My husband went to get tires and inspection. They had him waiting for 45 minutes and let other people jump ahead of him. The lady never told the tire man about the tires. They was all huddled up talking for 30 minutes before the tire man and the lady left. No word said to my hubby. He had to ask whats going on to the second shift people. He told them why he was there and they stated they dont do tires and the tire man just left and our tires have to be ordered. Thats not how you do business. Will not return.

They have no idea what they’re doing. There were two women working and they were all over the place. Waited for an hour and there was only one car in front of me. I just pulled off. One woman came back complaining that someone put the wrong kind of oil in her car and her engine may be messed up. Total waste of my time.

Its the service for me! As soon as I pulled in I was immediately greeted with a wave and a warm smile, she also did something that I have never ever had during an oil change....and that is she kept me informed on my status of my car through the entire process! She said that she calls her crew the G.O.A.T Squad and they are. THANKS TJ I WILL BE BACK!!

Alex and the team did a great job on my tune up. I was able to bring my truck in first thing Saturday morning and by 2pm they were done. Not only did those guys replace the spark plugs and wires but because they knew I was going on a road trip they inspected my vehicle and topped off my fluids. Reminded me off the good ol times!

The owners are good folks and have a great reputation so it pains me to say this. I have been going here for years. I will not do so anymore. Three strikes and you are out. About a year ago I brought my Mercedes, which takes over 8 quarts, and they filled it back about half full. I noticed from the valve and lifter noise. The last time i went here it took over 45 minutes to change the oil and I was the only one there. This time there was a sign outside saying no waiting. Well once again it took very close to an hour to get my oil changed, which the staff thought was funny(I have the video), and I was one of two people there. Both of us were mad. The lack of urgency and totally absent customer service looked like there was only one person who knew how to change oil and he was confused. The owners are not being respected at all. Every employee was talking and joking, but not working. There is some serious competition right down the street and they seem very eager. LikeI said it took a lot to finally drive me away, but we are there. I have never left a negative review of anything anywhere. You are hardly Jiffy, and need to clean house and start over. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but check your cameras. You wont believe your eyes. Sorry it came to this after over 10 years.

Giving 2 because the service was pretty quick and people were nice until I questioned the prices; prepare to open your wallet, NTB will do a high mileage oil change for around $60-65, they gave me an original price of almost $94 here.Good luck, too many other choices out there to be raked over the coals here.Also to note, they didnt update the sticker on windshield, and when the truck was moved off the lift they left oil on the steering wheel and stick shift that I had to clean off.Needless to say I gave someone else my coupon book to use because I will not be back to a jiffy lube.

My husband and I have taken our vehicles to this location many times over the last several years. On a few of these occasions I have purchased a full service Groupon that includes a tire rotation. It seems like each time they make an excuse for why they did not do this part of the service. However on our most recent visit last week it was apparent that the rainx treatment was not applied to the windshield and that fluids were not topped off. I realized a few days after the service that I needed a new brake light and my husband brought it back to see if they could replace it but they were unable to because they said it was a wiring issue. My husband took it up to the mechanic they suggested and also asked about the light on the dash that said BRAKE and they said that is just because it needed brake fluid. Upon adding brake fluid the light went off. I am now wondering if they topped off any of my other fluids or provided the services purchased at all.

I travel by car alot and I Recently have been going to a jiffy lube over Valvoline Because I noticed the service is better and faster for the past few months or so And every jiffy lube I go to all over the service is quick and the oil change is quality and the staff is great The staff here at 4505 West market Street Greensboro personifies great jiffy lube staffing and integrity Alexander and Justice are fantastic always professional and looking out for the customer! Think Im going to be sticking with jiffy lube from now on when I dont have time to do my own oil changes

We went there because our tire wasnt putting air into it. So we went there and they looked at our tire. And fixed it with no problem. He was the niceat mechanic ive seen. They are so nice and helped us put our bumper back on and fixed our tire. They are awesome people.

I came in to this Jiffy lube after driving down from Ohio to visit family this weekend and I was floored by the experience. This staff was so friendly from the beginning to the end and it made it such a painless task. I came in shortly before close concerned they might not be able to get to me but they made sure I was taken care of. During my oil change the manager noticed a nail in my tire I wasnt aware and they patched it right up for me. Very happy to report the patch got me all the way back home with zero issue. I dont usually take the time to write reviews but I also didnt expect to have such a great experience with an oil change. Thank you all so much!

