Great tour today with Leah. She is very knowledgeable of the community and we cant wait for our daughter to start her college career at good school and an apartment with friendly staff. I know we wont have to worry as much about her being so far away. Thank you for making our experience very pleasurable today.
Had difficulty finding all my information on payment. And was given the wrong times and days to register for my dorm but the place has more than enough space in the room.
Campus pointe has been a great experience this year. I’m definitely glad it’s under new management and that they are here to make you happy and make this place feel like home. I love the activities and events! It truly feels like a college campus.
Rooms are dirty. most of us me and roommates things were broke when we got there. maintenance is slack. my room light was broke for the whole semester after filing a report several times. water leaks from room it was terrible. campus police doesn’t do much to protect students either
Campus pointe of Greenville is very unprofessional. It has roaches, wifi sucks, the air conditioning is always broken. Maintenance takes FOREVER to come. Some the staff is related to residents so there are biased views during conflict. There’s been times of inspection that my things have gone missing. Rising college freshman’s RUN AND DO NOT COME HERE! ITS ALL FALSE ADVERTISING!
Great staff. Leah is the best. The security guard is always so sweet when I come in.
I am enjoying my stay here. I highly recommend it.
Not worth the priceMy son spent one school year living at Campus Pointe - couldnt wait to get out! The apartments are run down. The oven in his apartment didnt work. He reported it numerous times to maintenance, and was told it was not a safety issue so they did nothing about it. Even though he lived with an RA, the quiet hours were routinely violated in his own apartment (and others). Staff is unresponsive and it costs way more than they tell you up front. Take the time to look around - there are much better housing options in Greenville!
I love the 2019FA-2020SP staff at campus pointe! They always make sure that my living situation enables me to make the best of my school life (academically and socially). Maintenance responds to request with expert service but also quickly. They’re also very friendly!
The staff here is amazing. When you need help they always make sure that your questions are answered and your issues are resolved. VERY GREAT! Specifically Sycha, she makes sure that you’re always good.
Campus pointe is a JOKE, they don’t treat you like adults or even college students, they treat you like little kids. I moved thinking it would better than living with my parents and it was WORSE. They over charge you and are always changing the rules. They are constantly taking advantage of people and even tried to throw events to make people write good reviews about them. ITS NOT WORTH IT, please go somewhere else!
I never do reviews but it’s to the point where I have to make comments about this place! First off the staff is rude. They were nice when I first arrived but that changed quickly. Not just the people in office they put students in charge (RA) who smoke in their rooms and clearly don’t take their job serious. When they do inspections they’ll take things out of your room like you wouldn’t notice. (no one else has access to my room) The whole campus is outrageous . If you don’t have a car your whole year will suck because housing is so far from classes. This campus is money hungry and a scam. They charge you for things you didn’t even do! I could go on and on but just PLEASE please listen to the REAL reviews
Campus Pointe is a great environment for college students! The hospitality is Phenomenal, and the staff members treat you like family. The atmosphere is friendly, and the security does their job of keeping you safe. I recommend GTC housing to any student who will like to attend Greenville Technical College.
I really appreciate the Manager Kayla Clark she is the best any question is always answered, always nice, I love my kids experience because of her. Please get more like her. Sycha Williams is always a pleasure to speak with and handles every situation with so much professionalism.
Campus Pointe is a awesome place to chill and visit new people. They also have awesome events for you to play and party. The clubhouse on Campus Pointe is a great place to chill, play pool, and to do school work!😊
Lived here three years ago during my time at Greenville Tech. Not a pleasant experience. Don’t recommend.
Campus Pointe is a great place to live while attending GTC. The housing is well put together and very clean. The staff here have events so that student can interact with each other, which is great for us. The outside is well kept which is nice for walking to class. Maintenance is very quick and one call away. If anyone is thinking about campus pointe, its worth it.
The staff are amazing, the stay on campus is great. everyone is friendly & they make my time here relaxed and laid back as a college student!
For my first year at Greenville tech living in the apartment at campus point has by far be a great experience with meeting new people and having fun.
Campus Pointe is a Great place to live . They have amazing hours and very helpful! I’ve had a great time at campus pointe !
I love campus point because they are always having events in there Community Center and offer food that is really good.
