DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!I had to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission!! They mail out parts for printers that have not been requested or authorized- then sent me a $550 invoice ! Would not allow me to return the printerhead, or match a competitve price. Rocky at that office is of no help. Do not use them!!

Great Company to deal with when it comes to copiers. Rocky Rowland is very knowledgeable of the copier industry. If he cant answer your questions, he will use his resources to find the answer. Our first meeting with Colin Maki proved what a good salesman he is since he did an excellent job of convincing us to buy a new copier even though our current contract had not run out. Often after the sale has been made, it is very difficult to contact the sales person but that has not been the case with Colin. Since the machine we bought was different in many ways from the one we had been using for at least five years, we had many questions on how to get it to do what we needed. Colin has been very quick to answer those questions and when he didnt know, he has gotten a technician to fix the problem. When it comes to customer service, Colin rates a 10 with our agency.

The company did ultimately correct some problems we had with the new machine as there are no written instruction booklets. We had to call several times for help. The service tech came promptly and all is good.
