Great experience from everyone but a supervisor. Jenny maybe. She had no badge no normal ups uniform on. She was so busy to get outside to smoke She left me standing in line to wait for the other clerk. Definitely not supervisor material. Seems to have no knowledge of ups or policies & procedures

Driver lied about “attempting” to deliver package. The package required a signature, therefore, I had someone wait ALL day for this package. FedEx showed up, but UPS did not, even though the driver noted online they did “attempt to deliver”. No slip was left either.Called the retailer where I purchased the product, they got me in touch with a facility rep. This person calls me on the phone to lie to me again! This person said the driver would be delivering the package before their shift ended at 7:pm, in fact they were on their way.No UPS showed up as promised. Did not deliver and just lied.Wouldn’t give any stars but had to give one for the review.UPS - Don’t give me your canned response about reaching out on social media, if you don’t have a direct number to speak with someone, that has some sort of integrity, then no need to bother.I will be filing a claim with the Federal Trade Commission for deceiving customers. I suggest any other customers with the same issue file one as well.

Zero stars. Had a refrigerated package delivered that was supposed to show tracking so I could have it picked up immediately and put in my refrigerator. The package (according to my security system) was delivered on Thursday 6/24/21 around 9:00 am. UPS tracking system still shows that they dont have the package. Thats all the information I can get. Try to get someone other than a robot on the 1-800 number. Thats a joke. When I did get someone on Saturday 6/26/21 from and Indian call center they couldnt tell me anything other than they didnt have the package yet. Big Joke.

I never received my product and Ive been given the run around. Product was supposed to arrive June 20 and its now July 6. Ive called both company and UPS and all they have is the animated computers that hang up on you after youve been on the phone 2 hours or they tell you to file a claimHow many times do zi have to file?

The night crew in the UPS Customer Center (Deb, Jamie and Jerry) went above and beyond to help me retrieve my package 8 minutes before closing time. The package was in another building and they helped me without hesitation. First time i have experienced this level of customer service.

Both Dana (Superviser) & Tara (driver) worked hard to find my package when it showed in their system that product was on their truck but wasn’t ever loaded with the shipment. They were able to communicate with me throughout the day to make sure I received my product on time. They definitely went above and beyond. Never received such great service until today. Thank you for all that you guys do out there.

Amazing how some people can have great service and others the exact opposite. Good luck getting any assistance if it is the latter. Transferred to an international help center and told local support would call me in an hour. Still waiting and doubt I hear anything now until next week. Thank you UPS.

0 stars if I could. I have reasons to believe that this facility or the facility in Jacksonville NC has stolen my package. Tampering with mail is a federal offense, and I will be placing an investigation to press charges. By looking at the reviews of this facility it seems like this is a common trend at this facility. My package with 3 pairs of children’s shoes departed Nashville TN March 3rd at 11am in good condition, and arrived at Greensboro by the evening in good condition. By the time my package had left Greensboro and arrived in Jacksonville NC March 4th at 9:30 am the package had been tampered with. A message was sent that all merchandise was missing and the empty carton was discarded, and that UPS will contact the sender with more details of the damage. I am disgusted by the actions of whomever did this. I advise people to be wary of using these facilities as it seems that there is definitely some shady business going on here.

I ordered several products from Lane Bryant. My first shipment was sent with less than half of the items ordered. In addition, one of the items was the incorrect product. I had to physically go in the store to update that item. At the moment, I have been waiting on the rest of my items. According to the UPS tracking at the Greensboro packaging facility, my product was reported damaged and they would notify the sender. This notification was back in 11/27/20. I just got off the phone with Lane Bryant on 12/14/2020 and they notified me my package left their facility to be shipped by UPS. It also stated UPS would notify the sender. Lane Bryant has not been notified as of yet. The customer service rep just so happen to pull up the tracking order and saw the same information. She stated she has never seen a package being damaged like this before. My problem now is U P S where is my package and why is it listed as missing? Did one of your employees steal my products for one of their plus sized family members? I am truly upset as I was looking forward to wearing my clothing. I need an explanation and/or reimbursement of my products. Someone needs to respond or let me know who I can speak with directly. I am not okay with this because I just believe my packaged was stolen!!!

