walks right outside my unit along the many sidewalks. Location is fabulous too. Food shopping is so convenient in both directions just a very short distance away. Downtown Greenville is just 12 mins. away! I am really into interior design, and photography, so thought I would share a few photos of my living space. My furniture is actually NAVY folks, not black! OH, and most importantly, my cat Derby loves it here too! He can sit for hours in the window sill staring at all the doggies that walk by!

I moved to the View at Paris Mountain Apartments in July, and my experience has been great since the very beginning. Moving to SC from a different state amidst a global pandemic was challenging as I had to conduct my apartment search online. Allie and Kelly eased all my anxieties and concerns at every step. Overall, the management ( kudos to Allie, Kelly, and Nikki) and the maintenance team are true professionals; they are responsive, kind, and friendly. They go above and beyond to offer all the residents a comfortable and safe living space. The apartments are gorgeous - spacious with lots of natural light and all the amenities you need. It is also in a very convenient location—only 5-min. Drive to Furman and 10-min drive to downtown. In short, it is a perfect place to live and call home.

We moved here from out of state and chose this apartment based on reviews and location. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was reassured that most of the staff actually lives in this community. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well kept.What I love most is the community is that everyone has been kind and welcoming. Even the landscaping crew had stopped to help me out. I’ve enjoyed every interaction with the staff. My questions are addressed in a timely manner. We haven’t had any maintenance issues but we see the crew daily on the grounds working. So I’d assume any concerns would be addressed quickly.Our kids love it here. There is a playground and a pool that we visit almost daily. Both are well maintained and clean. They have made friends with many of the community kids.It’s really been a great place to live.

I love living at the View at Paris Mountain! The location is great (only 12 minutes (driving) from downtown Greenville) the staff is very friendly and helpful, all the neighbors here are kind and welcoming! Overall, it’s a great community- especially for someone who is new to Greenville. Not to mention the amenities like the pool, the grill and park areas, the gym are very clean and well kept. My apartment is also spacious and brand new!

This is By far the best Overall Apartment Complex and Staff I have ever dealt with looking at apartments. The Staff is Amazing, Professional, and very responsive. I mostly worked with Kelly who was AMAZING and probably one of the main reasons we moved here.Back in March I visited almost 20 apartment complexes and this by far was the best experience from touring all the way to signing the lease and moving here from out of state.One thing I wanted to mention as well is the VALUE you get here. By far one of cheapest rents we looked at but did not skip on value or appearance. You might miss some luxuries like no valet trash, or backsplash in kitchen but for almost $500 cheaper then all other apartments we looked at, the appliances are great, Each room has a fan, Im on a 2nd floor and dont hear to much noise upstairs or by our neighbors. and dont mind the exercise to take trash outThe final notable mention is the Staff, from Kelly, to Nikki, and Ally, and the Maintenance staff we have met Alex and Devon have all been great and make us feel welcomed. Alex and Devon came quickly and fixed a few minor things we noted in out initial walk through.Im extremely happy with me and my wifes decision on moving here and starting our next chapter.

This place basically robbed me of $200. I applied for a one bedroom and paid the additional $200 to be placed on a waiting list. By the time a unit became available, I no longer needed it. According to the fine print of the application this money was nonrefundable. Its unfortunate no one informed me of this verbally and I threw $200 in the trash. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love staying at the view. The apartments are beautiful and everyone is really nice. Maintenance is extremely responsive and the ladies in the front office are always very friendly and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. I definitely recommend living here!

Staff was real helpful especially Kelly. She really knew her stuff. Answered a lot of questions as well as made us think about things we never considered!

We were able to get our service request resolved the same day! Alex was very patient and attentive to our needs. He explained to us step-by-step how to fix a problem within our apartment if it occurred again.All the leasing ladies (Nikki, Ally & Kelly) are super friendly and definitely make you feel welcome and at home here! We recently moved in & absolutely love it here!We appreciate all the staff at The View!

