Been getting my hair cut there 5/12 to 6 years. Started with Anthony. Now Mr.Swinnson. Both did and do great jobs.At a decent price. Cant be the sevice

I took my 17 year old there when he was around 10 or 11 and this was the worst haircut he ever had and they had the nerve to charge $15 but was originally told $20 just recently visited another store in that shopping center and decided I would take another look inside this barber shop I had my 6year old with me and the light skin slender fellow told me he would charge $20 to cut my little one hair then changed it to $14 I giggled to myself but beware every store over there is possibly horrible and there so close to a predominantly Black college saf ☹️

WORST HAIRCUT My son has EVER RECEIVED. I’ll never go back there again. My son was very disappointed and so was I . Didn’t catch his name but he’s the tall darker skinned fellow that has the middle chair.

Went in for a line up my hair was pretty much already cut just needed to be cleaned up and the guy pushed my hair line back so bad and the clippers were not clean but still charged me $15 i normally pay $5 he needs to be fired!!! Old guy works on the left side end of the barbershop I didnt get his name dont go to him!

The barber still has furniture from the early 80s. The heating and air system in this shop is pitiful. The television barely works or not at all. There are some good barbers at this location like Marquie Walker.

Gate City Barbershop is the best barbershop Ive been to in Guilford County. They cut way better than the guys in the four season mall and are a lot cheaper. I usually go get a cut from Pooh, if hes not available I go to Pitts then Bobby. They follow your directions and dont try to to their own thing. Great barbershop for those looking for a consistent barber.

I was very disappointed & quite disgusted. The person who cut my hair was busy talking to their friend the whole time. He did not spray his blades after cutting the previous persons hair. He did not clean the chair I sat on, which still had clumps of hair on the seat. He placed product in my hair without my permission. He did not finish the service I asked for because he didnt want to give me a straight line. I will not come back here again. Im upset to have experienced this, and I hope if you still decide to go you wont have to deal with this.

Will not be going back there. Older gentleman cut my hair first said I like my “hair cut like a Mexican, not everyone in that shop would cut it that way but he would.” I should have left at that point but I brushed it off. Proceeded to tell me he knew how I liked it and would cut it. Royally messed it up and charged me $20. Never has the front of my head looked so horrible!

Friend needed a last minute hair cut and the first place we went was booked. We were from out of town so we just Googled a list of places and this location was the second option. He was able to walk right in and get in a chair, but the gentleman that cut his hair did a piss poor job. He complained the entire time that he should go to a hispanic barber because he doesnt have normal black hair (whatever that means). The cut was fine for the moment and only cost $10, but it looked like a $10 cut.

Thomas was my barber today, and he did a flawless job on my beard and hair. I will visit his shop whenever I need a barber in Greensboro. Great job!!