I normally have a good experience here but not this time. I just brought a vehicle here to get an oil change. Cost > $100+. Receipt shows vacuumed interior and reset of the maintenance check light. Neither of each were done. Makes me wonder if Full Synthetic was even used?

My Gods own last honest mechanic retired about 3 years ago. Ive been going to this convenient jiffy lube since then for inspections, oil changes, batteries etc. They have been really great to work with, even coming down on my side of the coin on some warranty issues when they didnt have to. Danny the manager and the rest of the staff are fabulous!

The Jeep dealership oil change was $30 cheaper than Jiffy Lube. I was charged $90 for a Full Synthetic oil change by Jiffy Lube and was told it was going to be $60 for a tire rotation and rebalancing of my tires. They recommend new bakes on my visit. I only have 24,000 miles on the current brakes. Jiffy Lube didn’t vacuum my 2018 Jeep as promised and they spilled oil all over the plastic cover. I’m giving 1 star because of the charge and my Jeep didn’t get vacuum out as promised. The customer service as far as meet and greet was fine and the interaction with the staff was fine. Since this automobile service center charge more for service than the Dealership I want be going back to Jiffy Lube.

I’ve been putting off getting an oil change just because it’s inconvenient. I easily used a coupon for my oil change, the entire staff was friendly-polite-and extremely fast, they also were pretty convincing when they pretended my car wasn’t dirty inside. (It was a rolling trash can on wheels in reality.)The team working today, 6/9/2019 at store # 2775 did their job and did it well. I was very pleased and my car was ready before I could even get bored waiting in the lobby.

I have never had a problem with Jiffy Lube until today. I went to get my 2016 jeep Cherokee inspected the truck only has 15,000 miles on it I had a windshield wiper that didnt have a split until she pick it up and pulled it. I watched her do it. But because of the small split in the wiper, she failed the entire inspection. The computer didnt fail it. I will never go back to jiffy lube again and will not recommend them to no one.

The guys at this Jiffy Lube have been so incredibly helpful every time I go; I cannot say enough good things about this location. Kelvin works hard to make sure that whatever Alice (my car) needs, she gets, and he does it at the best price he can get. He also keeps me updated every step of the way and let’s me know if there’s something I don’t *really* need. Jonathan is remarkably able to explain what is wrong with my car in terms I understand, which are by no means mechanical. Most recently he explained my O2 sensor to me in terms of blood pressure (I’m a medical professional), which shows me that he is 1) incredibly smart and 2) genuinely cares that I understand my car and how it works, which empowers me as a woman. These guys are awesome and I know I’m in good hands whenever I need something done.

Received an estimate on Wednesday for a repair, will charge 1/2 hour labor if got it by Sunday. Couldnt make it so stopped by on Monday at 2 pm n show them the estimate, tech on duty gets off at 3 pm so asks me to come back the following morning. Arrive at 8:30 am the next morning Tuesday, the same tech from previous day was there. About 10 min. later they tell me they cant work on it. They tell me tech doesnt feel confident he could repair it but the next day on Wednesday another tech would be on duty who can repair it. I can stop by any time and get it repaired n told me theyd charge me full hour labor since I didnt show up Sunday. I give them 1 🌟 for being honest about not being confident. Place is like high school auto shop. Im not going back and would not recommend this place. The person who seemed like a manager acted like he wanted me out of there ASAP, there were no cars behind me.

Good place for a quick oil change.

I went got my inspection which didn’t take long. Everything was fine until I got my car back and realized they restarted my radio. I had to reset all of my stations. In addition, my Bluetooth stopped working. I had to go back and ask them to fix it.

Visited on 9/28/2018. Only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. Completely unprofessional, intent on flirting with female customers rather than servicing vehicles. Everyone milling around having a great time while no less than four of us customers are in the lobby looking at each other wondering what is going on and waiting forever for our simple oil changes. I usually change my own oil, and this is my first time ever at Jiffy Lube, and will be my last. What a joke.

I have taken my service vehicle here twice in the past 5 months for an inspection and oil change. Both times I was treated exceptional well, by a different staff both times. I dropped my van off in the morning and it was done by noon. This would not have been my first choice but I have been exceptionally pleased with them so far.

Pull up a half hour before closing. Wont even ask what service I need or anything, just tell me Im too late and I need to come back tomorrow. A good set of service techs can do a simple oil change and fluid top off in 15 minutes or less, I know this because I used to do this work in a past job. I guess Ill take my business elsewhere...

