Friendly staff, clean facility, and good selection of polish colors and styles to choose from. The smaller chairs for kids was a fun addition. I also appreciated that the child’s pedicure was a little less $$ than the adults.

The owner is very rude and lazy. I came in today for a acrylic full set. He kept telling me to not touch anything and once he was finished, I wasn’t pleased with my nails. He told me there was nothing he could do to them. I had to beg another nail technician to fix it. It was a very disappointing experience being that I regularly come here and spend money. Never again.

My best friend got her nails done here and it looked NOTHING like the photo. They weren’t trying to work with her & were telling her there’s nothing wrong with her nails and that her nails looked fine. She paid $60 for nails she was not happy with. The manager’s solution was “If you can get your nails done by someone else & it looks better than what we did i’ll give you a refund.” My friend was very nice & tried to be calm to request the refund and this is how he responds. She was trying to tell the nail tech as he was doing her nails that she did not like it but she was being ignored. This is NOT how you treat PAYING customers. She even tried to settle for the nails but got so frustrated that she had to speak up. It does not matter what the manager thought about her nails SHE was not happy with the work and SHE is the one paying. Not the store manager. Terrible service

Ive gone twice so far and Ive had two different nail techs and both of them were absolutely amazing. The amount of time that was put into my fill/repair on the second appointment made me so happy because it showed they wanted my nails to last and look amazing. This is definitely going to be my go-to nail salon going forward, you wont find anywhere in the area that compares in quality or friendliness.

This has been the worst experience in my life! The Manager is sooo rude and convenient they treat customers really bad humiliating us and treating us like if we were just asking for free stuff! It was until a point that we did not want to complete the service and left in the middle for the bad service of this manager!!! I will not be coming back. I usually get a gel manicure and it will usually last me a month. However, coming to Beverly nails spa was just a waste of my time and money. I got a gel manicure here and it was chipping bad within four days after getting them done. I had noticed some bubbling in the nail polish when it was dry and some uneven streaking. I have come here before and this is probably why I didnt come back and had forgotten how horribly the service is here. The owner is extremely rude, so my advice is to take your money elsewhere do not get ripped off!!

This place is terrible depending on who you get. I paid extra for gel polish apparently they didn’t have enough polish to do my feet but stretched what they had causing the polish to be thin. Then all of my nails are filed to the right. The girl that serviced me was rough and sloppy. I paid extra for a deluxe pedi and what I got was barely a basic pedi. A waste of time and money.

Made an appointment for a manicure, stated 3 times on how I wanted my nails to look. A think layered french tip manicure. I stated this to the nail technician THREE times. She proceeds to take out the stuff for my nails along with a thin brush to do the french tip and still did not use it. I called back bc to see if someone could fix it but the person was extremely rude and disrespectful. never going back

The manager is rude to customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My nails were just okay, I think I was overcharged for what I got and the nail tech cut my finger when filing, resulting in it bleeding. And don’t even think about getting serviced two hours or an hour before they close, they will not service you.

I will never be going back here again they had to fix my nail twice due to the GEL polish chipping and they fixed it for free the first time and then the second they tried to charge and told me not to come back if I’m going to complain. Cheap nail polishes

I had my daughters and granddaughters visiting from out of town (8 of us total) and we decided to schedule a spa day. Key word, schedule. Of course I chose Beverly Nails and MADE AN APPT! Ive been going there for about a year and have been very happy with their services. However, I am so embarrassed and angry about the unprofessional and skimpy services we received during this visit! I paid nearly $500 for 3 Beverly Pedis with gel polish, 1 acrylic fill with special artwork, and 4 princess manis... all with gel polish. I would consider that price reasonable (tips included) but the quality of service and unprofessional experience was horrific. From the start we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience (especially from the gentleman [owner?]) even though I made an appt and they should have been expecting us. The special artwork looked nothing like the photo and the nail tech would not fix it, the usually relaxing leg massage was rushed and more like they just rubbed on lotion and called it a day, and 3 of my 4 granddaughters were finished with their manicures in literally under 10 minutes. I dont even know what I paid for! I do not recommend this salon, especially if you have a larger group.

I went to Beverly with my friend and as you walk in they take your temperature and have you wash your hands. They also have plexiglass guards and everyone wears a mask. We both got S&S removed and redone. We both had very friendly technicians, it seemed like everyone there was very friendly. They did an AMAZING job with both of our nails, definitely better than anywhere else I’ve been in Greensboro. My technician took extra care to make sure my nails were all the same length and shape which I especially appreciated because the last time I got my nails done, somewhere else, they did not take the time to do that and they were uneven so this was a much better experience!

