Great staff!!! Very attentive and caring. Before we signed our lease, they memorized our names and really did a great job of answering all of our questions. The maintenance group is also amazing! It’s an extremely clean place to live. I absolutely love living here and have no idea how anyone could rate differently. Come see for yourself. It’s safe and walking distance from Main Street and the baseball field. Great place!

I lived in 400 Rhett from June 2020-July 2021. The only reason I am moving is to be closer to my work. The staff has always been friendly and very quick to respond to any issues (which were very few and far between). The building feels very clean and safe, the views of the mountains and downtown are fantastic, and the amenities are great. Most importantly, the location is incredible with Falls Park, Fluor Field, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail all within a 10 minute walk, as well as an abundance of restaurants and bars. I only have two complaints: the dog park is a bit of a let down as it is pretty small and full of gravel instead of grass, and getting in and out of the parking garage is sometimes a pain (but that is mostly because of the construction next door not 400 Rhett themselves). Overall, I would absolutely recommend living in 400 Rhett.

I was very disappointed when we came to tour your location. The stand in knew nothing about the property and we wanted to look at a 2 bedroom and she told us she didnt have one for us to look at but to just imagine there was another bedroom. Very unprofessional. I also received an email from the property manager saying it was great to meet us but she was not even there. A complete and utter waste of our time. Needless to say we will not be choosing your location as our new home.

As I first moved to Greenville, I picked 400 Rhett because of the location, while I searched for more permanent home locations. My time here has overall been great. Jenna was great in pulling everything together for me a year ago and Trinisha was always on point to make sure things were good to go. The key fob can be an issue every now and then, but they are usually quick to getting it fixed. The only real negatives I have are the lack of visitor parking, but being downtown you can only expect so much, but it is only 10 spaces. They mention there is a dog park, but the dog park is just fenced in gravel. Finally while many of the people living here are nice, I had a bit of the unfortunate location with having many people more in the college age range to which I had to ask every now and then to quiet down late in the evening and sometimes night, again being in an apartment though you can only control so much with people above and around you.Other than that, my time here has been well. My move out is here soon, so I will update if there are any issues with moving out.

Hannah was great explaining where things were located throughout the community. She even took her time to assist me with downloading the community app.

I moved in just this past weekend and I have already fallen in love with the property! Jenna made move-in a breeze and I couldnt be happier with my decision to live here! Its in the perfect area and I honestly cant say anything negative. Love 400Rhett!

{Read Before Renting} Dear Reader, within the first week your car will be vandalized. Mine was. $1,900 worth of vandalism. But dont complain because youll have two maintenance men knock on your door. Im being nice. They dont knock. They just unlock your apartment door and walk in. They did several times if I didnt answer the door. Go to the bathroom and be comfy knowing you might have someone help wipe. Oh, and learn Spanish because your shower buddy doesnt know English. Itll be helpful because youre tired from the train that passes right next to the building blaring its horn all day and night! The apartment i had smelled terrible moving in and floor was covered in residue. You wont know until you sign paperwork to lease it. I wasnt shown it till I signed the lease. Mind you that staff doesnt work there anymore and hopefully they treat people better. Youre mail will always be missing and Amazon will leave your package in the main lobby. The elevator will break twice a week. Expect delivery to never get passed the front door.Lets do some math.Trash fee $25150 Apartments = $3750$45,000 a year!Parking fee $30You guessed it. $4500$54,000 a year! To park your car!Enjoy that robbery on top of terrible apartments for way to much money.

We LOVE living at Rhett!! The only reason we would leave is to buy a house...too bad we cant buy our exact unit at Rhett, because we would!! Hope, Nikki and all of the other staff are wonderfully responsive, courteous, helpful and just pleasant and friendly to be around!

I have lived at Rhett for 3 1/2 years now and have had nothing short of an amazing experience. Nikki and Hope are incredible to work with and the community it self feels like a family. As an individual who has lived DT for several years and looked at several different apartments in the area. This one is by far the best.

We finished a 1 year lease and are half way thru an 18 month renewal. We are very happy with everything here, but the maintenance crew is extraordinary. They are prompt, capable and always friendly. We truly appreciate the service.

Brandon is an awesome leasing agent. He was so good and helpful. He is a true asset to you guys. I can’t wait to apply and live there. He is so good with my friends who live there. I would move there just because he was the nicest and informatial leasing agent downtown Greenville.

