They were all nice and worked hard, but $1500 to move walking distance down the road? Took them 8am-3pm. Very slow. Oh and they have to take their lunch break. We’ve moved before way quicker than them. They don’t wear masks for anyone who is afraid of covid. Lots of standing and not knowing how to pack. Me and my mom had to move stuff at one point cause they were on phones standing and vaping acting like they were done. I understand they are tired but my mom is using all her money for this. Way overpriced, only for the rich. My mom is very upset. They damaged the walls at both houses and took off paint on walls. My mom has to repair the couple of holes in the walls now. The walls are all marked up with scratches and black marks. They didn’t know how to put an item together (because they had it backwards), three men couldn’t figure it out, when my moms friend got it in no time. One guy started sliding the couch on the floor causing scratch marks and I told him to stop and he started rubbing the scratch with his shoe.. Very easy to rip the floor. They didn’t finish bringing heavy boxes up stairs like we asked them too. They left them there, but honestly we were just ready for them to finish. Wont be doing this again! They wouldn’t back the truck up into drive way and at first didn’t use the ramp until almost done Honestly just move your own stuff or don’t move.

Do not hire! Avoid! Everything started great. Showed up on time, very friendly. They damaged a wall during the move, this stuff happens, they said they would have a claim filed immediately and I would get a call that day. So sounded fine. During the end of the loading and then the delivery process, things just deteriorated. Seemed like they just wanted to get done. They left a heavy item that they wrapped upstairs at the origin location. So I paid for the time to wrap but not get it delivered. During delivery, they kept the blanket/shrink wrap on several items and didn’t place several items where I asked them to. I had to call back Monday and Tuesday about my damage claim because no one would send me anything. Finally, they offered to “come look at it and try to fix it” later that week … this was not acceptable to me to a) continue to wait when I could have it fixed sooner and get my house ready for closing and b) have a moving company attempt to patch and paint match my wall. When I expressed this and said I need to have a manager call me to discuss letting me have a professional painter repair the wall and then be reimbursed, the customer service rep got short tempered and hung up on me!! I was sent a link a few minutes later and told that my claim was now with customer service so they couldn’t help anymore. We will see what happens! Boy did I make a big mistake by using this moving company!

I had three movers help me move from a two bedroom to a one bedroom within the same complex. Precious Martin was the driver of the truck & she was very nice, even asked me if I wanted anything wrapped for the move. They were all very professional & loaded/unloaded everything in a timely manner, even showed me how to take apart a power reclining sofa that I never knew came apart. I would definitely recommend “All My Sons Moving & Storage” for an easy & comfortable move.

Solomon Brooks and his coworker (I wish I could remember his name) did an AMAZING job!!! They were both professional, friendly, and super fast!!! It was hot and humid but even with those tough conditions,, they had the BEST attitude, work ethic, and it didnt slow them down a bit!!! They went above and beyond! They were exceptionally personable and worked so hard moving all of our belongings to the 3rd floor! The gentlemen that helped me were awesome! They began promptly upon arrival and finished the job quickly. I had a truck full of items and they finished within an hour even though it was pouring down raining! Best moving crew I’ve ever used!

Can you give a business less than 1 star? We had a local move (less than 8 miles) and AMS destroyed 32 (out of 70) pieces of our furniture - all end tables scratched, painted furniture scratched beyond repair, couches with rips. The team unloaded a large coffee table and 2 brand new leather chairs that were completely soaked and stained with the moving blanket color and a 10X13 oriental carpet with large grease stains. The worst part is that the company offered us $1500 to compensate us.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I cannot believe this company still exists with the way they treat people. We moved over 2 months ago and we still have not been compensated for all they damaged, which was every piece of furniture. They dropped a desk on a wall in our brand new home and dented the metal bracket. The whole corner has to be replaced and they have offered us less than what it will cost to fix it.

They didnt call me until 6pm telling me they couldnt move me at all that day! My daughter scheduled a local move with the company. The original driver arrived on the move day 6/29/21. He provided an exorbitant estimate of 10+ hours to move 20 boxes, qasher/dryer, sofa and some misc items from one apt to the next which was approx 50 feet across the parking lot. The driver and crew were asked to leave as further communication made my daughter quite uncomfortable. Dispatch was called and another team was dispatched first thin the morning of 6/30/21. NIGHT & DAY..... Andrew Brown and his team (Michael and Joseph) were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Andrew gave a quote of 4-5 hours and the finished in 3 1/2 hours. No damage was incurred, they were polite and all communicated effectively with my daughter, wife and myself as to how things were progressing, they asked questions when necessary to ensure items were moved properly as well as happily performing actions as requested ensuring one of the best experiences Ive encountered with a moving team.My thanks go out to all 3 gentlemen.Andrew, Michael & Joseph please accept my thanks and appreciation. So I put in for a price quote today. I didn’t expect a call right away since it’s a Sunday. He called while I was working which was fine, I just wasn’t able to pick up because I’m working obviously. When I went on my break to speak with him. I apologized to him and explained what I just stated previously, and he just hangs up the phone. I guess I will be moving on to the next set of movers in town. 🤷🏽‍♀️

One of this company’s truck drivers significantly damaged my car and was very nonchalant about it. There was no apology given or concern expressed. I really don’t know what he was thinking. He attempted to back a large truck in a very tight parking spot. He should’ve went to the front office of my apartment and asked whose cars were parked near where he was attempting to back up so the owners could move them. However, like many young people this generation, he attempted to cut corners and hit my car. This inconvenienced me significantly as I was set to travel out of town this weekend. Now, I can’t. If this company keeps this driver on staff, it will be very reflective of their standards for their staff.

