Great company saves me on my printing cost

As a small business owner, I have a lot to do! BMP Print Solutions came to the rescue when my printer broke. They repaired it quickly, and they even recycled my used toner cartridges. They were GREAT!

I am a tech and I cover a lot of services for clients. I lean on other tech services as there are items I can do but would prefer not to. Id rather let other tech services take care of things like printer repairs. Well, let me introduce you to John. He is the service manager. He let me know upfront what my service on an HP 1160 was going to cost. John also let me know that if they were unable to fix the unit, there would be no charge. I met John today for the first time, and he made a great first impression. As we filled out the paperwork, the printer tech was already taking a look at the printer. I would not have expected that to happen at all. As I am in business for myself, I know there are sometimes that this is just not possible. It took all of a minute to finish up the paperwork. As John was showing me out, we were stopped by the printer technician. He had already figured out the issue and corrected it in less than a couple of minutes. He showed me what issue had occurred and gave me back the printer. I will continue to bring stuff here. Their shop was organized, which is a great sign of efficient service. Organization leads to quick turn around. Thank you, John!
