Took my vehicle for an alignment due to shaking. My appointment was on time, the alignment was completed within 10 minutes and my vehicle is driving great again. I will be returning for any issues with my vehicle. Great customer service and fast vehicle maintenance.

The mechanic at this shop is hands down the best in the business!! His name is Mark Southern and he is an A++ mechanic!! He will always tell you the truth about whats wrong with your car and NEVER try to sell you something you dont need!! He is the only person to work on my car and if he leaves this place I will follow him to whatever shop he goes to!! Stop taking your cars to shops that only care about their profits!! Mark is the best!!

Bad experience. I ask for the mechanic to fix my leak to my transmission instead he made the leak worseOn top of that they say they have warranty on their work. So I took my truck back twice remind you I spent 455.00 on the service including other things I had done. And my car still leak fluids. Then when I ask for the owner the manager was so unprofessional. Told me he was never in the shop and always out of town. Basically giving me the run around.As you can see from the picture why my car kept leaking. 🤬🤬🤬🤬👌. So good luck with this shop only thing their good for is changing oil.

I have been here a few times for an oil change and Inspection. They are fast, courteous, super friendly and dont try to sell you things you dont need. This is definitely my go to!!

They will promise you your car will be in a garage and then leave it outside for you belongings to get stole and then hold you accountable on top of them telling you that you are out right lying about what’s been stole and then when they see it on camera they owner still feels it is not their problem and on top of that you drive your car to the shop and then have to get it towed home. Based on the reviews this shop is garbage. I see Reviews not doing oil changes correctly as in leaving old oil filters to not actually replacing parts that customers assume are being replaced. MAKE SURE YOU READ OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS.

Finding an honest, reliable auto shop was always difficult for me, especially as a female. This crew (who also has a woman on their team!) has become my go-to shop for everything from tire rotation/balancing, inspections, oil changes, etc! Theyre always so friendly and professional! I never needed an appointment, and they dont pressure you into spending unnecessary money. They will show you what your car might need, but never make you feel obligated to if you do not want the service done that very moment. They also check your fluid levels, clean your windshield, tires, and lights! Their prices arent outrageous either, and I always leave feeling like they shouldve charged more or at least accept tips! The nicest people that honestly care. I had an issue with my car that I wasn’t aware of and they brought it to my attention. I explained I was leaving the next day to move across the country and they immediately came up with a solution. I’ve always come here for my oil changes and I have no regrets about that whatsoever. Brought me car there to diagnose my alternator being that my 2 month old battery was dying and was told they would keep it in their garage only to find out and was not told by them that my speaker where stolen off their property and also they damaged my carburetor. They have not offered to do anything about the issue and was told my speakers was not stolen on their property until they saw it on camera. My car left their care with an issue it didn’t have and I have only gotten one follow up call from the manager. It’s been about a week now since I’ve spoken with anyone and I guess they don’t plan on even trying to replace anything they messed up on my car. On top of that they do not keep their word and seems that they don’t feel that my car was damaged by them but I had to get it towed from their property when I drove it there in the first place. How can testing an alternator have anything to do to with the carburetor.

These guys are amazing. They filled my tires and put two hub cap on my car. Definitely run through here instead of going to a gas station to get your tires filled and make sure you dont overfill!

Went there for an oil change, and the next day the truck breaks down. They are helpful over the phone, I feel if they provided a towing service to get vehicles to the shop when something breaks down especially since the vehicle was last in their hands would be amazing. I was recommended to see them and I think I regret it.

So I just wanna but a Warning on this shop. Make sure when you take your car to the shop for a part replacement that it is a new part because they will leave the old part on your car return the new part for a refund so they get double the money back Caution if your check engine light is on and you take your car into the shop to solve the problem the problem will not go away because your light will come back on within a month all they do is put the machine on your car erase the code they don’t fix the problem like they say they are because they are just taking your money and erasing the code so you keep coming back and spending more money. Caution Toyota owner’s beware when you go in for a oil change the person that changes your oil will not replace the oil filter he leaves your old filter on your car because on a Toyota it takes a little more time on your car than others and he doesn’t like taking the extra time to change it. Caution other car owners when you go in for a oil change please start checking your oil because nine times out of ten they didn’t even change it. If they did make sure your oil filter isn’t stripped out because they will strip it because they don’t like taking time they should on your car. I was the upcoming assistant manager for the pisgah church road location I am not saying all of this just to say it I am saying it because I care. I noticed things when I was a hood tech and pit tech and when I wanted to change things make things right and put the customers first I was let go they fired me for being honest and wanting to do the right thing. I had to warn people somehow and this is exactly what I am doing today. So please beware when you take your vehicle into this shop.

We take all 3 of our cars here for oil changes and inspections. Today our jeep died at the verizon store next door and they were kind enough to come and jump it off for us. Always friendly, professional and never feel like I am being encouraged to fix something that isnt a true need.

Disappointed big time! I gave a good review last time but not now! Told me they checked my cabin filter and I would need a new one next time. Cabin filter in the glove box never opened the door, also told me it was time to change the fluid in my front differential I dont have a front differential. And paying 78.00 for service! Thats the last time for me....

I LOVE Express! I always feel comfortable and confident taking my car there, whether its for an inspection or oil change, or something more serious. The people who work there are always incredibly friendly and helpful, and take time to explain what needs to be done and why. It has the feel of a small business and they are really great with the personal element. Ive never had a bad experience there. The prices are very reasonable too.

I’ve used express service oil change locations for years, and every time I always leave thinking, “you get what you pay for.” However, this was easily the best. Alex was fantastic! He took his time and explained all of the options and filter types thoroughly. He didn’t try to sell me every little piece and product, which I really appreciated. Also, he checked all of my fluid levels and tire pressure. He even introduced me to the general manager in case something happened after I left. Top notch service fellas!