I feel so safe staying here at Campus Pointe! They have lots of activities so that you could network with others and meet potential friends!
I really have been enjoying some of the activities we have been doing at campus point. Specially our game nights and dinners.
Great staff ! I was locked out my room once & i received assistance quick!
Campus pointe is an AWESOME place to live for your first year college experience! They always to had events to keep the residents there active in their college life ! Overall its a great place to live at!
Straight to the point .. it’s better that you don’t waste your time nor money. I wished I would’ve listened to the reviews because it’s seriously nothing but a scam. Just so many bad experiences!
ZERO STARS!!! Lol, this place is a JOKE. If you’re coming here fresh out of high school and expect to be free and completely on your own, this isn’t the place for you. You’re on your own but yet it’s like you’re being BABY SAT. The staff is terrible, apartments are NOT what they make them out to be. And it’s way too expensive for the quality of living. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This is easily the worst apartment complex Ive ever stayed at. The first day I moved in they placed me in the wrong apartment and didnt even know until I confronted them about it. Sure the rent is cheap but youre pretty much paying rent to live at a prison. You cant have opposite sex visitors no matter if youre a student or not. Theres no alcohol allowed. The only way I see this place getting a five star review is management telling the staff to go on and leave a 5 star review to make up for their actually deserved terrible reviews.
I highly recommend Campus Pointe ! Not only do you get that independent experience, but the staff does not hesitate to give you the one on one experience. Theres many activities that are spanned throughout the week, hosted by staff and the on campus RAs.
Greenville Tech is an awesome place to visit. My son and I visited the campus and everyone was very nice and was very knowledgeable. ❤
The environment is just overall great !! Will be renewing my lease 🚨
I love this campus. Yall should come
Campus point has been the most best to me if you make a call they get up instantly and handle the problem since been on campus i have had all my problem answered and solved
Campus Pointe is a great environment for college students! Enjoy it a very much!
I like campus pointe because there amazing people
The events are fun and with the police here I feel safe!
I have had a good time at campus pointe
I love how I can have my own bathroom and bed room it’s a great way to learn how to be on your own!
They were super helpful with my move in process!
I am currently a resident at campus pointe and just wanted to take time out to let anyone who is interested in attending campus pointe it would be great decision. The staff is great, the students are friendly and overall it’s a safe environment. It would be a great decision to become a resident.
This experience at Campus pointe has been amazing.
I was extremely nervous about my daughter attending GTC away from home, but the staff at Campus Pointe were so helpful and made sure she got an apartment. I am certainly satisfied with Campus Pointe & the staff.
They’re so helpful and nice to all the residents!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would because it is a joke for students. The walls are extremely thin! You can hear and smell anything your neighbors are doing and it’s sooo loud. Quiet/courtesy hours are not enforced and the RA’s don’t really do anything. I lived here for 2 years after having a horrible first year I gave it another chance because my roommate was terrible but things only got worse my second year! If you’re a dedicated student pursuing a career for the future then take your money and get a real apartment somewhere else trust me it’ll be worth it! Don’t waste your time and money at this place
Campus pointe is a great place to be ! & a very nice community!
Great staff and good place to live at, friendly people
Whats the reason for not having off campus visitors staying over?
This is a very unprofessional place. The security guard was very rude to me. It was even more amazing that the people were getting an education!!!
NEVER TRUST YOUR KIDS IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE!! My daughter was jumped by her roommate and family and some how all these people got passed the security gate out front! She called police and made report. They did nothing and took no responsibility. Then had the audacity to put her off campus w/ no appeal and she was a victim! These people are pathetic and those flash light security guards serve no purpose
Horrible place. Rude people. Rude managers. LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! I just thought people was being harsh but this place suckkksssss!!! They try and change you for stuff you didnt do. They lie and say things just to get more money. They even tried taking money from my friends palegrants but we fought and got it back!! Dont come here. They air has been broken for months and they REFUSE to fix it!! Ive called so many times. Dont do it!! Hot as fire and nasty place. They didnt even clean the apartments! Trash.
Came into my apartment this morning as usual and I was stunned by a DEAD MOUSE literally. I called the campus center to inform them on the situation, but that was a joke. I was told to wait until 9 A.M. until maintenance came into work, but I was also told the campus had 24hr maintenance. It’s obvious the staff doesn’t care about its residents.