Lied about package delivery, didnt provide any reason for no delivery when waiting all day at home for said package nor did they provide the slip saying they stopped by which has the InfoNotice number you NEED to change the delivery options so I guess I wont get it half a week later until they mess up again. Truly the worst shipping experience Ive ever had fuled by complete and utter incompetence of how to do their job. Customer service was completely useless if you managed to get through the barrage of robot commands to get to someone. Have fun, they dont even tell you how to get ahold of someone. I just had to scream agent (which isnt told as an option in the dialog) until it worked and once you do get a hold of them they say we cant do anything and our hands are tied more like you dont want to actually provide service to the customers that rely upon you. This doesnt apply to this facility as much as the entire system as a whole. I will never be using these services again if I can help it and neither should you.

Since May 24 (it’s now June 3), I have been waiting for a package sent from my parents in FL that shows it was last at the Greensboro UPS Hub and hasn’t moved since then. The package is very sentimental and cannot be replaced. From the other reviews posted on here, there seems to be an issue with theft at the Greensboro UPS Hub. Filing a claim and receiving compensation for something that cannot financially be compensated for is NOT sufficient. I will NEVER willingly choose UPS as my shipping service in the future.

My package was stolen from a worker there, they literally cut the shipping label from my box and attached to another box with orthopedic supplies inside. ANGER is an understatement. I have filed a complaint and I will make sure this person is held accountable.

My package has been sitting at the Greensboro North Carolina hub since February 19, 2021. It is currently February 24, 2021. The explanation that the UPS App gives is due to severe weather. The problem with that is the weather there has been in the Mid 50’s and 60’s. UPS customer service routes you to someone OUT OF THE COUNTRY only to tell me the same thing that I am looking at on my UPS App. UPS has become a very inefficient and unreliable company.

There should be more Customer Centers located throughout Greensboro. Coming all the way from Northwest Greensboro is a huge hassle, especially through 5:00 traffic. And after that frustrating drive, you arrive to very rude employees that just dont even act like they care that you missed your package even though you signed the back of the slip for the driver to leave it on your porch the next time they attempt to deliver it. So now your package is being returned to sender and the driver doesnt want to meet with you to pick it up so you have to wait until 7:30 at night to go get it because thats when it conveniences the driver the most, forget about what conveniences the customer. UPS is a joke and they really need to start emphasizing on the customer experience more than if the driver wants to do their job or not.

The absolute worst shipping company on the planet everything that gets shipped with ups the box was destroyed or the product was dented on delivery I just received a package that has three dents in the metal and the package was wrapped extremely well with bubble wrap and had fragile on it. Before that was a box of food with fragile on it with a massive hole where someone kicked it. Before that was a tool that had half the box crushed the only reason why the other side of the box wasnt crushed was because of the tool. Beyond terrible. This is a common trend DO NOT USE UPS THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PACKAGE AND NOT CARE AT ALL.

Placed my order Tuesday was supposed to be here between Thurs-Fri it arrived at midnight Thursday night in town and has been sitting at the center since Thursday night and the tracking site says it wont be delivered until Monday afternoon. Super disappointed but definitely will remember to use FedEx instead on all future orders since my order will sit at the distribution center beyond the 2day delivery for the order

My package was supposed to be delivered June 12. I’m just now getting an update today June 12 that my package won’t be delivered until MONDAY JUNE 15. I called to see if I can pick my package up and they were EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. I called from TWO different phones because the first lady had me on hold for over 25 MINUTES after I asked to speak to a supervisor. The second lady I spoke to also put me on hold for MORE THAN 20 MINUTES after I asked to speak to a supervisor stating that the supervisor would say the same thing but I didn’t ask her what they would say I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNHELPFUL, AND RUDE. I’ve never had any problems with any other company and was expecting the same from UPS. I now know not to ship anything else through UPS! Thanks for ruining a kids birthday party *****

Fast service and friendly staff! Easy get larger packages to your vehicle. Never seems to be too crowded. I have always been able to get in and out quickly at this UPS CC, this is mainly why I prefer this location over the others.