Have gotten NC state inspections there for several years with ok service. Today I took my truck in for an inspection. I was told by the young women who handled it that my tires failed and immediately handed me a list of tires they had for sale. I asked her to show me why and her response was absurd. I went to the tire dealer where the tires were purchased and was told I was being hustled for new tires. They were not close to being unsatisfactory being relatively new and low mileage. I went back and complained and was told to leave the premises. i took the truck to 4 other places and was told the tires were fine and also got a clean inspection.Out of principle I am going to issue a complaint with the State. Trying to hustle people to sell tires in not the way to do business. I plan to pursue this regardless of costs.

I just bought tires from Express Oil Change and can honestly say it was the best experience Ive ever had buying tires. Not only was the location great, the facility clean and updated, but the employees were so professional and courteous. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge of different brands and makes of tires and helping guide me through the many options. Received a oil change in February they said they were not going to do my oil change anymore because they strip the plug a year ago and now they want me to pay for a new oil pan and pay them to put it on? When they were the one that strip it from the beginning! The old manager in the new manager to not want to take responsibility Ive been taking my car there for a while for repairs and oil changes. I thought this was a good company but I guess I was wrong.This is a reply to your reply: thank you for apologizing I havent received one of those since all of this started . Ive been coming there for my oil change for a long time. The plug became a problem when your company stripped the plug. You ou can see when it became a problem with the plug by looking at the time that I was in the bay. It was always 10 to 15 minutes for oil change until you strip the plug and then it became a 30 minutes to an hour to complete my oil change. Why would you charge me extra company policy when it was your company that messed it up in the first place? Jermaine was there when this first started you need to question your employee and own up to the mistake that was done. I called you and left a message as well.

After my long time mechanic retired, I had no idea where to take my car for service & maintenance. I have had bad experiences with some of the big chains around town. Out of emergency & convenience, I decided to give Express Oil a shot. Boy am I glad I did! The customer service is AMAZING! Theres a true family feel, the staff is honest and helpful, and the prices are incredibly competitive. Ive now been taking both mine & my husbands vehicles there for over 3 years. I received oil changes here before I started changing my own oil. They overtightened and rounded out the drain bolt, broke the seal. My oil was so dirty I could tell they didnt even change it, and the filter they used was such poor quality it seemed to have been reused. Id recommend taking your car elsewhere, or learning to do it yourself and avoid these scammers.

I bought a used 2011 BMW 328i and the seller of the car had the oil changed (for $95) just before I bought the car. I drive the car 120 miles home, and there is OIL SPILLING out of the engine.After a few visits to the auto parts store and a conversation with the owner of Express Oil, we determined that the employee did not install the new rubber grommet around the oil filter. The owner said he was going to call my local Advance Auto Parts and charge a new filter + grommet to his account since I did not mind servicing my own car.Once I got to Advance Auto, they confirmed that, indeed, he did not call. What a loser. If I was not knowledgeable, I would have had the car towed to the dealership and evaluated.I do not know how this place has such good reviews when they cannot even complete a simple oil change. I would not have taken my car here to begin with and certainly would not do it now. Unless you drive a cheap little car, dont bring it here, or any fast oil change business. Youd be better off changing your own.

Extreme lack of respect for customers desires. I asked them not to roll down my windows because I just had my windows tinted. Even had a sticker across the lever that said DO NOT ROLL DOWN and they moved the sticker and rolled down anyway. When I complained they completely blew me off and refused to make a note on my account that damages may have been incurred. No customer service attitude at all about the situation. They acted like they couldnt be bothered to care.

Ive come to this location multiple times over the years for oil changes and inspections and they do great everytime. It is always a laid back atmosphere here!

The members of the service team were so very hospitable and courteous to me. They were warm and inviting, even when I came to get my vehicle serviced two minutes before closing time on a Friday evening. I would definitely recommend them.

Everybody in Greensboro does a conventional oil change for $18-$25, these guys seem to think they are worth $35 for the same service. My fault I guess for not asking, but assumed they were competitive. They arent.

I never leave reviews for anything but just wanted to share my story from just a few minutes ago. Went for an oil change right before they closed assuming it would be super quick and Id be on my way in 10 mins. During the process my car decides to die (something from a past car accident brought back when removing the battery to change headlight). Nothing they did wrong just repeating that. But they literally stayed after close doing everything in their power to make sure I got my car started and got out of there asap. It took some time but they were nothing but genuinely kind and apologetic the whole time. The situation really sucked, but they made it better as quickly and efficiently as they could. All of the people helping me stayed after the time they closed as well, past the time they were supposed to go home, but they stayed there to help and were extremely nice and patient with me the entire time. I appreciated that so much, escpecially while I panicked the whole time.

I went to this location to get an inspection and oil change. While my vehicle was in the bay, I heard a very loud noise that sounded like metal banging. There was only one other customer there. When the work was finished and I got my vehicle home, I noticed a scratch on the hood, then noticed the hoods alignment was off, leaving a gap between the left front fender and the hood, with the hood being very close to the right front fender. I tried to open the hood from the interior latch, but I had to go pry it up from the front just to get it to release from the latch, Once the hood was up, it was wobbly side to side, and you have to slam it hard to get it to latch now, when previous to visiting this garage it was perfectly flush. This vehicle has never been in a wreck as I bought it new. Since this vehicle is a few years old, I am not going back to this garage to make a big deal of this, but those of you with newer vehicles who are concerned about your vehicles care may want to take this into account.