Andrew Browns crew was awesome! They were professional and were in good spirits. Great vibes from all three gentlemen! They were funny didn’t complaint and moved fast. Will definitely use them in the future!

I loved the crew. They were positive, upbeat, and hard workers. I however am very unhappy with Ryan the manager. The crew were not prepared due to misinformation from their boss and Ryan their boss quoted me $225 per hour on the phone and never mentioned charges for travel time and other hidden fees. Then when we asked him to remove the fees that were not disclosed he said well they were in the email but had no compassion for the fact that they were never verbally walked through. I would hire the crew separate of this company they were fantastic. Tyrell and Oliver were the best.

José Ortiz and his team are very capable. They worked as a team with no complaints. Although it was 1 item to move it wasn’t easy. They worked together to get through the tight corners in my house and they were very careful. The piano they moved is one of the last things I have from my mother that passed away 17yrs ago. I am happy they helped me get it to my home. Where it belongs.

They wrapped each one diligently and got them all to the new location with no scratches or issues. Amazingly the entire move process took only half a day. However, the crew (Deonte G; Eric G; Lupe A; and Jajia W) worked very hard and long hours to pack our household item and move them to storage. We were pleased with their professionalism and attention to details. The team of four stayed with the job until it was completed even though they were tired, they did not give up and leave (we really appreciated their commitment)!

My move occurred on 9/21/2019. The salesman that booked my move told me the movers would be professional, fast and treat my furniture with the upmost care. Since this was a local in state move, I believed him. The results were horrible! They didnt use a ramp, they had very little equipment so most of the things they moved was by heavy lift. They lost the hardware to our beds, they crushed the casing of our piano, dented our refrigerators, dented our new washing machine, scarred our formal dining room hutch, table and chairs. Large gouges and scars on all bookcases, furniture and TVs. The crew took well into the night to finish. The damage was well into the thousands of dollars and their insurance just offered me $500.00 and said I only have 90 days until the offer expires. Ill share picture if anyone wants to see them! Run from this company! I want a complete refund of the $3725.25 cost of the move. The basic insurance payback by weight exceeds $6400.00.

Where to start with this company.... I submitted a price quote request online, and in less than a minute Pamela called me to get started with it, seriously it was less than a minute. The whole process for pricing took less than 20 minutes and was a breeze. Pamela was very open and honest about the pricing and what day of factors could affect the final price.Moving Day: Andrew andJulian were my movers, and I couldnt ask for a better pair of men to help me with the process. They were 5 minutes early, extremely professional, polite, courteous, and personable. They were very diligent in how they wrapped and protected the furniture from both dings/scratches and the poor weather conditions. Once everything was loaded up they were very timely in there travel to our destination, 2 1/2 hours away. Andrew was very helpful breaking down the charges/cost of everything. As soon as I made the payment they got right to unloading the truck in their quick, efficient, yet careful manner.Overall I will aim up my experience with saying, I just wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. If you need a great moving company. AMS is the place to turn to.

All my sons movers ( 3 guys Terrell, Lionell, and we didn’t catch the others name) were respectful & personable. We did have some minor issues during our 5 hour move but the manager made sure the issues were rectified immediately. He was just a phone call away throughout the entire process. They throughly explain the paper work for us and didn’t waste anytime loading and unloading.I would recommend them anytime. Moving on your own is hard, they definitely were needed.

All my sons Moving and Storage was a lifesaver. We had multiple changes to our original moving plans and they accommodated each one with professional, courteous and even supportive assistance. Andrew was helpful every step of the way. Our assessor, Trey proposed ideas to help us save on the move and .are sure that our needs to move large tropical bird cages could be made with little disruption to the birds themselves. The packing and unpacking was completed by Ed and his crew of four to eight guys at one point. Each man treated our things as if they were precious to them, wrapping everything securely and taking time to ask about different items as they went along. They were efficient, professional and very pleasant. Customer service was superb and they calmed the nerves of some very anxious clients. They are worth every penny!

My moving team was great! David and Davontae were friendly, super productive, and handled my items with care.However, there was an issue that had nothing to do with my moving team as to which office was handling my move and caused unnecessary frustration and time spent on my moving day to figure out. The office had scheduled my move with the Greensboro site without my knowledge therefore when I called the Raleigh office this morning they could not find my move information even though the deposit that was taken from my account clearly listed All My Sons Raleigh and I received a phone call Saturday to confirm move date, time, and addresses.

