The moving trip was a long day for them, but they arrived first thing in the morning, hit the road on time, and the teams were positive and professional throughout the entire process. Even with traffic delays, the team still finished on time. My moving experience could have been a royal pain, but Best Bet made it an easy experience. I am sorry to say my experience was not great. I had damages to my property. The owner Abdul drove to my new home to make good on his word that he would bring a check over to me for the damages his employees cost me. I was given the check on 7/28/20. Unfortunately the check bounced. After a promise from Abdul to mail me a money order, it never happened and I never heard back. I took a photo of check before I cashed it and kept all our texted communication for a trip to Small Claims court along with photos of damages. I still hope to receive my money order before our court hearing date, who wants to go to court, I don’t! I would like to be able to give the company a chance to make this right before the court hearing.

I am sorry to say my experience was not great. I’m a single Hispanic women with a son who just finished his 20 year commitment in the military who spent time in Afghanistan. Abdul knew why I was moving to be near my son who just retired from the Airforce. I had damages to my property. This is just plain discrimination & disrespect against women and their sons who sacrificed years of service in the military for their country.

Both gentlemen worked very hard. I was a last minute move and they made it happen. They were lighthearted. In times of Covid I found them to be exceptional in their work.

I requested a move on a Saturday the morning of and these guys were the only company that was available to do it that day and had the best prices. Not only did that come out within an hour of my request but they were also neat and organized. This made it a quick and seamless move.

Three guys by the names of Mike, Christian and Will (who works for Best Bet) did an awesome job moving me out and into my new home!! I absolutely hate the moving process but Best Bet Moving helped me breath easy this time around. I moved from an apartment on the 3rd floor to a first floor in another building of my apartment complex. I asked around for recommendations and a few people recommended Best Bet Moving and Labor so I decided to give them a call. The rates were great and the movers were awesome. Alex and Carlos were amazing. They were professional and very efficient. I really appreciate how hard they worked especially considering that it was about 85° and the steps at my complex are very steep. I am beyond happy with the service I received and while I dont plan on moving again for a long long time I will definitely call them again when those services are needed and I will certainly recommend them! Abdul or who ever is in charge those guys are definitely are an asset to your company! They worked quickly and without complaint. I hope they get recognized for their hard work.....

The movers from best bet moving helped me move from my apartment to my new home. They were very professional. They handled my belongings carefully and not a single thing was broken during the move. They handled an entire 3 bedroom move from a second floor apartment to my new home 42 miles away within 3 hours. They made sure that everything was wrapped properly in pads and shrink wrap. Also the rates are very reasonable, far less than big name movers and truck rentals. I will definitely refer them for any moving needs and recommend them to anyone who is looking for reliable movers.

Moving from Atlanta and needed a 16 moving truck offloaded into a 2nd story apartment. Scheduled an appointment only a day in advance. Movers reached out to me to confirm appointment on the day of, and they showed up on time. Really happy with the efficiency and professionalism with which the task was completed once they arrived. Worth every penny.

The worst most uncoordinated movers you could possible find. Absolute 0 respect for the customer with 0 customer service skills. Damaged the furniture significantly. They dont pick up the calls because they dont want to deal with the customers. One of the workers also STOLE an expensive watch and did not show up the next time they came to move the stuff. Pricing is awful too! DO NOT RECOMMEND.Edit: After completing the move into the next house. It was discovered that many items such as jewelry, watches, perfumes and game consoles were stolen by this company and their employees. Police reports have been filed and legal action is being pursued since the company is not responding to any requests through BBB. Avoid this company at all costs. There are many options out there. Avoid the losses we suffered.

Super helpful! They were very reasonable in price and worked really hard for us. They even helped us pack the truck in a way to fit everything. There was a bit of miscommunication between management about what was needed on the day of-the movers didnt know what needed to be moved even though I told the company explicitly over the phone what we were doing. Four stars overall. :)

They have nice and professional staff.They helped me move from NC to Connecticut.But they failed to keep couple of promises they made.I asked them if they are going to move the stuff between different trucks during the move and abdul promised me that it will be the same truck all the way(since i have some expensive furniture).But it ended up moving between 3 different trucks which resulted in incurring dents on some metal stands and the corner of my dresser is scraped off.The other promise failed to keep is the time of delivery.They delayed my delivery by a week from the promised date.I would recommend them to my friends though for short distance moves within triad.

Move was July 22, 2018. Was suppose to be July 21st but they maked a mistake and scheduled August 21st. They came early then plan which was fine by me. I was ready.As always the movers are very nice, helpful and full of jokes - which is great. It can be weird having people in your space you dont know but it is always nice when they can joke around.

I used this company in Greensboro based on the on line reviews. I will tell you that it was the worst moving experience I have ever had. The rates are good and fair but the movers did not act professionally as they would pad their time by standing around in the truck and not actually moving my furnishings. I am all for breaks and understand that no one can work constantly but this was so bad even my neighbor called to tell me that they were not doing anything. Lunch break was at least an hour. I thought they had stopped working until they showed up an hour and fifteen minutes later.I asked the Manager to help and he sounded sincere but in the end he did not follow through. Please save yourself a lot of trouble and just use another company. I have to wonder if the reviews I read are real. I can assure you this one is!

