My first facial ever was done by Samantha, and it was the most amazing experience ever. She is amazing at her job and really helps when it comes to skin care! My skin has never looked better especially since I bought some products she used on me in the salon. Everything about my experience was absolutely wonderful and I cannot wait until I can get back in. I highly highly recommend Sam for all your facial needs!

I have really curly hair, with bleach damage and what was a really bad grown out haircut. Bart did an AMAZING job. I havent liked a haircut this much in a long long time! The salon is gorgeous and everyone there was so friendly. 100% will go back.

Jella did an amazing job with my haircut. I absolutely love it. She’s communicative to help achieve the best hairstyle that suits me. Overall just a great experience and a really nice and welcoming environment.

This is how you get treated when someone underquotes you, then feels incompetent. I was originally quoted $200 for a color correction, and then received the text in the picture telling me its going to be another$100 on top of the$200. Its funny because I decided to go back to my amazing hairdresser Ciara over at Ulta Beauty over at the Centerplace Greeley shopping mall, and I only paid $140 for a full highlight. I didnt even need a color correction. The picture with the dark streaks, is my hair right before I got it done. This lighter one of my hair, is after one full highlight at Ulta! I didnt even need a color correction with my fashion colors, I only needed a highlight because Im going back to blonde. Apparently, this girl Destri, doesnt actually have the knowledge of doing hair correctly, or she wouldnt have recommended the wrong service for my hair. She also dont understand the meaning of good customer service, or she wouldnt have sent a text to cancel a appt. The salon was beautiful, dont get me wrong. Thats just horrible customer service to send a text cancelling an appt, when it would have been more professional to call someone when you cancel. That is a very cowardly way to cancel an appt.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and atmosphere of Eleven Salon! Everyone is friendly and the vibe is fun. Bianca is AMAZING!! She always takes the time to talk with me about my thoughts and guide me in the right direction. She’s taken me from brassy to beautiful blonde and I love it. Plus she’s just a great person and is very knowledgeable!

Destri has been my go to person for years and I’ll never see anyone else. Even when she was on maternity leave, I went to the most highly recommended hair stylist in Fort Collins and the quality of my service wasn’t even close to the ballpark of what I’m used to getting with Destri. Over the years, she’s provided me with everything from chocolate brown colors to incredible baby lights and balayage, all while being very careful not to damage my thin hair. With her product recommendations and knowledge, she’s been able to transform my hair into strong healthy locks and teaches me something new every time I see her. Not only does she provide outstanding customer service, she’s hands down the best in northern Colorado - I have very high standards and recommend her to everyone. I live 45 minutes away and will always make the drive to see her. Thanks 11 and Destri for being such a profound necessity in my beauty regimen.

Having visited this salon for several visits over the course of a year and a half, I have decided to never return. The stylists run the salon here, not the owner. Holly is a very pleasent person, but she does not have control over her business, she told me herself. My last service at this salon was Friday June 7, 2013. Having been a client of Barts for the past year and a half, I scheduled a color correction with him. I needed to have color lifted and deposited. Arriving at the salon, he quickly got me in the chair. He was upset that we had not discussed the correction over the phone, yet he had not asked when I scheduled the appointment 2 days prior. He even expressed to me that I was in the wrong and that he was going to have to cancel his other appointments because of my lack of communication. Throughout my color correction, another stylist, Tara, kept demanding if Bart was going to be finished so that he could put her extentions in. Not only was my color correction rushed, Bart did not correct the color as asked. When I told him this is not what I just asked for, he proceeded to try another procudure that did not work. Bart told me to wash my hair with a clarifying shampoo and that the color would fade, sending me home with halfway wet hair. The color has not faded and I am proceeding to go to another stylist, that after a consultation, was baffled by my experience at the Eleven Salon and will have no problem correcting. To add to my experience and unprofessionalism at the Eleven Salon, the music and demeanor of the stylists is shocking. Not once, but twice, very profane music was playing on the stereo. There was a woman with two small children in the salon at this time. Having spoken to Holly about these issues, she informed me that she owns the salon, but does not have any control over her employees. There is nothing that she can do about the way I was treated and the service I recieved.
