Donnovon is the man Id recommend this place great atmosphere. It was my sons first time at a barbershop and his experience he said was great which it was big props to don. Great service brodie

They have a comfortable reception, and plenty of chairs, plus they take appointment and walk ins where they see you in a timely manner.-Plus its clean and organized.-This was my sons first haircut and they made sure they made it a wonderful experience. Even put on a show just for him.-I was beyond pleased their professionalism and work.-I would definitely recommend this barbershop.

Enjoyed the atmosphere as soon as i walked into the shop. This was my sons first experience for a barber shop and he really enjoyed it and didnt cry. He loved the person who did his hair (Donnoven). Very outgoing and welcomed us in. And they fit us in with no problem. We will definitely be coming back.

This place is only for regulars dont even consider as a walk in. Owner will take who he chooses and same with his cronies. Find another baber shop that wont overcharge you

As an out of town visitor looking for a good barber, I came across Martes via Google Search. It was not too far and in a decent location. The shop is great and I had a hair and beard trim from the owner who was friendly and had a great conversation. When I am in town again and need a trim, I will gladly return here. Thanks!!

As a veteran who was forced to maintain a grooming standard which led to at times weekly haircut Ive sat in many barber chairs. The first one I decided to sit in once I came back to NC was purely coincidentally, Preston Rutkowskis chair. A barber shop with good reviews nestled in a location which wasnt the easiest to find but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was welcoming even though I showed up 40 minutes before closing without an appointment. Preston was patient and accommodating with my haircut and hot towel shave. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Love love love it! I was super nervous about coming because I am a girl and Ive never been to a barbershop before but Pamela totally took care of me. My hair looks amazing and just looking around you can really see the other barbers really know their stuff. Super friendly 10/10 cant wait to come back!

Great shop! Men dont like setting appointments for haircuts. Cost of cuts are higher than most shops. Id much rather be able to walk in on a first come first serve. I will go back because I like Marti and his skills? Barbershops normally stay open until 7p.m. He does not cater to the working class...if you work during the day and you are a client, better ask your boss if you can get off early or take a day off because you want get a cut here after 5p.m. Ive not been in a hot minute because I work just like they do, cant even get in on a Saturday. How do you know when you make too much money? A cut is 20 plus 5 for beard shape up, for my son and I the cost was 54 bucks including a convenience fee that was added on to swipe my card. Im going back to the hood and save 20 bucks! Females pay those prices...

High quality hair cuts, I used to go to more mainstream places and can tell a huge difference in the attention to detail. After my first visit I will not be going anywhere else. Great service, great atmosphere, Razor J cuts my hair and always does an outstanding job. Definitely recommend, 5/5 stars

Super good place for a cut. I got a fade and it looked great. This place is also very reasonably priced for the service they give. It is on the second floor of the building. Also the barber I had was Marco. Id highly recommend him. Ill be returning here for future cuts

Amazing place to go to get a great haircut. The price for the haircut well worth it. I live about an hour and a half from here and theres no other placed Id go to get my haircut. These guys are insanely kind and social. They are definitely unmatched my anyone else in the area. Give them a try; you wont regret it.

Great haircut. I saw Roddy and he took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. Their shop is very clean and everyone is very welcoming. I like that they have extended hours on Fridays and you can always call to make an appointment. I will definitely come back.

While demonstrating amazing customer service! Definitely recommend for anyone who needs an amazing haircut and service! I live in Raleigh and I drive over and 1 and 30 minutes to get a haircut here, that alone should tell you something.

I had never had my hair styled before and decided to finally take the dive and go here. I had no idea what I wanted or even what to ask for, and my barber Jay helped me out and gave me the best haircut I have ever had. Could not possibly recommend this place more. Will definitely be coming here again.

Just had a haircut with Pam and I could not have asked for more. All the staff are very friendly and Pam is the definition of professional. She took the time to make my hair perfect and I ended up with one of my best haircuts ever! Its a bit tough to find though. Its on the upper floor of a large commercial building.

This is the worst barber shop Ive ever been to. My experience there was far worse than any Great Clips or Sports Cuts. I made an appointment and then had to wait over a half an hour to see someone, then I was told that I could not even be seen by the person that I made an appointment with. Three different people there tried to cut my hair.. I say tried because none of them could even do the simplest thing. None of them could layer my hair or even get it straight on the sides.. so after about an hour or more of than trying painfully to give me any kind of haircut that looked decent I give up and left. Of course they didnt charge me for doing such a terrible job but I ended up having to go to another barber and get my head shaved because they did so much damage.. terrible terrible service.
