Apartment complex is nice. I never had any issues until I had black mold growing in my apartment that got me extremely sick. I told management and all they offered was to clean the mold, put a dehumidifier in the apt and see if it came back AFTER I told them the mold put me in the hospital. They never offered me another unit nor returned my calls. I had to keep calling to get updated on my apartment as they didn’t consider this an emergency. They claimed to had removed all the mold in my apartment but when I went back, there was mold in every window seal that had not been cleaned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I had to move out of my apartment while sick with nowhere to go. Not only was the mold in my apartment, as I walked past my neighbors, I saw mold growing on their blinds from outside. The apartments are older and have no good air circulation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Seriously the nicest complex in town! I have lived at Meridian for a little over a year now and I love it! I currently live in a two bedroom Beacon and I have had a really great experience so far. I chose to lease an upgraded apartment and I was very pleased upon move-in. The upgraded vinyl flooring is gorgeous, my appliances are new, and my fixtures are modern and sleek. I really like that Meridian is a quiet and professional neighborhood. Everyone has been friendly and I truly feel at home here. I have had no issues since moving in and the office staff was very friendly as I was searching for the perfect apartment home. Maintenance has been nothing short of awesome too. The guys complete my service requests in a timely manner and the office staff even follows up after they have finished!The grounds at Meridian are always nice and tidy, the landscaping is well groomed, and my pets enjoy the clean dog parks. I would highly recommend Meridian to anyone searching for a professional, family oriented, and pet friendly community!If you dont believe me, check out my apartment below. Every worker I talked to was so wonderful. I was extremely stressed because the Pointe decided to never tell me if I was accepted. I should have made Meridian Park my number. They did my application in front of me to put me at ease and found a move in date that was perfect for me. And its a very safe area I never hear bad things about Meridian Park.

My previous review seems to have been deleted, but I’ll provide my experience once again to the public.I lived here from 2017 - 2019. The apartment was nice, clean and had great space and good amenities. There were bug issues and dog poop was prevalent. My experience communicating with staff, however, was less than pleasurable when addressing an item that needed to be fixed; they were quickly defensive and very off-putting.

Working with Debs has made the process so much easier. She listens to my needs & goes out of her way to make me feel welcomed. Very impressed with the entire staff, grounds, & most important, I feel very safe.

Meridian Park has been the best complex to work with when it comes to moving in and out. They made everything super simple and quick. No questions ask. They let us know what is expected and what to expect of them! The ladies in the office are all wonderful and the maintenance staff is stellar! Truly has been a great experience for me and my fiance!

My fiance and I have lived here for over 2 years and we have had a great experience. Its quiet, the office staff is friendly and any problems that may arise are dealt with in a timely manner. We looked at a lot of places in this price range before moving here and we are glad we chose Meridian.

I started with a one bedroom apt and liked it so much I just moved into a 2 bedroom with a cozy fireplace. Staff are great! They seemTo go out their way to help from the office to maintenance. My friends tell me I have a great place .

Great place to live! Very close to everything, but far enough away from campus so its not so much of the college feel. Very friendly staff and maintenance crew is always willing to help!

Friendly staff with beautiful living arrangements. They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Felt safe during my stay and the grounds were well kept (they also have two fenced in dog areas), along with responses to service requests being very prompt. My biggest complaint is their use of pesticides and chemicals, I felt the chemicals were doing more harm than good.

Meridian Park is one of the nicest Apartment Communities in Greenville. As a parent of a daughter, safety is one of my concerns. However this complex, is very secure. They address any issues that is brought to management and staff in a very timely matter. As far as the office staff, top quality from Office Manager to Leasing Agents I could not ask to be treated any nicer. I recommend them 100%

The property is old and not well-maintained.During the first 7 months of my time at Meridian Park I had to submit 15 separate maintenance requests to have items repaired. To include a water heater replacement and a gas leak that fed directly into my bedroom. The only reason I give this place one star is because the maintenance staff is friendly and prompt at addressing the concerns.The utilities are much higher than the staff or GUC will quote you. Also, make sure you ask whether your apartment is gas or electric as that will affect your utility bill.Probably the most frustrating part of my experience at this complex is dealing with the leasing manager who is both patronizing and frankly unsympathetic to the concerns of her tenants. She said the best she can offer is an apology for the serious of inconveniences and that it is normal to have 15+ things to fix in a 6 month span of time.Look elsewhere, there are much better options in this area with newer amenities and better customer experience.