Although it’s a pretty place to live, that is unfortunately the only good thing about this apartment complex. The walls are so thin you can hear every word of conversations from people upstairs and next door. Our neighbors upstairs were so loud, kept us up every night and woke us up every morning and the office couldn’t do anything to help us. My air vent even fell out above my bed at 5am one morning because of neighbors upstairs and could’ve hurt me. There is also not enough parking whatsoever, so expect to take a hike every day if you don’t work a normal 9-5 job. Tenants are charged monthly for trash service, even though it is not valet trash. The office has strict rules and dumb fines, you can get a fine for leaving towels out on your patio to dry. My roommate and I were miserable living here.

Only a couple of months in, both my wife and I agree that this is an incredible place to live. The location is amazing, the property is beautiful, and the staff is incredible. Kelly and Ally are both rock stars! Highly recommend the property.

When I first emailed Kim, she responded immediately with a very informational and personal email. Every other complex I have written has sent me an automated response.Kim and Alli really and genuinely CARE about the people here and it shows in the staff, maintenance and facilities of the apartment complex.The location is absolutely beautiful, pet friendly (we have a 12 year old golden who is loving life here) and very quiet.Concrete stairs and thick walls are extremely nice to keep the noise down. We havent even heard a neighbor close their door yet!Best value apartment in Greenville. We looked for 5 months and now are loving our new home.

I moved to the View last June after having been a home owner for over 45 years. Whatever reservations I had about moving in were allayed immediately by the responsive staff and the high quality, ongoing maintenance of the grounds. My apartment is well laid out with plenty of closet space, plus there is an oversized storage area/closet on the deck. The salt water pool and deck area are first rate and the adjacent patio provides a gas fireplace, TV, two gas grills, large covered sitting area with tables and high stools and a ping pong table. A fenced playground area is conveniently adjacent to the patio so a family can picnic, play, and swim. The adjacent, large grassy area gives it a park-like atmosphere. I do not believe there is a better value in an apartment in the Greenville area.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 months and we love it so much! We love the staff and our neighbors are always friendly. We love that this community is dog friendly and we get to meet everyones pets. :) The pool just opened and we cant wait to get to use it. I would highly suggest living in this apartment complex. :)

Fantastic complex, best apartments Ive ever lived at. Grounds are kept nice, lots of amenities, staff is courteous and does a great job taking care of everything. Excellent location, by Furman, 10 min. from Travelers Rest and downtown. Would highly recommend.

We fell in love with the complex the moment we got to meet Nikki. We shopped around for apartments and out of all of them she was the best at showing us the apartment complex as well as getting us the information we needed. When we walked around everyone that seen Nikki would say hey how are you and we could tell everyone was so friendly. They made the move in process so simple. The property is very well kept and clean. We had an issue with our heater and Alex that maintenance manager was beyond helpful. We needed parts and it was the day before Christmas Eve and he wasn’t going to be able to get the parts in time. So instead of just giving us heaters he came back with parts from a apartment that was not be rented out. He wanted to make sure we were taken care of and we really felt that from him. We have been overly happy with The View at Paris Mountain.

A nice place to live if you are hard of hearing and won’t be able to hear your neighbors and if you don’t have to ask the office for anything. Affordability and location is what kept me here for 2 years and that’s about it.

This company has a streamlined system in place that allows them to take advantage of young students that are leasimg from them while attending college. They charged our daughters for month to month rates amd then kept their security deposit after not allowing us 5o walk through amd remediate any issues with the apartment. We went back two full weeks before the apartment lease was expired and they wouldnt give us the keys back and had already leased the apartment out for the remainder of that month. Just like when we were in the military, companies like this one are predators of young people who dont read the fine print. They say whatever it takes to get you to sign their lease a then they change their story once its time to move out. We went there with our carpet cleaner and all the supplies needed to detail the apartment. They made the offer to let us back in amd then paid to have the work done anyways.