This will be the second or third time I’ve gotten something delivered by ups to this address and they say they deliver but never do then those few times I’ve had to go pick up my packages. This is not a good look on your behalf as a delivery company. I never have these problems with fedex or dhl

Package arrived in Greensboro on April 17th and was to be delivered today April 20th. Package was sent to Raleigh to be shipped back to Greensboro for delivery. It is a 2 piece package delivery one is “ supposed” to be delivered today and the other they said tomorrow. Called and placed second part of the shipment on customer pickup and was told they were sorting it may be tomorrow before I can pick it up. I’m a contractor at FedEx and needed this package as it is parts for one of my trucks and I have a rental that is currently costing me $500 a day for a rental truck plus mileage. They have costed me severely over this since I will have to keep the rental truck one more day.Update: called back to customer service and was given a shelf # where the package was and went back and gave that to them and was told they couldn’t find it to check back tomorrow or late this afternoon. Appears they are just too lazy to actually go get it. The shelf # tells them exactly where it is located in the building.

Extremely urgent my package showed up in NC on the day I paid for... UPS utterly failed to deliver. When I called customer service, they said the delay was due to weather... complete lie. Florida to NC via ground... the weather was fine... if I had paid to ship by air, Id understand as flights can be grounded. I specifically paid for 2-day ground to avoid this happening. Obviously they lost my package and couldnt sort it out, then blamed it on weather. Additionally, they wouldnt let the package be picked up at the GSO facility, and wouldnt open earlier the next morning. Im officially a lifetime FedEx customer.

I had something overnight shipped and it was supposed to arrive on 4/23. Well it never arrived, I never even heard them knock or ring the doorbell and instead was told they attempted to deliver the package. The instructions on the UPS website said I needed to provide the correct address, even though they left a note on my door. And then it also said they were going to take the package to a store for me to pick up. I went to the store, it wasnt there and supposedly theyre going to try to redeliver my package again on 4/24. Why cant they just leave the package at my door???? I tried to select the pickup option on the UPS website since that was what was listed on the note they left and instead they tried to charge me for it.

Was having a hard time with delivery and the UPS delivery, however, I left a message for a manager at the branch doing the order.. and I must admit, the manager by the name of Keisha, did call me back by the time they said, and she actually had the driver on 3 way, we were able to find out what the problem was and the driver assured me that he will attempt to deliver again.. same day. Although my situation started out rough, but great customer service turned it around and I am fully satisfied..

Service is horrible. I have yet to recieve a package from a month ago. Investigation was closed from a nonworking number. I can only speak to customer service from the Phillipines. They have no clue. The driver lied and said package was delivered at my front door. I have no access to my front door, as we are remodeling. So I reopened the investigation..but I wont recieve any emails as I was promised in the 1st investigation.

The staff has always gone above and beyond for me. Super helpful and Im in there a lot. Shift change at the warehouse is a terrible time to go. Around 3:30 I think. Loads of traffic coming and going makes it really hard to get back on the road.

I don’t know if it’s just Greensboro Hub or UPS in general. But this has happen twice and both times I called Greensboro and both times I got the same lie and actually didn’t know it was a lie till I called back got a supervisor on the phone and that person told me I had been lied to.Im going to cut it short do not give these people on a Thursday 50 dollars for overnight they will take your money then when you don’t get your package they have trained staff to tell you it was picked up after a certain time next day is Monday.Look I been in the Trucking business for thirty one years .When I get a overnight shipment that means tomorrow.I deliver the next day.Anyways UPS you do have one honest person working for you.Im leaving y’all with this do u know how to tell if a UPS employ is lying to you.Easy they will be wearing a BROWN uniform 😎😎

Im trying to figure out why my packages never come to the door, even with the correct address including apt number is clearly listed on the package? You take it to the front office on a Saturday with no notification that its arrived, And now I have to wait another day to get My package because the office is closed on Sundays! My order (6 boxes) from Wayfair was delivered early this afternoon and offloaded onto my driveway with a rainstorm coming. Luckily I happened to see this just before the truck took off. I was only able to get two smaller boxes into the house before the deluge began. The water pouring down the driveway deteriorated the boxes so badly that my daughter and I had a lot of trouble lifting them--and got soaked in the process. In addition one of the boxes was for someone in Wisconsin!! What service!!

Completely inept. I have had a package in Greensboro since Tuesday morning and its going to take them almost a week to get it delivered. I know we had snow on Wednesday morning but they cant get a package delivered in 3 days and they keep using the same excuse. In the mean time I have driven to the airport in Greensboro every day this week. Pathetic and lazy.

Not happy they said it was out for delivery 1/19/18 then refused to deliver it. And again on 1/20/19 they say it was out for delivery again and some how it says it is now back in transit. The last few deliveries I have gotten from UPS have been a few days late or delayed. This terminal and the delivery drivers seem pretty useless....