Campus Pointe housing staff is really helpful, they make sure you are living comfortable and safe while you are in school
A lovely place and the staff is great!
The campus is Very clean and the staff is very nice.
I stayed here for ONE semester and it was literally HELL. You pay a lot of money to stay here (over 500 a month), cant have over night visitors of opposite sex even though were over 18, only certain apartments have baths, the RAs are rude and a complete joke because they dont take anything seriously and expect you to do everything yourself like handling LOUD people above you at 3 am. Theres no where ever to park infront so you have to park outside the gate, which is normally packed as well, and the people running the gate charge you for not having your ID ready (even though theres a student housing sticker on your car), oh and you cannot have visitors under 18, so most of my family members couldnt visit with their kids, and you have to sign someone in days before they can stay the night. I hated this place and you couldnt pay me to go back.
Fantastic events and a nice place to stay.
Very nice place to live and management is awesome
Nice events and maintenance is always on top of it.
Greenville tech is a waist i wish i never waist my tome for all future students and students dont waidt your time they beat me out of my and you cant do nothing on campus if u do they quick to kick u out send u back home i rather go spend my joy and education at USC aiken
They keep posting fake positive reviews to help the reputation of this horrible place . i aint even live here and i know how bad it is. New Management Please !!! (like they dont change it every other year)
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ! staying on campus sucks & their a SCAM ARTIST ! its to expensive and not worth the money you are giving them. THE RAS SUCK ASS THEY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ! I had something very important shipped to me one day & was told I couldnt get it on Saturdays 😡 & ending up finding out my package wasnt in the back. they have NON RAS in the back who couldve possibly stole my package. the rules are very stupid we get treated like high schoolers please save your time & DONT COME HERE ‼️ Get an apartment and find you a roommate. ☺️
Campus Pointe is not a great place to live Mrs. Kayla is the only nice and professional office staff she is very helpful and has no problem helping someone in need or talking to you if you have a problem. Campus Pointe does not offer fun events for the students and they wonder why everyone sneak and do certain stuff because we are under isolation and they do not offer fun events that would want to make us get out our room.and attend. I feel as if we are under isolation I am about to be 21 I do not want to feel like I would have to sneak and have a drink instead of enjoying it in the comfort of my own apartment. We pay alot of money whether its out of financial aid or out of pocket to stay at campus pointe and our apartments are not even up to date on the inside they can really do alot to change Campus Pointe and make it a better community so we can actually enjoy ourselves as adults and be able to live as adults and not be treated like children they can also come in and work on the inside of the apartments change the appliances out, that nasty old white tile flooring and carpet and put new flooring and appliances in and update and actually focus on what the students want instead of what they want so I will give campus pointe a rate of 1 star and they barely deserve that.
I really dont think its as bad as everyone is saying. then again, my school schedule only had me in classes monday-wed/thurs, so i was able to go home on weekends. i dont think i ever stayed a full week. it was a decent place to rest, study, and eat, and it was great to live right on campus so i could walk to class if i wanted to. while it wasnt as terrible as everyone here is saying, it did have a lot of downsides, especially my second semester. i have tips though.i never had a pest problem and i lived on a ground floor apartment, so thats saying something. and the showers were great: good water pressure and it rarely went cold on me. just make sure to have a shower curtain thats low enough to catch the spray. they do have some strict policies: no friends after midnight, no over-nights of the opposite sex (gay people apparently dont exist), no deep-frying, no drugs/smoking/alcohol. none of that was really a problem for me, like i said i only stayed 3-4 days out of the week. if any of that is a deal breaker for you, find someplace else. they did do monthly cleanliness checks, and if one of your roommates wasnt clean, you all got fined. luckily i never had that issue. please be courteous of your roommates if you live here.lighting sucks: buy some lamps. i dont know how you can complain about such an easy fix. you can complain about the mattresses though, they are terrible. i bought a mattress pad but those can be pricey, which brings me to the cost. its ridiculous. $3100 per semester in a 4x4 and Im sure i could find a cheaper place somewhere else. its not worth that much.walls/ceilings are paper thin. i would always hear my roommates talking and my upstairs neighbors liked to yell and blast music at midnight, that was nice. also heard their footsteps all the time. theres not really any advice i can give for that, i suppose you could ask the RA to get them to quiet down but i just tried to ignore it.staff was friendly. had packages sent to me often and never had a problem. maintenance was okay. security was great, i honestly felt very safe. internet was good. never used the cable. set boundaries with your roommates, especially if you have 4; one of mine stole my food on occasion but i took care of it. try to share the fridge space evenly.the living room is not as pretty as in the pictures; you would have to buy your own curtain/lamps/pillows/decorations etc. and most people just buy stuff for their bedroom so its pretty boring but not a big deal.overall, it had a lot of downsides but i got used to it. my tips are to buy lamps and a mattress pad, and deal with the rules. youre only here for a couple of years at most. driving in Greenville is a nightmare so i would hate to have to live off-campus personally. Greenville Tech is a great school with great teachers and youre getting a quality education.