I have been there 4 times and try to give them a try even though the man at the door is always rude and very argumentative.. first time I didn’t have an appointment and they act as if they didn’t want to take me. Next 3 times I made an appointment and they still was rude at the door.. the nail tech that I had was very friendly and knew what she was doing but didn’t speak much English.. the others man staff professionalism is horrible. I got my nails done on Thursday and the gel polish chipped by Sunday and I call on Tuesday to see if I could get it fix and the man on the phone was so rude to me and told me my polish wasn’t guaranteed and I said ok I am just trying to get it fixed .. then he proceeded to argue with me and I told him I can take my money elsewhere. I will Never set foot back in this place.. I feel as if they are really rude and discriminated towards people of color.

Worst experience ever!!! Very discriminatory!!! We arrived and their were two other girls waiting outside per the COVID-19 regulations. There is a sign on the door to call and make a reservation or reserve your spot. When we walked up the phone number was busy, however the young lady in front of us was on the phone with the receptionist. We asked her if she would also let the receptionist know their were two additional people waiting, which she did, and the receptionist complied. After waiting almost 25 minutes in the 90 degree heat, the receptionist came to get the first to young ladies, but closed the door on us! After waiting an additional 5 minutes she returned to inform us that they were “ no longer taking clients” although it was almost an hour before their scheduled close time. We politely informed her that we had called before standing outside and it was confirmed that we could be serviced. After stepping inside for a brief time, she then sent the manager out to tell us that since we did not “ride with” the two young ladies before us, that we could not be serviced. We then questioned the policy because we literally reserved and called at the SAME TIME, they were allowed to come in, but for whatever reason we were not... again this is almost an hour before they stop accepting customers!!! The manager then told us he was not going to “ argue”with us(Y’all know me and I’m super professional 🙌🏽), and that he would only provide quick basic service, and nothing more! At this point my friend and myself are highly offended, and decided to leave!!! Like I said we arrived at the same time, called at the same time, and asked for the exact same services as the two ladies who approached when we did, but we were not allowed service in the same manner!!! We went around the corner to AV nail spa and were serviced without question or complaint!!! I will never come to Beverly nails again!!!!!

Horrible. How I had to tell nail tech how to do my nails because she didn’t know what she was doing. They came out bulky on day of my birthday. Horrible place. I even tipped and she ignored it and went to show me the door. Nails look like a it was her first time. Don’t waste your time!!!!!!Woman next to me even keep say ouch because of how aggressive he was doing her nails. That’s embarrassing that you are hurting your clients that damages their cuticles. Pathetic!

I had a very good experience both times I went this year. The massage chair is my jam! I would go just for the chair, lol. Looking from the outside in, I thought it was way above my price range but the best part is the mani/pedi price-$41. I think thats very reasonable considering a manicure some places can be $25+ alone. Will definitely go again!💅🏽✨

I recently visit this establishment with an appointment not with anyone in specific. The owner decided to do my nails. My appointment was 10am and by 10:30 the only thing he did was remove polish. This man constantly stop from doing my nails to attend to others and the door. He was obviously to busy to do my nails I ask nicely for another person to do my nails bcs he was to busy for me. This man tell me no, when there was other available asking me to work with him in a rude manner I ask him if he was going to work with me with the price of my nails and he said no if I didnt wanted to work with him I could go else were, so I got my happy self up and got out of there. 1hour in this establishment and all he did besides fussing at me was remove my nail polish. Thank you for ur unprofessional customer service. Will never see my hands again.

This is THE BEST NAIL SALON IN GREENSBORO. Literally worth the wait. They are phenomenal! Perfectionist! I’m so pleased with them and it’s worth coming to.

I’ve been going here for about a year, but the waits have gotten too long and the quality is very inconsistent depending on the tech you get. I got a $30 gel manicure a week ago after an hour long wait and the next day it chipped. By Thursday they’d all peeled off because the tech had done a really rushed job. I came in today to try SNS but after waiting an hour I decided to leave, as several people who came in after me had been seated. Quality is good if you’re there during off hours, but if you’re coming in on a weekday after 4:30 or a weekend don’t expect quick service or a thorough job.

I had Mick do my SNS pink and white manicure. He is exceptional. Did a great job, love is work. Plus hes a fun guy to kid around with. I highly recommend Mick at Beverly Nails at Friendly Shopping Center. Its right beside Stone Cold Creamery.

Used the cheapest materials to do my nails, two days later they were all lifiting up and coming off like there wasnt enough glue or something. I went back to see if they would fix it and they REFUSED unless I PAYED.... pay to fix the nails I payed for but they messed up. Argued with me for 15 minute before I left. So RUDE

They had awesome service! Everything was so soothing and if I could, I would have totally fallen asleep! They had classical music, a vast selection of beverages, and they had hot neck pillows! I strongly recommend going there! Also, the people there are very sweet and since the wet nails limited you to doing many things, they were very helpful!

