Scheduled a 3-6pm time frame, 3 bedroom special carpet cleaning. Got a call asking if they could come 2 hours early. We didnt include that we wanted closets cleaned too, but it was no issue working it in for a little extra. Overall carpets look great & smell clean. Would use again.

Our technician, Indy, was very prompt and professional! My husband walked him through the areas needing to be cleaned. He was thorough and efficient. Once he was done, we did a walk through to make sure everything was in order. This is the 2nd time weve used Zerorez, and we are very pleased with their service. We highly recommend.

The technician was very nice and professional. However, the service was just not as advertised. Cleaned during a move, so nothing was out and the house was empty. We paid almost $400 for the carpets to be cleaned and it didnt really make a difference. I was very disappointed in the overall performance.

They came as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in my bathrooms. It looks much better but not able to completely clean the grout around the toilet. Shower walls look better but the sealer around the tub has mildew and that doesn’t really come off with this product. The tile is 25 years old so it’s going to be remodeled soon. In hindsight I probably should have skipped the shower since so much of the problem was the mildew on the sealer. Still a really good value and fast process. I definitely recommend them.

It’s probably been 10 years since our carpet was cleaned and he worked very hard on it. There were areas that we were sure could not be cleaned. Keewan (sorry if its misspelled) called shortly after their arrival window and arrived shortly thereafter, so a 10 on on-time. He was cordial, professional and cleaned our carpets per our request. No upselling which was a pleasant surprise. Zerorez is not the cheapest around but I personally think it is worth the extra cost for not having any chemicals added to our carpets. Highly recommend this company if all the other service technicians are like Keewan.

I saw a Zerorez van in the neighborhood while walking the dog so I looked them up the same day and scheduled an appointment that week based on the number of excellent reviews. My husband and I had our carpets cleaned in January when we moved in to our house but we used another company. I wish I had found Zerorez to use then because the service was outstanding. I feel much better about having family, friends and their children visiting now that we’ve had Zerorez out to treat and clean the carpets. We just got a dog a month ago and he has a lot of puppy in him still so when he decided to mark one of the spare bedroom floors I no longer felt comfortable having anyone sleep in there until having the carpets professionally cleaned (again). The tech recommended the enzyme cleaner as an upgrade and I happily took his suggestion. The whole house smells fresh again and I can confidently have people stay with us without worrying about odor or cleanliness.
