I was charged $60 for a gel manicure and gel toe nail polish no pedicure. My nails and toe nails were bubbly and uneven. The lady did not file my toe nails at all. My nails have polish all around the top of my finger and none on the tips. Worst nail salon ever. I will never be returning.

When I walked in I asked for fill in & polish change on toes. Joseph was very rough asked him to stop he started telling me stuff about the nail. The nail service was rushed. I then asked him for my pedicure, he said “We’re busy so I don’t know” . Never going again terrible service.

Reasonable prices and great service

Went for a full set. The man basically beat me up the whole appointment because he was being soo rough. He ignored me when I complained during the appointment and then told me I could only get gel Polish because they didn’t open regular Polish (obvious lie to upcharge me) I said no thank you ill just leave then since he was basically done filling the acrylic. He proceeded to try and charge me full price for no color and cut up cuticles. The minute i questioned why i would pay full price for half the job the became belligerent and immediately called the police!! Poor work, worst service but zero stars Isnt and option.

Just got a nail fixed and will never come back again. The lady who did my nail cut me not paying attention to what she was doing. In addition, she left me while still working on nail to do someone feet. Then she came back without washing her hands to continue working on my nail. In addition, when i paid she threw the change at me. Very rude for first experience and i’ll never come back again!!

You pay $40 for a pedicure to not even get your feet and calves massaged. I paid $40 for my Husband to get his toe nails clipped and lotion rubbed on his legs. But their board say pedicures $30 and up. If theyre $30 then why did I pay $40 for the most basic pedicure ever????

Any time I need my nails done I come to this place, I enjoy having them done by Singh, he is a very pleasant guy and treats your hands very delicately. He listens to how you like them to be and that is what he does! To me, no other place, this is it! Thanks Singh for caring for your customers the way you do!

Normally they do a fantastic job, when i went in this past Friday (valentines day) i got a full set coffin acrylic with regular polish. on Sunday, i broke 3 of my nails moving a table around at work. i went in to get them fixed this afternoon and they wanted $13 to get those 3 nails fixed. I just now broke another nail trying to plug my charger in. these nails are thin and cheap. I will never come back to this nail salon. if you want high quality nails and friendly staff, go to beverly nails at friendly shopping center in greensboro.

I really enjoyed myself getting my nails done. For his to be my 1 time coming there I would have liked if they would have their price board more visible for costumers. The man was a little bit pushes but other than that i like this place. plus their pricing was great!

I was Assaulted at the Triad Day Spa in Greensboro,NC at 4 Seasons Mall by Toan Nguyen.He shoved me with great force to prevent me from taking a picture of his license so I could report him.There were 6 Random Witnesses to Verify my statement.This is what I asked for and this is what I got...I had the right to be upset and to inform he I disliked them. I had the right to demand him to fix it. I also had the right to take a picture of his license.But he never had the right to put his hands on me... that’s out. He also removed all the licenses off the wall to prevent myself and others from being able to get the information.

I went in today for a pedicure and a full set. A young lady did my pedicure and she was great. For my nails I went to Joseph an he was AMAZING! The service was great and he did an excellent job. He continuously checked in asking me if I was happy with the progress. If you go ask for him. You wont regret it!

Would not let me post less than one star. NO STARS. Don’t walk, run away from their waxing services. The lady waxing my legs double dipped the whole time. Double dipping is when the technician does not change Wax sticks between laying strips. If a Wax stick touches your skin, it is to be thrown out, NOT DIPPED BACK INTO THE POT AGAIN. She only used one stick the whole time and kept spreading Wax on my skin and going back into the pot over and over. This is a serious contamination risk. This is literally how infection can be spread from person to person in a beauty salon. It’s the first rule of waxing, you always throw the stick away. Another thing I saw that was gross was that her glove ripped during the service and instead of getting a new glove, she kept on using that hand. When you Wax the skin, you’re opening it up and making it susceptible to infection. She should have been protecting herself and me with gloves. After seeing this, it’s clear there is no concern for client safety or infection control. To become licensed, you learn all of these things. There’s no way she didn’t know any better. This may not seem like a serious issue to some, but it’s disgusting. She contaminated a whole can of Wax in front of me. It’s scary to think of the last person she waxed having a virul skin infection of some sort, and putting that same Wax stick in the pot over and over and then using that same wax on me. I will never trust this place again for another service. NOT A CLEAN, SAFE place for waxing. It’s all fun and games until you get an infection. You don’t know who she was waxing before you and she’s not keeping products clean and safe for use on your skin.