I absolutely love living here! I especially love my view from my apartment! All of the amenities make living here comfortable ! We are close to everything we need plus so much more!! The management team here is awesome, they worked swiftly and they kept us informed every step of the way with our application process which was easy ! We love it here!

My family and i have been at The View for a little over a year now. The apartments are nice, the leasing and maintenance staff are amazing! Everyone here is really friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.The View is the only place I have stayed that has an apartment Life Team. Matt and Diamond (Life Team) are very friendly and check in often to see how things are going. They also plan fun events that really allow The View to feel like a community.With a few of the staff living on property things are very clean and well maintained. My family has had no issues in our time here, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to move come by and check it out!

Why would I recommend this Apartment complex and give it five stars? There are many reasons, which I will explain, that all simply boils down to - they care about each tenant. Given the current climate in this country the management team remains committed to providing the best experience for those who live here. Now, a bit more detail:When my wife and I were moving from Ohio to Greenville we researched apartments and reached out many. There were only a couple that actually contacted us in person, the View being one. As we researched and knew we were on a definite time line the View stood out from all others and it was not even close! I must have called and emailed 15 to 20 times to ask questions and get information (I am a particularly detailed planner). They were patient and got me the information I needed, while at the same time dealing with construction and other tenants. That is no easy task. After we moved in, there was one issue we encountered which left my wife and I upset. It was in that encounter where we could see their commitment. Literally, from before that time and then after we have had nothing but the very best in professionalism, care and commitment. The team here is personal and involved. They have a dedicated team to welcome new tenants and to do monthly community fun programs. The units are excellent, with nice appliances and floor plans. The complexes amenities (fitness, business, etc) are first rate. Alex, who is in charge of maintenance is also first rate. He is professional and timely and his work is excellent.I could go in and on...this review may even sound to good to be true. There will always be something or another happening in life (i.e construction)...but, you will not find a better complex to live in. We are going on our second year and it has only gotten better.

Ally was so sweet and helpful. When I arrived she was with a customer and there were 3 others waiting - she was the only one there on a Saturday but yet and still she was calm, patient and showed that she cared. Nikki has been great as well. Move in process was smooth. Apartment so cozy and brand new as well as affordable for me. Location is great. Feel completely safe. No unpleasant interactions with neighbors nor noise levels. The construction of the new buildings is still under way but I dont sleep in so its not really a bother. They just work some weekends including Sundays - that is the only down fall, which is only temporary and has nothing to do with the awesome apartments and staff!

The move in process was great but they try to put lipstick on a pig. Within the first year of it being built, the apartment is already falling apart and having maintenance issues, not to mention the flooding when it rains. There is absolutely no parking available after 7 pm ever and you are expected to park on the other end of the complex. I have a baby and that makes it extremely difficult. The courtesy officer is far from that - he is rude and not helpful. Will not be renewing.

Have lived here since August. Beautiful apartment complex. Quiet and nice neighbors. Great location. The staff (Nikki and Ally) are so great and there is a care team who hosts events often. Last night we made smores out by the fire and hot chocolate and cookies were also provided. This is just one example of the events. Im so glad I moved here

The views at Paris mountain is a great place to live! Transitioning from another apartment community to another I couldn’t be happier with this community. Ally was such a big help since day one.The property manager Nikki is awesome! The amenities here are great and the apartment is a really good size! Thank you staff members for making me feel at home!

Pretty nice place to live. Convenient location and so far no safety concerns. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Move-in experience was easy. To date, all the neighbors I have met have been pleasant.Lost a star as the one negative is the community is still under construction and the noise from that can be loud and annoying. The frequent beeping of the construction equipment in reverse gets old. The nail guns are not as bad. Makes for some interesting conference calls for my job. The construction starts early (7am) even on some weekend days. White noise machines help a bit to muffle the noise.

I just moved into The View about two weeks ago and am loving everything so far. The management made the transition of moving very easy and communicated well through exactly what I needed to do to get my new apartment set up as mine. Amenities are very nice and I love the view. Great location, close to most everything anyone could need.

