I honestly can not believe this. I leased a copier through them and never saw a sales rep again. I had to work directly with Xerox from that point on which was ridiculous. But the kicker is that now that the lease is up, I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE COPIER BACK MYSELF. What kind of company makes their customer responsible for something like that???? I would recommend reading your lease carefully before working with these people. And dont expect them to help you once you become a customer.

The City of Mount Airy Public Works Department has been with Morris Business Solutions a little over 6 months. Sharon Elwood our Sales Rep was wonderful to work with. The company provides excellent customer service and stays in touch with their clients along the way and makes sure customer needs are met. I highly recommend them if you are needing a new Xerox and a supplier that will be there with you through every step of the process.

We are new customers with the company. The reason we changed from the previous company was due to the product they were offering, the price and their customer service. Chris Harwell, our rep sales did a good job selling us the product. He has continued to stay in touch to make sure that we are happy customers and ensuring everything is working well.

We have recently switched to Morris Business Solutions and we cannot say enough positive things about the experience! They have gone above and beyond in making sure all of our computers are connected to our new Xerox, and even helped with a little PC performance clean up/speed up in the process without being prompted. Sharon especially has helped us wonders with getting our previous copier servicer to aid in getting our old equipment returned to them. She is so easy to talk to and work with! We definitely feel like this is a great fit for us and are looking forward to a long lasting relationship with MBS!!
