Gray & Creech Office Solutions has great customer care, team members and always makes sure we have everything we need. Everyone I have dealt with there has always been very helpful and quickly helped me with what we needed. Tony is always a pleasure when he comes out to do a service call and it never takes him long to arrive once the service call is placed. They always ensure I do not go more than a few hours with a machine that is out of service John Lee was awesome helping get together a new package and get us some new and improved printers in our office. He was with the installation team through the entire process and it took around an hour to get both of our printers traded out and ready to use. Id like to offer an unsolicited shout-out to Gray and Creech. I have been a very happy customer of this fine company for several years. Without exception, their professionalism and courtesy after the sale have been phenomenal. Never, on the RARE occasion of needing equipment repair have I waited more than an hour or two for the technician to arrive. I typically receive communication from the sales rep, the technician, and management within minutes of requesting service. At one point, the technician could not resolve the issue immediately---and my files were printed at Gray and Creech and couriered back to me. Who could ask for any better service??? I wholeheartedly recommend this fine company to anyone who finds themselves in need of office systems. Give them a call--youll be glad you did!

Ive been working with Gray and Creech for years.  When it comes to upgrading equipment, need for toner or general customer assistance their staff is always available and helpful.  As a local business owner myself, I would highly recommend Gray and Creech for your office system needs.

Horrible customer service. Ladies in the office are witches. They will not service your machine if it is your bills due date. This is a family company with cocky attitudes. Save your money and time and go with someone else. Worst business ever. The only high reviews they have are from the employees themselves. How laughable.

This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with! When you call it isnt welcoming at all and they dont even state their name. They dont seem too be knowledgeable of their products and fees and when you finally do get an answer to a question they cant just get to the point!