An ideal place for us and our dog for the next year while we build a home north of Greenville. We evaluated over a dozen properties - The View is clean, secure, convenient, quiet. Great floor plans, impeccable design. Onsite ammenities are the best weve encountered - a great value.Kelly was our main contact - a consummate customer service professional - knowledgeable, thorough, candid, and helpful during EVERY step from inquiry through move-in, and beyond. EVERY staff member weve encounted in the office and on the grounds has been helpful, courteous, and enthusiastic. A home run.

I moved into these apartments almost a week ago, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. The staff is very friendly and really helpful. The apartments are spacious and nice. It’s a really nice and beautiful place to live. If you’re looking for an apartment I highly recommend these!

Honestly I cant rave about this place enough. In the 5 apartment complexes I have lived in, this one is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of living at. I LOVE not only my home and really great features my home has and the privacy of the complex and seriously great amenities but the team here is really to die for. Nikki, Ally, the maintenance staff and even the Resident folks, Diamond and Matt are really all a joy. Maintenance respects my home when I ask for no shoes in the home and that is so greatly appreciated.Ally and Nikki really have cultivated a great relationship with the residents, putting our needs and requests at the top of the priority list.Diamond, Matt, Nikki and Ally all put on such cool little community events: smores night, kombucha making, white elephant party- the list goes on.The only knock I have is theres not enough parking FOR NOW, I know they are working on creating more parking spaces and with it being a new complex those things are just to be expected as they build and grow. Overall though- 10/10 would recommend. I would make the decision to live here over and over again. I intend to stay here until I buy my first home.

We have been here at The View for maybe 3 weeks. The apartment is nice, clean, and spacious. Office staff are friendly. It can sometimes be a little noisy with the other tenants around us, but all in all not bad. There was one night a large group of people were pretty noisy down by the pool around midnight. Not too long after, there was a letter on the door reminding tenants of the rules and policies and consequences if not followed. We were loving it here until yesterday morning, when my husband went to take our son to daycare. The center caps and tire flare was stolen off his car. We thought maybe someone hit it at first but no, the bolts were taken out and it was the other side that was missing the center caps. We immediately called the office. They checked the one camera near there but couldnt see the car from there. We were basically told they couldnt do anything about it because this is public parking. I have a huge problem with this. There are no cameras on that side of our building. I havent seen any cameras except for near the carwash, pool, and office. This is going to cost us to replace these parts. And who is to say this person wont come back for something else they need? After all, they didnt get caught. When you pay over $1000 a month in rent, you shouldnt have to put up with theft.

I am loving my new home! the property manager Kim was very professional and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and have plenty of storage space. Even though they are still working to get everything set up, I am loving the progress they are making so far.

I moved to Greenville from another state, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly thanks to the staff at The View at Paris Mountain! Kim and her team were extremely helpful and informative in the months leading up to our move. I appreciated their timely responses to calls or emails, and they’ve been equally accessible since I’ve arrived. Our apartment is beautiful and surpassed my expectations. Though the property is still under construction, we haven’t been inconvenienced in any way. The location is perfect for us, as it’s just minutes from shopping, dining, and downtown. I’m very happy with our decision to move here!

Kim has been extremely helpful throughout our entire leasing process. She’s always been available to answer our questions and has made our whole transition super smooth. The apartments at The View at Paris Mountain are gorgeous, and what few issues we have encountered have been easily solved by Kim and her team.

I have lived here for 4 months and I have only GREAT things to say about my new home. It is gorgeous inside and out. The staff here are awesome. Nikki and Ally are so friendly and professional. Alex is super nice and curteous. My move-in was flawless.This property has really nice ammenities and they are always planning something for the tennants to mix, mingle and have fun.

Finding the right apartment from out of state was not easy, but Nikki made the decision and process so much easier. My emails and concerns were addressed promptly. Now here about two weeks, we definitely made the right choice.