Some neighbors can be snobish but I show the same respect they show me. Some neighbors think theyre in a college dorm too.I am updating this rating due to recent property management changes and common issues. Rooms are nice but expensive for the space given. Parking can be an issue due to constant gate issues. There arent any other places to park other than the garage and the small space behind the building. So parking in the garage comes with a price.New property management is awful. They are all car salesman. Talking to them about any issues, you better have a lawyer come with you.The one good thing is the mantaince crew and with one of them quitting, I didnt blame him with this poor management team.

Very nice upon move-in, but be cautious as they are tricky upon move-out, and many units are sadly now vacant. They do not respond to maintenance requests and charge fees for move out after normal wear and tear. I was also excited to live here but terribly disappointed towards the end. There are some wonderful other options in the downtown area with convenience, fabulous amenities and (Ive heard from friends) very responsive management, which truly makes a difference.I also had a couple security-related issues, which prompted me to move.To echo what is stated below...other concerns...marijuana smoke, general smoking on the balconies and lack of security in the parking garage.

We were welcomed warmly by Brandon, who showed us the property and the features of our new unit. Brandon has been very helpful and responsive during the course of our move from another state. There was initially a problem with our AC unit, but Javier repaired it promptly. All of our experiences with the 400Rhett team have been positive!A few weeks later we reported a light was out on our ceiling light fixture in the kitchen.Javier came up and fixed it promptly. Brandon called later in the day to be sure that we were satisfied. 400Rhett Staff ROCKS !

Just finished talking with Nikki about leasing information. She was very knowledgeable, polite and just all around awesome. She was very helpful about the application process and very patient.

Ive visited a lot of apartments in downtown Greenville and this one has definitely been one of the best. If youre a Drive fan or like going to the restaurants on Main Street, you wont find a better location than 400 Rhett. And, theres no need to pay for downtown parking, because you can basically walk anywhere and everywhere downtown within a few minutes. The apartments are beautiful inside with very upgraded finishes and there is a nice courtyard in the center of the building (pool, grills, fireplace and even TVs... yes TVs Outside). I cant say enough about these apartments and I definitely recommend!

Not sure what we were getting into back in Dec. We like the complex and really like the admin of this place. Maint & management are great & we feel well taken care of.

I had a great first year here at Rhett, but unfortunately I’m completely disastified with the new management company that has taken over. Nikki Marshall is fantastic as a property manger, but as far as changes to the new portal and payment systems, it has been a nighmare. I don’t recommend. They seem quite mercenary and predatory.

The Casino,Aquarium, and Imax theater are just of the few amenities included at this apartment complex. Come join us for a complimentary round of cocktails and hor deurves each Tuesday night at 7pm.

OMG!!!!!! the staff is super great, Nikki Marshall the Manager was so kind and talked to me like she have know me for years, Brandon is the Best and worked so good with my Company and we are so pleased with the service we got at 400 Rhett!!!

I leased a 2 bedroom unit for the better part of a year and from the beginning was disappointed in the constant presence of marijuana smoke while cigarette smoking prohibited fiercely, dog feces, and double standards of policies from management. In my stay with my 4 year old nephew he was exposed on multiple occasions to dog urine in the elevators to our 3rd floor apartment.My vehicle which was supposedly in a secure parking garage was seriously vandalized twice so badly that I will have a deductible to pay towards the insurance claim. An erroneous complaint was filed with local law enforcement while having a private conversation in my apartment behind closed doors.Nikki, the office manager severely neglected her duties and would often make verbal agreements that opposed 400 Rhett policies. She often seemed to create her own set of policies based on her whims rather than the safety of the tenants.Lastly, but not least - importantly, a roach infestation was neglected grossly by the 400 Rhett management and I was charged for half of the extermination fee rather than the facility handling their infestation in a timely manner. I would greatly discourage any prospective leasees from these properties.

I was one of the first residents to move into 400 Rhett over 2 years ago. Ive been extremely fortunate to be apart of such an amazing community of people. The facilities at Rhett are 1st class -- we are blessed to have an amazing saltwater pool, two extremely large grills, and a patio that incorporates two outdoor flat screen TVs and a fireplace. The location of 400 Rhett puts you in the beautiful West End of Downtown Greenville, where there is never a shortage of events to attend -- it truely is the best place to live in what Travel Magazine calls, one of the hottest downtowns in the country. On top of all the amenities and the superb location, 400 Rhett boasts a management team that is second to none -- they respond to any needs, while giving you the freedom to live without the restrictions commonly associated with apartment complexes. I would give 400 Rhett 6 stars if possible -- if you are in the market in Greenville looking for your next home, I recommend you swinging over to the West End and checking out what 400 Rhett has to offer -- you will not be disappointed.

The bedroom floors look fantastic! The team at 400 Rhett continues to exceed expectations.