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid them a good amount of money to perform: a tire rotation, oil change, and to top my fluids off. My car turned off on the highway because the car had no oil in the engine or on the dipstick. I have AAA and had the car checked over. They never performed a tire rotation, and they did not put enough oil back after draining the oil, they also did not top my fluids off.Now, I am in the process of speaking with the district manager to receive a refund for all the work I had done.

I had one of the best experiences at this location yesterday! GRE.C was very polite, professional and informative. He made me and my daughter feel very welcomed here, opened doors for us, assured me of fast service ( which I was out the door and on my way in no time)! I arrived with 15% oil life on my car( yes I know I should’ve came way sooner lol) I left with 100% oil life on my car and great customer service! I went in for in for an oil change and they didn’t even know what type of oil to put in my car, and they still ended up putting conventional oil in instead of full synthetic and later that day I randomly have a coolant leak and one of my coolant hoses had two cuts in it like someone had cut it with a razor, all around just poor service

This is the best place to get your oil changed on the west side of Greensboro. Expect full service...vacuumed floors, windows cleaned, thorough inspection etc...and a great staff that will remember you.

Never go to Jiffy Lube. We took our vehicle to the Jiffy Lube on W Market Street for an inspection. It passed. However, the mechanic said we should have our brakes checked because the brake pedal was going all the way to the floor. Said ok and left. Turned onto Market Street and drove about a half mile. Suddenly, no brakes! Remember, it just passed inspection 10 minutes prior.We pulled the brake line off the car. Nice clean cut. Not cracked. Cut. We suspect it was cut on purpose to sell us a brake job. We cant prove that, but again, remember we were there for a safety inspection! And it passed! THEN told we should have the brakes checked. Someone could have died. Luckily, no one was hurt. We will never ever go to a Jiffy Lube again. Ever.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! Months back they forgot to put an oil filter on my car and almost blew my engine so to compensate they gave me one free oil service. Fine. So its time for an oil change and they interrogated me about the free service. They said the person that wrote it was transferred then fired. Then they said your oil change had been long over due. I told them my oil light just came on 2 days ago and this is still a brand new car. They told me they dont have the records for my vehicle. Ive been there 2 times and both times they screw up. They did the oil change but I will never go to them again, EVER!! They are rude and there service is terrible!!!

Poor customer service. The elderly gentleman who runs the customer service has a very derogatory tone and tries to sell you extra stuff you dont need. The technicians werent all that bad. Kind of slow compared to other specialty oil change places. If you can, I would recommend saving the money and doing it yourself or going to somewhere like Express Oil Change.

Fairly quick, but charged $40 to change wiper blades, or my car would fail the nc inspection.

I was passing through Greensboro from Charlotte on my way back to Elizabeth City and my oil light popped so I pulled into this jiffy lube for a quick oil change. The service went fine and everything seemed normal after. However around Raleigh the brush guard that covers the bottom of my engine right below the oil pan fell off my car as I was driving down the interstate. Jiffy lube forgot to properly secure the brush guard with all four screws. The lack of screws caused the brush guard to hang down on one side which allowed a piece of road kill to rip it from my car. I attempted to straddle the road kill to allow it to pass under my car instead of changing lanes and possible running over it again with my tires. .. so now I have to pay for a new brush guard on top of the oil change because Jiffy Lube didnt pay attention and secure all four screws back to my vehicle during my oil change.Update* after taking my car to Ford to get it looked at a total of five (5 ) screws had been neglected to be put back on my car. As when the brush plate was inspected by Ford there were 5 front holes that were undamaged while the others on the guard had been ripped out when the guard was ripped from my car .

Tried to get my inspection done here twice over 4 days. Both times was told it would be about 45 minutes despite there only being one other car in the place and 3 employees on hand. Was told that there was only one inspection guy there. On a third occasion I drove by at 5:45 and the open sign was off. They clearly did not want to do the inspection. Guess it was too close to going home time. Since when does it take 30+ minutes to inspect one car. I live right down the road and will tell everyone to avoid this place and their rude employees.

There is not a ton of value in the service offered at this location. I believe the technician was undertrained and the cost of the oil change was over priced coming in around $40 with a coupon.

Went on this location around 6:20 pm on 31st of november for inspection two black guys jiffy lubes employee dressed were chilling on back where they ask you what to do, 1 car in bay. 2 were empty and i only need a inspection says rightaway we are not doing inspection now. Went to another jiffy lube from their around 6:40 no car in waiting or in bay but they welcome and done my inspection. This location very close to me but never Again.

If there was a zero star option thats what I would give. Workers on the phone tells customers different things than the workers in the shop. The customer service is terrible and they are super expensive. The lexus dealership charge less than this place.
