Dont Waste Your Time!We went to this office to get clarity on questions on our tax return. We were very surprised to find out that we had more experience then the tax preparer.Unfortunately we were charged $250 for two appointments where we were witnessing the H & R preparer learn the software as she was filling out the forms. We chose not to file but we were still charge a fee.I think, H & R should have paid us for our time instead!

The staff are excellent because they treat you like a person first and client second. My tax analyst, Charlie Ramsburg, who I have been working with for the past 7 years is great! He explains everything and is very well versed in taxes.

I had a terrible experience with the Randleman office. After being a return customer, when I came for appt. I made 3 weeks earlier they claimed I had no appointment in spite of my text confirmation. They rescheduled me to come back in an hour. When I returned I now had a text I needed to return in 15 mins. I refused and asked to speak to the office manager. She claimed I had no appt and I had cancelled my appt. She rudely said go to your car and get your papers and I will do it now. No apology! I drove 20 mins back across town to the HRB around the corner form my house. They immediately gave me an appt for the afternoon. I now received a followup call from the Randleman office and because they realized they were losing a $300. 00 job they wanted me to return with a $50.00 discount. No thank you I will NEVER go back to the Randleman office .Dr. BMB