Called the morning of and asked if they had any appointments in the evening and was immediately put on the schedule for 2 pedicures. Then I got off work early so I wanted to go on my way home from work and called ahead of time to ask if it was alright and they said itd be able a 10 minute wait so I went. The wait was 5 minutes and I was treated with such care by the desk worker and the pedicurist! 10/10 would recommend

I have been going here for years !!! AK has been doing my nails. He does an excellent job! He’s very nice and pleasant as well! However, I cannot say that for the others there. Every time I call for an appointment, the man is so rude to me !! As a long time customer, I feel they should be, to a minimum, civil to their customers. I have heard this from many others as well. If they can’t be nice, let someone else make the appts and answer the phones when customers call. If it wasn’t for AK, I would go elsewhere !

One of my friends and I brought 3 elementary aged children, and one of them ended up in tears with a manicure that was chipped after a day - as was mine.After we waited more than 45 minutes on a random Saturday, we were all seated. They started pedicures for 3 of us - all of whom were paying adult rates. After another 15 minutes they started a child pedicure. They finished all 4 of those pedicures, and no one had approached my child at all. It had been an hour and 45 minutes before they got to my daughter. The rest of us were finished They rushed through, skipped one of her pinkies altogether, and left her with a manicure that was chipped the next day - without any playing that would have damaged it. Mine isnt great either.By the way - I had been in a couple of times and had given such a big tip on New Years that they checked to make sure I hadnt made a mistake. Im a good customer.

The person who did my pedicure was talking to me about things the whole time and was being really nice and friendly i had a good time.

Got a fill in which they said was $18, then I picked a glitter polish off the wall (which isn’t extra) and I wanted the glitter at the tip of my nail, and they said it’s $28 for a “fade effect”. That’s more expensive than a full set!! They charged me $10 extra for glitter and not even covering my whole nail. Then said I “agreed” to the price which was $28. Wasn’t friendly either. They were rushing and I got a few cuts. Would not recommend:) there’s a bunch of nail places which isn’t as expensive!

I came to this nail salon at 7pm to get one nail painted. I walk in and before I can say anything the man at the desk says we are closed. I asked him why does the sign say they close at 730pm and he responds with “ we are not taking anymore customers”. There were several nail techs sitting around doing nothing. This isn’t the first time I’ve received poor customer service from this nail salon. I will not be going back and I not recommend.

Always have had excellent experiences here over the past three years. Generally get a gel mani and spa pedicures, usually try and call the day before to make an appointment. While walkin is possible, you could still have a wait if your timing is off. Only had one time where the nail polish flaked off early and they reapplied no problem.

I had ak do my nails and I typically have high maintenance requests. He helped me do a cool black french tip and put my dogs name on my right hand ( he just passed away). Thanks Ak! Ill stop by here whenever Im in Greensboro.

Normally have good experiences here so this is not a rating about the shop as a whole but the tech that did my nails (Kelly) on 11/19/17 hurt my cuticles during a manicure...NEVER since I’ve been getting my nails done has it hurt to get a mani. More than one bled and were sore the next day. Don’t mind the color of gel polish was supposed to be matte black 🙄...I tried to add a pic

Hello,Yesterday I went to this establishment like I do every two weeks. This time I was seated within 5 minutes and my fingernails were immediately wrapped with acetone and foil. I sat there and watched one lady get seated after me, and her nails were wrapped. In my mind Im thinking since I was there before her therefore, I should be serviced first. I sat for 20 minutes and watched her and two other ladys get serviced before me. All while the women in charge and the receptionist were discussing who should be going first and NEVER once communicated with me. I was sitting right next to them and heard everything. I walked out in disgust. Clearly communication, accountability and guest service is irrelevant to this establishment.

I’ve been going here for a year to get my nails done. The new techs they have are TRASH. Got my nails done on Saturday.. they didn’t have any of the polish that i chose to get my nails done. The lady couldn’t do what i requested which was chrome. And i knew a guy that does chrome bc he had done it before on my nails there. Not 20 mins after leaving the salon my nail cracked. Now whole nail cracked including real nail.

This is a very poor ran establishment. It was told to us that no appointments could be made on Fridays and Saturdays so when we went in there was a 20 minute wait which was okay. We ended awaiting for about 35 minutes and three girls (white) walked in and went straight to start their pedicures. Then they said “oh they had an appointment” even though we were told no appointments could be made on Fridays and Saturdays. Several individuals realized what had happened and became very upset and many people left because it wasn’t about waiting but about dignity and respect and that was very disrespectful. Treat all customers the same because something could be shown in a way that it may not be but we took this to be very discriminating. We will never go back!!!

I’ve gone twice to get first acrylics and then to get my acrylics removed..... when I got my acrylics they didn’t clean up my cuticles or any of the standard things... simply glued on a fake nail and nail polish. When I came to get my acrylics removed, my finger was cut and hit with the buffering machine.... when I told the woman my nails still had acrylic she seemed annoyed and over it.....seemed rushed to me. I’ve had two bad/unsatisfied experiences and would probably not recommend this nail salon to my friends.