It’s really roomy, you have your own space . & it’s really close to your classss
Needs an upgrade . service sucks. Rules sucks. We dont have any lead way. Super strict. No need for visitors, and if you were in D- building like me, you had pest.
Just pay attention. Dont Be fooled. All the so called postive reviews came within the last week . The bad reviews are not accident and are accurate. They kick kids off left and right and treat u like u 16 years old . This aint how college housing suppose to be .And All those reviews came from RAs to cover up the FACTS About this place. And RAs will snitch and steal your personality stuff and use it as evidence right before they kick u off for that weed smell !!!
Pretty fun place if you want to meet lots of cool people & have lots of fun!!! 😁👍🏾
Nice place to stay!! PERIOD
Im sorry, but Campus Pointe sucks! Super expensive (560 monthly) with lots of limitations. You cant cook fried foods. No visitors after midnight. No drinking. No smoking. The walls are paper thin and you hear your roommates & neighbors (upstairs and downstairs). God forbid you have a maintenance issue and its after business hours. If you dont shower by 11am, youll be taking a cold shower. If your roommate doesnt clean and you do, the entire apartment is fined ( why idk because I have no kids to look after). Take your money or loaned money and find you a COLLEGE buddy or roommate; find a place where you can freely do what you please SINCE YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT. Oh, Free internet is cool though if youre a gamer. Dont expect to go on your favorite blogs even if they have a hint of adult material such as profanity, violence or graphic material because its blocked. Free cable but most college students dont actually watch a lot of tv. The mattresses are rock hard but youll get use to it. The carpets need cleaning. Leaky sink faucets. Horrible lighting in the bedrooms. They do spray for bugs which I do appreciate. Staff is friendly but RA sucks. Better off talking to brick wall.
Rats infested, treats you like your under 18 and this is not the way to start off any college expreince .stayed two years if u dont belive me i know everything this place has to offer and thats not much.BUT WAIT!the school part is wonderful tho recommend the academics to any one in need of college education !
Highly recommend to live here.
I have not even stated yet and it has been hell. I got a Two Bedrooms Two baths and they change it to a 4 Bedrooms Two baths for no reason. At the last minute. I guess the lease manager had a favorited person. And change my room for him/her. Becase when we got mad at the lease manager a Two Bedrooms Two baths magically appear.
CAMPUS POINTE AT GREENVILLE TECH IS A WONDERFUL COLLEGE EXPERIENCE WHERE I PERSONALLY HAVE LOST WEIGHT GAINED FRIENDS AND STAYED TRUE TO MYSELF
We lit no capp
I would highly recommend!
Great for living if you dont mind roaches, terrible management, and little to no internet connection. Would never recommend.
Great place, has computer on campus, nice friendly people, nice place.
They have A LOT of bugs the guards let anybody through the gate The lights barely work
It’s nice here
Awful housing. Avoid at any costs! More expensive than other college housing offers and a ton of rules despite the fact that you are an adult now. Staffing is a joke and management is ridiculous. Save your money and skip the frustrations of living here.
It is a amazing campus i recommend
Good events, very nice people!!!
Friendly people and campus looks great
The staff is awesome!
GTC is for me and is a very great school
This place is crap!! better off going to a non-student apartment