Terrible job. Got a pedi and basically wasted money for them to soak my feet and polish my toes. There is no scrubbing off callous or massaging and they charge more if you want that added. My heels are still hard and I will never go here again.

I usually come here to get my full sets and occasionally my pedicures. I don’t always get the same person but i usually don’t mind because everyone is typically decent. The last time I went (3/29) the guy who sits at the front, idle, did my fill in for me. First off, he charged me 40$ for a fill in. Which was something I’ve never ever heard of and had he not already started I wouldn’t had proceeded however, I did & it was the biggest mistake I made. When i asked why I was being charged so much he made up some BS about how they needed to be shaved down because the woman who had did them previously (who also worked there) did not do them “correctly” & etc. . Two weeks and some change later I’m popping my full set off and preparing to go get my nails done and there’s a green fungus under my nail. I went to the shop to respectfully ask why my finger looked like this after years of never having this but years of getting my nails done. . The guy who claimed to be the manager, which is also who did my nails was extremely rude. He tried to act as if i had never been there. As calm as I went I was expecting a much better reaction. Fungus comes from unsanitary untencils. He was very unsympathetic and even tried to argue w/ me. . I definitely will not return. As much as I liked their work. .

Teresa was my professional Spa specialist she treated me with courtesy and respect. I received services in the up most professional manner, it was my first time there I will attend again and refer some of my friends and colleagues!!!

They did a terrible job i went for a pedicure and they didn’t scrub the bottom of my feet around my toenails were dry and they didn’t get all the skin off and they even painted the nail polish around my skin. I will never go back to this place. They didn’t even do a massage when they were supposed to massage my leg because I paid an additional fee for that it was like a baby rubbing my leg. I asked them to fix a nail and they didn’t even do that.

Horrible experience today. Ive been going there on and off for years...sometimes they do okay work and sometimes they dont. Today my gel polish was totally messed up, so I sat and thought about changing the color as I was getting my toes done! Can you believe they charged me AGAIN to fix their mistake!! Alex the manager...50 thumbs down. By the way hes the first chair on the left!!!! This place sucks!!

This place has gotten out of hand. 1 of the nail techs pushed a client because she didn’t like her nails. To be fair what she asked for and what she got was definitely not similar. I recall her wanting frost white nails which came out pink ombré. The tech should be fired I will not be returning after seeing this black sister be treated like this.The guy said if she called the cops he was going to tell them she checked him. Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting behavior

Awful experience, the staff is extremely unprofessional and I Did not enjoy the service at all. The nail tech was not able to get my desired shape and the waxing lady was absolutely horrible. I will never go here again.

Its was a sunday and semi busy. I felt my tech rushed my daughters pedicure. While the tech that was doing mines somewhat took her time. I heard one tech offer her client water or juice. We werent offered anything, then while I did leave a tip for my tech that somewhat did a decent job I didnt for as much for my daughter (however I did). I take it she didnt appreciate that cause she looked at the receipt said some things in her native language looked at the receipt again and walked off. I wont be returning.

STAPH!!!! Only “rating” so I can make this comment... I was visiting from out of town and decided to hit the mall with my girlfriend, we went in for mani/pedis. I wasn’t overjoyed by the service but it was more about spending time with my friend than an immaculate mani/pedi. Then a few days after returning home, I had to be treated for a staph infection in my finger. I have children AND I help take care of a 93 year old lady, this could have been SO BAD for all of us. I am so glad I caught this quickly and was able to be treated. I’m not saying I got staph from this location- however given the one time I visit and then diagnosed with staph a few days after, is very coincidental...especially since it was my finger. I’d use precaution when going.

The first time that I went was amazing this guy did my nails and everyone loved them. So I went back to get a fill-in hoping that he would be there and he wasnt. So instead of waiting I went ahead and let this other young lady do my nails. The young lady that was at the front desk was very rude. She then tells me to sit ar chair number six. So I went and sat at chair number six. The lady that had no customers looked at me like I was crazy. Then the rude young lady at the front desk then tells her thay I need a fill-in. The girl rolls her eyes and is like sit here. First off she was very ruff and wasnt friendly at all. But to top it off after she was almost finished with my nails she decides to pick her nose. Then she wipes her nose with the back of her had by that point Im totally disgusted and ready to leave. I told her thay was nasty and to stop and no polish for me. Never again will I spend my money at a nail salon with such rude and nasty people.

Got SNS done by Lisa. She was very sweet and professional, but had NO CLUE how to do nails using SNS. My nails look horrible. Theyre uneven, blotchy, and inconsistent. I keep trying to give this salon the benefit of a doubt but I will never go back to this salon.
