Well these guys acted like they knew what was going on and the only reason I was going to use them was because of a previous contractor that was supposed to be working with together with them. Now as for this company they did not show up to the project early it was always late and then didnt stay late either most of the time left around 4pm. The work was absolutely horrific, they nailed down subfloor and didnt even go all the way down to joists so the subfloor had nothing to hold onto. Was told numerous times by project manager that my project was being expedited for several months. Found beer cans under the house inside a wall and out in the big dumpster. They do not communicate well at the office either I send numerous emails and leave messages and never receive responses back and if I do its weeks later. Very unsatisfied with the work of this company would never recommend to anyone.

Servpro of Northeast Greenville County helped me when my dishwasher malfunctioned and sent water through my home. They were fast, courteous, and worked with my adjuster through the whole process.My lower cabinets had to be taken out, and they fought for me when my insurance company told me to just match new lowers to my existing upper cabinets the best I could. They got the approvals needed to make my home like it never happened!I would recommend this company hands down to anyone who needs their services. I have attached photos of the end result! I couldnt be happier!

Al and Brian were two great guys who I had the pleasure of being around while they repaired my floors. They were polite, prompt, and worked well together. I enjoyed having them in my home. Chad and Chris helped keep me in the loop along the process. While sometimes insurance can be slow and unresponsive these guys helped make sure the job got completed and covered. The immediate crew who helped dry my water damage was also amazing. Thank you Brandon for your help! All these guys clearly love their job. I am so glad to have my house back together. I never used this business, but I was nearly run into another lane by one of their vans (license plate PGV206) that was drifting and not paying attention to the road. My horn is broken so I had to rely on a hand gesture, at which point Im about 99% sure the passenger rolled down their window to shout something at me as well (whether this was an apology or something else I dont know - I was looking at the road).Unprofessional behavior either way! Learn to drive if youre using a company truck!

We had an air test and the mold count was high in the basement. We called Serve Pro to have the vents/ducts and rooms cleaned and fogged.I was given the cost before they even came out. They were on time, professional, and efficient. The new air test results were back in line. I recommend this company.

All of the SERVPRO employees who worked on both our recent roof leak/water damage projects were excellent. Tiandra, Chris, Al, Brian, Christina and all of the contractors were on time, professional, thorough, kind and responsive any time we needed them. I was extremely hesitant to use this company due to their online review and ratings. However I really didnt have a choice due to the size of my loss and the capabilities that I needed. Pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. They were prompt, their industry knowledge was far an above the best I have experienced and their ability to work with our insurance adjuster blew me away. On top of all of this they worked with us on our deductible and allowed us to make multiple payments so that the $2,500.00 burden didnt hurt so much and they worked the rest of the payments out with our insurance carrier.They took good care of our personal items, and rebuilt our loss for us. Their repair department with Al and Christina were fantastic to work with. If I could leave 100 more reviews of how satisfied with them I was, I would.When checking out online reviews I always see if the negativity is due to payment or process. In this case it appeared to be payment and it was. I will trust SERVPRO of NE Greenville County with any losses I may have in the future!-RJ-

Carl and his team at SERVPRO Southeast have done several jobs at both my home and my business. He has done water restoration on auto interiors, cleaned my carpets in my home and also done larger jobs for friends and family. Trust him and his team with your home, auto, and job repair cleanups. Good to know when unexpected issues occur.

These guys were great. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I have had losses in the past that didnt go very well. I was very surprised with the attention to detail and organization that was given. From the job tracking to my final folder they provided me everything that I needed to make sure my coverages were there. There may be other SERVPROs around but this is the only one I will be using. I have worked at Servpro of Northeast Greenville County going on 5 years. These guys are fantastic to work with. They really care about their customers. You could not ask for a better group of people to work with. I have been lucky and have not had to use a restoration company at my home, but if I ever have the need for someone, I most definitely will be calling on them. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! If you absolutely must use this company, take pictures of everything, every detail. Take videos and time stamp everything. This is likely one the most suspicious service and billing transactions I have ever been involved in. Make sure you insist on speaking to a knowledgeable project manager regularly and chase them down if they dont return phone calls or show up regularly on site. Insist on in-person regular communication every single day. And again, TAKE PICTURES of everything multiple times per day and anytime any new work or any change in service is executed. Then check your bill line item by line item and compare it with your pictures and notes. I cannot stress this enough. A better option would be to use a different disaster mitigation service. Ive had better experience with Service Masters and Steamatic.

Quick to take care of my needs and fair when the job was complete

WARNING!!!! Please dont use this company they dont stand behind there work.About 4 years ago we had a tree that fell and hit our home.We were told to contact ServPro to do the work that they were good.Well around 4-13-2019 the work they done on the front of our home fell off.We have contacted them so many times and they dont want to fix it.They know this is POOR WORKMANSHIP.So we have filed a complaint to the BBB about them.This man name Steve called my husband and said they would pay for the labor but no materials or that they would come out and put back up what had fell like that could be done all the gutters bent up and the wood busted.We were told there was only a 1 year warranty on this.I dont have that in writing and I have asked for this but have never received it.ServPro is not a good company to do business with and hope everyone gets more in writing them wee did or you will never see that warranty from them.I would not want this company to never tough my house again.They do not return phone calls and them will tell you anything they think you want to head.PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.UPDATE as of 4-22-2019 heard back from the BBB and this sorry company did not replay to the BBB or to me.This tells you what kind of sorry company they are hope they lose there butts on every job they do and Ill do my best to pass along to people just how they are.UPDATE 5-5-2019 The response from the owner of SerPro said the BBB closed the complaint due to it had been 4 years ago.That is not correct I have a email from the BBB saying they closed the complaint because the Company did not hear back from them in 30 days.I did have my house fixed and the company that fixed it said it was poor workmanship that they had pieced wood and that the nails they used were not the right kind.It was a sloppy job I dont know how you can put a 1 year warranty on fixing a house and the siding and wood falling off and not think it not your responsible to fix it.This company should not be in business.

If you hire them, just pray that they dont screw anything up! If they do, they wont own up to it. Theyll tell you what you want to hear, ignore your attempts to contact them and then pawn you off on their lawyer just waiting for you to give up. They lost and damaged over $1,000 worth of our possessions and after almost 4 months and a multitude of attempts to contact them, they ridiculously offered $200! That doesnt even cover our deductible that was supposed to have been waived! All that I am asking for is what I had before. Like it never happened, my ass!

They came for an estimate last week. They said theyd email it to me the next day. One week and two phone calls later and I still have not heard anything back. Rather than continuing to hound them for my estimate, Ill take my business to a company that wants to earn my money.

Friends had to get another company in to complete the work.

Have seen the pitiful way of getting clients...making cheap promises...lies..and misrepresentation of what is or has not been done. Would not recommend them in way. Go to sites on reviews on them. Many had the same types of problems. Read, then you decide.