First off this has to be the worst moving company ever!!! They get 0 stars because, They gave me a estimate of one price and then charged me another price upon moving. Then They told me they were going to send me 4 men and only sent me 3 for 5 bedroom house. We started moving at 7am and they didn’t finish till 10:30pm. Not only did they not finish moving all my stuff out my house, but my furniture wasn’t put back together, I still had furniture left in my old house. I had to get a uhaul because the truck they sent wasn’t big enough. Then when I proceeded to ask for a portion of my money back because I was having to move the rest of my stuff myself. The gentleman in the office calls his movers to not move the rest of my items from my home and my house is still not finished DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY, THEY STEAL YOUR FURNITURE!!!!!!

They were professional, nice, quick, answered all of my questions, and made the move out process easy. They also moved very heavy items like my elliptical down the stairs carefully and with ease. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their estimator was your typical liar, gave me an estimate that was totally off what I finally paid. They charged me at least an additional $4,000. They did not tell me they were taking my things to a Bee Safe Storage facility 35 miles from my house when there are several Bee Safe Storage facilities in Greensboro NC where I was moving. They arranged the storage and of course I was charged for me for the extra mileage and time. My things have been in storage for almost 3 months as I don’t move into my new house until April 15th and I don’t know what condition my things will be in. The workers got into an argument at my house so the manager had to come and remove one of the workers. He walked right by me twice and didn’t say a word! Very unprofessional. And I NEVER got a follow up call from the company to see how my experience was. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy and I intend on posting this on every social media I can. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for your move. I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

First off I will say that the management is very professional. As well, the movers were great. Edward, Nick, Tyler, and Payton unloaded my truck in less then 15 minutes and were fun and joking the whole time. My only issue was with the sales team that seemingly mislead my fiancé that the travel charge was included in the hourly rate. However, talking with management, he was great and clearly explained that even if she had been mislead on the phone, it was clearly in the email sent to us. After realizing I was in the wrong, he then went out of his way to refund me some of the bill. Would I use them again? If money wasnt a factor 100%. With a budget? Stay away. Either way, the management and moving crew are fantastic.

I absolutely would not recommend all my Sons moving. I had a local, in town move mid-pandemic and chose all my Sons based off of the reviews and their pricing for moving a piano. However the company’s complete lack of professionalism was astounding. I should have just shelled out the extra money for a professional piano mover and saved my furniture from the damage these people caused.One of my biggest problems is that they did not take the Covid precautions seriously. One of the four movers showed up with no mask at all so I had to give him one of my disposable ones. They took their masks off multiple times while unloading.Considering they were paid by the hour I found their pace unacceptable, particularly when I walked in on one of them playing air guitar with my guitar hero controllers instead of moving boxes. Definitely take time to do things safely and correctly but playing around on my dime was not acceptable. Conversations among themselves while they were moving my boxes were also wildly unprofessional.Literally everything that was not in a box was damaged. They sent four movers and I don’t think a single one of them was over the age of 20 or knew how to professionally move. Nothing was wrapped with the exception of putting one of my bookcases in Saran Wrap plastic wrap, and they used no equipment other than a dolly. When it came time to move my piano, they tried to lift it and carry it out the door which resulted in them getting it wedged on my front porch where they then proceeded to climb over top of the piano back-and-forth while they try to figure out how to get it down. After they got it down the stairs it was then dragged across wet grass through my yard and manhandled it into the truck. They obviously damaged the piano in the process.The rest of my furniture was damaged as well. I’m not being hyperbolic, truly every piece of large furniture that I have is now scratched, chipped, or dented. My bed footboard, my nightstand, my dresser, my coffee table, three large bookcases, a book cubby, a pantry. Every single one of them has very, very visible damage. It will take a lot of work for me to get all of this looking good again and some of it is simply not fixable.They did not keep the bookcase hardware together or bother putting the right shelves with the right bookcases so I had to figure out that puzzle. When carrying one of the bookcases upstairs they dropped it into the wall and left a hole in my new home the size of a quarter. They scratched the floors of my bonus room and master bedroom. And they tried to hide all of the damage. The bookcase with the most damage they left wrapped in saran wrap upstairs, hoping I wouldn’t see it. They didn’t tell me about the damage to the wall and waited to see if I noticed it before telling me what happened.I of course filed a claim. When I got the offer I contested it at which point the claim agent proceeded to completely ignore every email I sent for a month and a half. Even calling and speaking with someone else got no results. It was not until I escalated the situation to the agents manager that I was able to get a response at all. She was very polite but said nothing about the fact that I have been waiting for information for well over a month.My advice to people looking to use All My Sons for their moving needs, is a very loud and resounding do NOT do it. If you must do it make sure you get the premium insurance so that you can get the replacement cost for all of the damage they will do to the things you worked very worked very hard to fill your home with.

I had a great experience with this company. Asher & Tristen were the best movers! Very respectful & informed me on anything I had questions about and did a great job. Handled all my furniture with care. Definitely will be using this company for my next move!!
