I attempted three other electrical contractors about my issue with poor results. I took a shot with this company through a Google search. My first call was outstanding. Chris was Great!! He should be a Customer Service Trainer. The guys that came out were so diligent and professional, they got the job done!! The bill was about $160.00. For the professionalism they all provided, I would have been happy to pay double. Theres more well be needing for house and they will be the first I call for EVERYTHING.

Like most people, having home repairs is not at the top of my list of favorite things. While in the process of selling my house the inspector found an issue that needed to be addressed with my natural gas plumbing in my attic. I had heard of Aurora Pro Services so I gave them a call and from start to finish I had a great experience.The representative who I spoke with to make the appointment was very friendly, professional and thorough. She made sure she understood the issue so the appropriate person would arrive. Prior to the appointment I received a reminder in case I needed to reschedule. The before the technician arrived at my house I received a text message with the gentlemans name and picture so I would know exactly who to expect. I really appreciated this safety feature as well as the tech arriving on time. When Anthony arrived he was very polite and professional. He wore a mask for COVID precautions and shoe covers. He was able to assess the situation, explained to me the time frame and cost before he proceeded. When the job was completed and Anthony provided pictures that I requested and made sure I was pleased with his work. I received a phone call after he left from another representative making sure I was completely satisfied.Overall I was very impressed with Aurora Pro Services customer service and how the job was completed. I feel that the price was reasonable for the task and if I need future repairs I will be giving Aurora a call.

Zack put in a new dishwasher for me today. For some reason it was leaking pretty bad. He worked on it until it doesn’t leak and I won’t have to get it exchanged thank goodness! Great job!

Company canceled first 2 appointments. When the technician finally came he quoted several high-cost options. He said he was not aware of the reasonable price offered on their website and had to get clearance from his boss when I showed it to him. He had to return to the office because he did not have a plumbers snake (standard equipment) in his van. Once he returned he was able to quickly and satisfactorily complete unclogging the drain.The sales manager followed up with me, took responsibility for the shortcomings, and explained the reason for the service delays and equipment problem (wrong size for my pipe). He is refunding the cost of the service call since I was not 100% satisfied. That makes me feel more positive about Aurora and their commitment to good customer service.

The first time I called Aurora was to inspect my well because I was having issues with water quality. It was a fiasco due to the employee that came to my house. He just didnt do his job or respond and I later learned that he has been terminated.Since then, a Manager reached out to me and has done everything he can to make sure I am well taken care of. Will came out last week to inspect and repair any electrical issues I had. I had a great experience with him and was very happy with the interaction and the work he did.Today, Zack came back to look at my well to see if he could figure out what the problem is. He too was a great guy to work with, professional and personable. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before they left. Thank you Aurora!

If possible would give ZERO stars. Multiple issues and request to talk to the owner have been completely ignore. His grandmother would be ashamed. Signed up for their annual package, never was contacted and once pressed asked for a refund just ignored the request and put a new date to begin. Quoted my wife to install gas water heater, quote was wrong, hundreds of dollars on what it could have been done for, mislead her totally. Install job was done incorrectly. Avoid doing business with this company totally.

They kept in touch with me until the day of our appointment. The technician contacted me not only by text, but with a follow up phone call introducing himself and confirming the appointment time. Merlin Hernandez and his work partner Wilmer, are highly skilled professionals. They did a fantastic job running electricity to our new gazebo and installing a ceiling fan. Dealing with both Justin and Mitchell, was a total pleasure. I had a total incompetent person that not only did not finish the job, but tried to cover it up when he did it wrong previous to me contacting Aurora. The guys were able to address the problem, evaluate it and CORRECTLY repair the issue within a two and a half hour span. The previous guy was here almost eight hours, and completed nothing. Sometimes its worth it to pay for peace of mind that the job is completed and done correctly.

The 2 men who came were excellent v/v their knowledge and their work. Also, I could schedule an appt, so I didnt have to wait and wonder. I had 2 2-way electronic switches, one of which (literally) burned out, and wanted just standard 2-ways for replacements. Poor wiring required more than just replacing, but they were successful.HOWEVER, the price was $445, less 10% for a cash or check. I paid, needing to stop living in the dark, but Im pretty sure thats higher than Id pay if I was willing to wait for my local electrician to fit me in...