This was my first time ever using a moving company. Was nervous about my stuff being messed up or lost. I was dealing with Abdul who assured me that they will take care of everything and I have to say, Best Bet went above and beyond. They came in and packed everything up, delivered to my new house and set everything back up. They supplied everything boxes, wrap,paper ECT. I will never move myself again. I just have to say that I had the best experience with this moving company. As soon as the movers arrived at my apt they were polite and professional. They introduced themselves and asked questions of what I wanted moved. They were so great loading all of my belongings as well as prompt. They have my apt loaded within an hour and went straight to my sisters apt. By the time I went to my sisters apt to see the progress of hers, they were almost complete. They unloading to our new apt just as quick. The 2 movers had everything done in amazing time. I would definetly use this company again. I highly recommend them. Amazing Amazing Amazing.

Im disgusted that I am forced to leave 1 star. I spoke to Abdul multiple times confirming my move. On the day of I arranged with him an earlier time because I was able to get my keys to my apartment earlier. He had no problem with this and AGAIN confirmed multiple times that they would indeed be there. Well I spent 5 hours unloading my Uhaul in 90 degree weather ALONE. I am disabled and still rcovering from open heart surgery. When the 2 movers (who were actually very nice, but oblivious to my conversions with Abdul) showed up, all that was left on the truck was 3 pieces that I couldnt lift myself and three 45 gallon bins of clothes. Abdul had quoted me $95.00 pere hour. I looked at the paper on which the mover wrote that they were there half an hour. Abdul then proceeded to charge me $190.00 fo me to unload a 16 truck alone. If you have any ability to NOT hire this company do it. YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU HIRE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY BELIEVE ME. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY. ABDUL IS A CON ARTIST AND A THIEF. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY. PLEASE! NOW ILL BE SPEAKING TO MY LAWYER, NEXT THE BBB.

This company was recommended to my sister and they lived up to the recommendation. Carlos and Alex showed up to move her and they were great! They were absolutely amazing. They moved her from the 3rd floor to the first. Carlos is a beast! He had the largest furniture moved by himself in no time. I would recommend them to anyone moving.

I have used Best Bet movers for my business on several occasions and have recommended them to many of my friends and they have always been consistent in providing quality service . Some of my jobs have been last minute but they have always been accommodating .I highly recommend them !!!

Horrible!!! Spoke with owner or supervisor THREE times within a two day period confirming a move. They never showed !! After calling their affiliate to complain, their rep contacted the owner. I received a call saying they were “rounding” up guys and heading to the address. This was around 7 pm ( they were supposed to be here at 5. Since they are over an hour away looks like we will be waiting til 8:30-9:00 pm. This was supposed to be an easy labor only move. Two guys for two hours, at a cost of over 200.00 ( which would have been worth it had they shown up as scheduled) I understand things happen and not everything can always go smoothly. ....but ALL of this could have been avoided with communication! Communication between the owner and his employees, communication between the company and the client

These guys are professional and fast. My previous packers did a lot of damage in Seattle, so by the time the trailer got here there was a lot of things out of sorts. Mike and Jesse were polite, helped me get my things back together and moved me into my new house smoothly. They moved me in quickly and efficiently. The moving companies bar jammed upon shipping and the guys took it with stride and worked around it; they had to basically go over a bar to unload my entire house! If I know of someone that needs a move I will call Best Bet again; because we wont be moving anytime soon! Thank you guys for making what could have been a disastrous move into a calming experience.

They were late on the day of the move. Said they would be there 6 hours late, so I called a couple other movers and called them back and they got someone to get there 2 and a half hours late instead. After the move I notice my golf bag has a huge crumbly hole in the bottom. Abdul finally gets around to taking a look and starts making excuses like it was old and about to go any minute anyway. Dont expect them to take responsibility for anything they damage.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!One particular person had a bad attitude with me several times. Timing was horrible and I called several times but no one picked up . They pretty much ripped me off and wasted my time.

I wish I could give them no stars. The owner, Abdul was impossible to get in touch with after our move. His crew badly damaged our piano (not even playable), and scraped long deep scratches in our hard wood floors. They said and advertise that they move pianos but they did over a thousand dollars worth of damage to our piano and Weeks Hardwoods wants several thousand to refinish our floors. Abdul said he would make good on the repairs but has refused all efforts to contact him since the move. He wont answer my calls or hangs up immediately. My attempts to contact him at his office has not worked either. He has employees tell me he is not there. The guy is not on the up and up!

I got this company because I saw them move a neighbor.. Unprofessional. We had the apartment boxed up and the furniture broken down. Nothing for them to do but move the contents. One of them complained the entire time. The price I got was unbelievable. The move was a short distance & it should not have taken 2-3hours to move if everything was already done for them. I was so stressed out with them, that I just told them to leave everything downstairs and we would get it placed ourselves!! I would never recommend them to anyone!! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because they arrived. Not professional and only 2 little weak guys, who couldnt get the job done. I was so glad when they left. We finished the move ourselves or we wouldnt been able to afford them. Horrible experience.