I absolutely love this place! The area is quiet, the people are very friendly, and the buildings and grounds are kept up really nicely. Best community in Greenville!

I have nothing but good things to say about Meridian Park. They have always looked out for me. I love the apartments. They are super nice and I love the amenities included. I hope to stay with them for a long time. Annelise has always been very helpful and sweet. I have yet to have a bad experience with customer service! :)

I was in a pinch looking for a place to live and was searching the area for an apartment complex that was affordable and of good quality. Over the last few months I have had nothing put positive experiences in this complex. The individuals in the office have a great attitude about service and with their responses. When sending in emails they always have a quick less than 24 hour turn around time. I honestly would say the best part of this complex is the individuals who work maintenance. They respond so quickly, always get the job done, go above and beyond, and are very friendly. The area is a nice area as well along with a quiet atmosphere.

Do not rent their furnished apartments, absolutely disappointing experience. These pictures are only a small sampling of the condition of that apartment, pretty filthy. The first day we moved in it took about 6 hours to clean and thats after they said they had cleaned it. Furniture was broken and dishwasher was not working correctly. Management has a hard time acknowledging responsibility. For an almost $2000 apartment I expected more.

Grounds are well kept and maintenance responds to issues quickly. MP is one of the nicest apartment complexes in Greenville for the price. I felt safe enough to run at night and neighborhood is relatively quiet. The girls in the office are always super sweet, but I was warned upon arrival that they are notorious for not returning security deposits... To date I have not recieved a dime of mine.

Very clean, quiet, professional living

This community is excellent and has mostly professional and semi professionals staying here. It is quiet and residents are very respectful of each other. They offer a pool. Gym and tennis court.The staff is amazing !!!! I could not say enough great things about them and how they run the community - outstanding no wonder it is hard for peiple to leave here. Besides the great staff and residents I really like that they dont tolerate anything out of line and keep the groubds immaculate and in order . Is there even a better community in Greenville

Beautiful inside and out and very quiet. Very large 2 bedroom apartments with lots of space of single, or for very small family.

We lived here after relocating from Pa and LOVED it so much that we want to return there when we leave Fl.

Please look elswehere if you are considering moving to the Greenville area. They offer competitive prices and student discounts, but will ultimately still try to take your money any way that they can. They did it to me, and they will do it to you. They have done it to plenty others as well.I wish I had taken the time out to talk to people before I moved here, but unfortunately, I had some unforseen circumstances pop up, and signing a lease with this complex was sort of a knee-jerk reaction because I needed to spend my time taking care of other important things rather than researching all the places available in detail. If you have the time, shop around before signing anywhere. The people that work in the office have been rude on multiple times for multiple different reasons. I have also had other people mention this to me as well. Not to mention, there are all types of creatures that crawl around. I have seen roaches by many buildings during my stay. There is dog poop everywhere. Much nicer apartments and amenities around Greenville. Honestly, consider buying property in Greenville and not renting. Buy property close to the undergraduate campus or the medical sciences campus so that you have the option to rent out the place to people who are always looking for places to stay. Dont fall into the scam of what is Meridian. Not to mention, apparently they have bad insulation in their apartments, so I was always paying over $150/month (sometimes up to $200) for electricity in a ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH ONE PERSON when people in other places were paying $60-80. Take that $100+/month and use it to get a better apartment complex with better service. Lastly, I stayed in a non-pet building, but there were always dogs, sometimes even in some apartments, and dog poop (as I mentioned above) was always around our building, even though it was a non-pet building. Overall, I wouldnt recommend and there are plenty of other places that you can find for better quality, and as I mentioned, if you decide to purchase property, for WAY LESS money than what you would pay here. Not worth it.