A team of two men performed a plumbing upgrade in my garage to accommodate a washing machine. In addition, they replaced old water shutoff valves on my existing plumbing in my garage. Repairman was on time and friendly. Paid for entire service charge to fix A/C unit. After 1 hour of system running, the temps in the house were increasing. Called Aurora back and talked to Chris. Told him AC still not working. He said he would call repairman and call me back. I waited 25 minutes with no return response. Called the office back and all I get is a recording that says “transferring call” and then hangs up. It is 92 degrees and we have no AC. Very disappointing.

We recently found out our downstairs HVAC unit, downstairs duct work and upstairs duct work needed to be replaced (28-years old). Shawn came out for the proposal and was extremely helpful in walking me through the different options, what his recommendations were and why he recommended them. He did it in a way that was not confusing or that made me feel like he was taking advantage of our situation.From there, we got our install scheduled quickly. Heath and Coy (I hope I spelled that right) were the first two techs to do the install. They replaced our downstairs unit, changed out all of the duct work, installed a new Air Scrubber and a whole home air filter. They worked extremely hard, were pleasant to our two kids (3 and 1) by talking to them through the floor vents and did great work.The second day we had Heath back along with Adam. Again, they did the same great work and were a pleasure to have at our house.Today, they came to do the upstairs duct work, Air Scrubber, new drip pan and whole home filter. We had Heath, Adam and Coy again and we couldnt be happier.Heath and Shawn have been extremely responsive to my questions (which there are lots), respectful to me and my wife, engaged with our kids and just easy to work with.Because of our work with these gentlemen, we have decided to hire them to do some minor roofing and gutter work, purchased their maintenance membership and will work with them for future things.

Grossly overpriced. They wanted $1500 to put 2 existing receptacles on a dedicated circuit. Also this in rooms above a basement making the wire run extremely convenient. This shouldnt have been more than $300-500.

I feel you guys are extremely over priced for the work needed. A small outlet tapped from the crawlspace to the outside wall was $1500 quoted. On top of that the company I called seemed like a small company that was local and they just referred me to this company. I got an astronomical quote for the installation of one electrical outlet. I have had additional electrical outlets installed in the past, however this estimate was about 300 percent higher than any of the other ones!

Called for second opinion. Origina roof installer said NO leak found. Your inspection found TWO leaks with damage and mold and mildew. Will report your findings to Homeowners Association. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for your service man finding what I thought was the problem a year and a half ago.

I have known Robert Niemeyer since we moved to Winston Salem six years ago. At the time, Robert was a private contractor and had done major remodeling for my brother. After five years of living in a brand new condo in which we discovered the workmanship was below standard and what we actually paid for, I called Robert for advice. I knew he was no longer working for himself and I also knew that from him I would get an honest and sincere answer. He told me he was working for AuroraPro and would have someone contact me. I received a call that day and have nothing but the highest praises for Robert and the entire operation.After feeling very disgusted in the manner in which we had been deceived with our new purchase due to the original developers dishonesty, I emphasized that above all we wanted honesty, trustworthiness, support and follow through to get the job done (which was for major improvements). We can say under oath that we received that much and more from AuroraPro. We are finally very happy with the interior work in our condo.The work was major. The workmanship like we havent experienced with contractors since the 1980s when we built our first home.We feel very lucky to have been able to use Robert as our initial contact.The chief contractor we worked with was Mike Lowe and when he was not immediately available with Graylon Roberson. Mike gave us his word and we can sincerely say he went above and beyond. I called him on a minor issue and it was taken care of asap without any hesitancy on his part. When he was not immediately available we worked with Graylon and again, we were involved with another person of exceptional character and honesty. On a personal note, a week after the job was completed my wife tested positive for Covid19. We called AuroraPro to inform them for the safety of anyone who worked in our home. We received a personal phone call 10 days later from Graylon inquiring about my wifes health. I may also add that the office staff did likewise.During the renovations, we decided to replace a very cheap fan that was originally installed in our master bath. Robert was the electrician who was in charge of this procedure. Again, as always, his recommendations for the replacement were top notch. We now have a very efficient and quiet fan in our master bath.I read criticisms that AuroraPro was expensive. For the work done is our home, we found the price very, very fair. When you take into account the quality of their work, we can say finally we got what we paid for!!!!

Merlin installed a LED light in my kitchen and I couldn’t be happier.. it’s the little things that makes a difference. His work area was clean, he wore footies and a mask in the house. I would use his services for future projects.

The guy didn’t even go into my crawl space or come inside to check my toilet or my leaking. Guys beware. *DO NOT RECOMMEND*. Save your money call the next guy. I feel scammed right now.
