Ed provided exemplary service. He was on-time and very courteous to ask if we preferred that he wear a mask before coming inside. He was quick to identify the issue and ran me through a couple of options. Once he finished the work, he provided me with pictures showing the before and after of the repair. Now I’ve got a working toilet with a guarantee and a happy child that can use their potty again!

We got off to a shaky start with the scheduling of the appointment, but once the “hero’s” arrived, I couldn’t have been more pleased! I could not be more impressed with Kelsey. We had a clogged drain and he shared that he had purchased a new “air snake” which would be a more effective and efficient method of clearing the clog. It really was amazing! I hope that Corley will allow all of their staff to have an air snake as it was not only more time effective, but cost effective. Kelsey and his partner were kind, efficient and helpful. While pointing out things I had not thought of, they were not pushy about “selling them” which makes me that much more inclined to go with Corley to have these items addressed as soon as we can. Had a great experience with Corley on a home my wife and I just finalized! After inspection, our home (built in 45) was found to be badly in need of updating on the panels and wiring under the house, as well as deletion of an out-of-date fuse box. Brandon came out and looked over the house and recommended a few different options, starting from taking care of basic safety and code and escalating to that, in addition to some outlet reallocation and more vanity-style updating. Within a week, Tim came out to complete the work which lasted a day and some change. There is a bit of a premium, but its perfectly complimented by the personable, well-trained staff and top-of-the-line install. Great customer service, both clerical and at-home. Will definitely be using Corley again!

We are ecstatic with the work from Corley (Matt, Tim, Connor). We had electricity install to our Gazebo for an outdoor kitchen set-up. This team install power coming from our garage out to the backyard gazebo and it was impressive to watch them work. All we can say is Wow! These guys know what they are doing!! They also install a ceiling fan in the gazebo with remote control and it is beautiful. We are very please we chose Corley for this project. We called Corley when our AC showed signs of dying, we were able to get an appointment with a tech to come inspect things the next business day.Matt came and throughly inspected our system and explained what issues were present. He was extremely personable and made my partner and I feel confident in his expertise.The next day a consultant named Chad came by to discuss our options for a new system, he was also very personable and up front about what the pros and cons were of the options available for our home.Our new system was able to be installed a few days later and Jamie and the other installers worked quickly and explained things to us along the way. We had a new system installed and running in only 5-6 hours.

We replaced our 24 year old water heater and all our old corroded copper pipes that were 50 years old, and had our half bath fixed with a new toilet, vanity, and faucet. Obviously nothing about this service was cheap. However the quote guy and the main installation plumber were wonderful and they did a fantastic job! Our water pressure is amazing now and we no longer have to worry about the water system being very outdated and broken down. They also cleaned up after themselves which we really appreciated!

My garage had only one receptacle and it was way overloaded. Three men from Corley ran a direct line from the main power box to the house to the garage. They installed a breaker box and 7 receptacles with all wiring running through conduit. This was all done first class and each man doing his job and everything was accomplished in one day. The men at Corley are very good and neat in all the work that they performed. When they were done everything was cleaned up just as if they were not even there.

Xavier Delgado is very good at his job, but for more reasons than the work he performs. He takes the time to explain the reason why a particular job needs to be done. Plus he takes a video on his phone to show you the damaged areas an then explains what itll take to repair or replace the areas he has shown you. I would personally recommend him to any of my family and friends because he shows his concern for helping keep my family safe and well. I saw him take on work in my crawl space that should have taken two people to do but he did it professionally and completely. My family will rest better now knowing that Xavier Delgado cared enough for a customer to show them areas that needed repair an because of these repairs we can bring my parents here to visit an not have to worry about the issues that Xavier repaired.

Patrick and Tracey came to look at our tank-less hot water heater and the back flow. They were very friendly and professional as they explained exactly what the problem was, offered various solutions and made the best recommendation. Very polite and answered my questions. Asked about service contract as I was told on the phone the service person could take care of that. He told me I would have to have a plumber or electrician come out for that info. Sounds like the company line to have you take some unnecessary service. If they really want you take the service contract the person on the phone should be able to help you instead of getting the run around.

Very happy with the plumbing repair. Sean is a fantastic tech and will be requested if we have any other plumbing issues. The office staff was polite and had appointments available the day after I called.

I called in the morning about a clogged tub drain and they sent a technician the very same day. Our problem was MUCH bigger than we anticipated, but they worked with us to define the scope of the project based on our personal and financial circumstances. As soon as we made a decision they started work immediately and completed the job in 3 days’ time, rain or shine. Every single employee was professional and personable. We enjoyed this experience with Corley (as much as one can enjoy totally replumbing their entire property). We are thankful to be signed on to a service plan, so we can continue to trust Corley with the safety and value of our home.

John was great to work with and obviously very knowledgeable about the best course of action to remedy my issue. Arrived on time even though I wasnt and was pleasant throughout despite coming into a less than ideal setup and a junction box full of ants. He had all needed equipment on the truck and was in and out in about an hour and a half. He also offered to stay while I troubleshot a different piece of equipment that was connected to the system. Not the least expensive option but Id use Corley and John again for a similar issue.
