I rarely give any place 5 stars. My granddaughter has gone to other hair places in GSO for hair braiding only to have them suck her brains through her scalp. But we really needed her hair to be braided and in a protective style. I met Carlita through Instagram and decided to take a chance. When I tell you she treated my baby with kid gloves, she was helpful, took care, and did not braid my granddaughters hair too tight. She offered products and suggestions and was very friendly yet professional. I dont know any of the other girls in the salon, and no offense towards them but no one can touch my babys hair BUT Carlita. Thank you Carlita. She loves her hair, I love it! The appointment process was easy. Its been a week and my granddaughter has not complained about headaches, as she has in the past, and her hair still looks great.

Nicole... terrible. Gave me the runaround for days. Scheduled appointments and booked clients over me twice. Would recommend Locs of Love over Strandz anyday.