I started going to AK right at 2 years ago! As a seasoned nail professional I found myself looking for a nail tech that would take the time to do it right. ( even though i could do it myself).. Well here you go! I have my own nails and stick with gel polish and have done SNS as well. I can wear my gel polish as long as 8 weeks and have no problems. If you are looking for a tech that takes his time and pays close attention to detail he is your guy! I seriously will not see any other nail tech on the staff.

Beverly Nail Spa is an amazing nail salon! They are very nice and do an amazing job on your nails and toes! My favorite part is when they massadge your legs with lotion for 15 minutes! Its amazing! I have been going to Beverly Nail Spa for about 2 years! The cost may be a little expensive but it is completely worth it!

Beautiful establishment, fast and courteous service but I hated my nails. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came for service twice. However, my gel nails turned black each time and began peeling at the tips. I hadnt even had them for a week! I wasnt happy. Will not be returning, at least not for gel nails.

Poor customer service. Not satisfied at all with service complaint. Chose color as told for pedicure and gel manicure. Nails done but with a different gel color than I chose for toes. No were near a match. Pink fuchsia color on toes. Strawberry red was chosen by tech for gel. Not the same at all. Of course, not their fault. Left and noticed big difference in sunlight between the two colors. Lighting inside needs to be better in order to determine if colors either match or come close.

I had the worst service ever, first and last time going to this place to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. I was rudely asked if I wanted my chin waxed, I asked for the total price and refused. For some reason I had my chin waxed even after declining, and still got charged for a service I didnt request.

When they tell you its only a 10-15 minute wait they really mean an hour wait. I walked in only wanting a basic fill- in, and noticed a bunch of people. It was 5PM and I had somewhere to be at 7PM. In hopes that the reality of it would be maybe a maximum of a 30 minute wait I sat there patiently. As time went on I got more and more annoyed that the service was so slow. I then got up after waiting 45 minutes to see where I was on their list. The woman then asked for my name and then proceeded to tell me I was not on her list. With frustration I flipped the sign in sheet around to show her my name, she then told me I actually had to sign a different list. Didnt make any sense at all, I still proceeded to tell her at this point how long I was waiting, and she then started to speak in a different language to someone else. So not only did I feel uncomfortable I also felt even more angered.15 minutes later my name finally gets called and I sit down with a man who acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. looking around the whole shop, not once making eye contact, or even asking how I was. As soon as he starts cutting down my nails one of them pops up, and underneath my real nail proceeds to break. He then blamed me for not telling him that my nail was loose and that if I had told him, I wouldnt have been in pain in that very moment. Shortly after he then cuts my skin and now my other finger is bleeding.Not only was the wait not worth it, I was also in pain and highly aggravated.

Clean place,the staff is friendly and very efficient with their work. They put plastic wrap on Pedi bowls and change them after each customer!

I’ve tried so hard to like this place but time and again it’s an utter disappointment. I’ve never gone somewhere that I have to wait for someone’s nails to get done before I can my eyebrow wax. What sense does it make for me to wait 40 mins for you to finish someone’s nails when it takes 5 minutes to do an eyebrow wax. People who came in after me where taken for their services while I waited for a simple wax. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer I would have to wait? I was told another 15 minutes, yes bye! ✌🏾 no more Second chances. I’ll take my business elsewhere. They’re not friendly anyway every time Ive gotten SNS or pedicure here. This was just the last straw

Customer service was terrible, one of the nail techs hit my hand because I looked at my nails and they were not the same shape, I told her and she stated to stop being noisy and pushed my hand down. I went to get my nails done at Beverly Nails at the Friendly Center and I have never had a WORST nail experience in my whole life (and I get my nails done every 2 or 3 weeks)I have a very bad habit of biting my nails. Its a tough habit to break and Ive tried everything to stop. What has worked best for me is to get a full set of acrylic nails, but I havent gotten them in a month or so, and my nails got very bad from me biting. I had an important event coming up so I went to go get my nails done so I wouldnt be embarrassed.I dont normally go to this place but I know a lot of people that do, so I went. The woman I got that did my nails sat on the left side of the room when you walk in, around the fourth chair down from the sink. She was AWFUL. First of all, she barely talked to me and acted like I wasnt there the entire time. Then when I asked her to cut my nails shorter, she huffed about it like it was a big deal. When she finally spoke to me, other than the time she asked me what color number I wanted (like I was suppose to know an exact number???), she said So are you gonna bite these off too?.I have NEVER felt more embarrassed. My nails are a major insecurity and one of the few things she says to me is extremely insulting and rude.I have multiple family members and friends that go there that WONT be going there anymore. They can kiss $150 or more every 2 weeks goodbye because of that awful woman.
