They removed existing shrubbery in the front of my home and put in all new shrubs. The grass they put in did not look healthy at the time of planting and one of the plants died. I contacted the owner who was very polite and said he would replace it. He did not come so I recontacted him and he came but brought the wrong plant. He has never returned to replace the plant. The last time I contacted him was on June 8th. I waited until this week (Aug 16) to call him. I informed him that in addition to the grass that needed to be replaced, a pencil tree shrub had died. He was very polite and said he had not been here because he was on vacation. I didnt question him, but I thought from June 8 until Aug 16 seemed like a long vacation.He said that he had bought the grass replacement and would come to my house on that day (Aug 16) to plant it and to check the shrub that died. . It is now 6:44 pm on June 17th and he has not called or come. He is always very polite but he does not keep his word. He has not taken care of the problems and makes no effort to contact me.

Jackson Lawn Care and Design is the best landscaping service I have ever used, and the value was unmatched. They designed and installed a complete renovation of my yard that even had the HOA praise the design and finished product. They took my yard from one of the worst in the neighborhood to one that has people stopping and admire. They use plants of different colors and texture that I would never had thought about using and mix in yard art that is awe inspiring.

Called in a few months ago about redoing some bushes on a commercial property I manage. Turns out they were able to do that, as well routine mowing, mulching and general lawn care. They’ve been nothing but great and the property looks awesome! Never has to worry about anything premise related- even have them doing my snow removal this winter.

These cats were freakin phenomenal, striped me down.. dug out a new drain system beside my house so I could stray from my mosquito king label. Cleaned my gutters and gave my shrubs the quarantine cut of a lifetime.
