This place is great. It was my first time going there. I am new to the area and saw the reviews on it and thought Id try it. They were all great. I didnt need a appointment. They werent busy either that day so I was in and out in no time. The attendant did very well on me. I would definitely go back.

I came in from out of town and called to get a couple areas waxed. They got me in the same day only a couple hours later. I’m terrible at names but she had blue hair and was sweet as could be. I’ve been to many wax places and this is by far the best and easiest wax I’ve been through. This place is clean and they are so friendly. Thank y’all so much for the great experience!

This spot is a get in, get out kindof place. I truly appreciate that. All the girls here are friendly, precise and lovely to chat with. Ive been coming here constantly for over a year and Im pretty sold in the fact that Im a lifer. I cannot beat the convenience with the great customer service. Ive never had any reactions or issues with the wax or their processes, like Ive had in the past. These ladies know their wax!

My daughter told the girl she was allergic to witch hazel and she still used it. She also did a poor job cleaning up her brows. My daughter called in to see. if she could get a manager on the phone to correct the mistake. And nobody has called her back.

I have been going to all of their locations over 10 years. Have not had a single negative experience. They are a gift to Colorado. I live in Florida now where you would think you find experts. 45 minute Brazilian each place with own form of torture. I still visit Colorado frequently and coordinate my visits to go here. 5 to 15 minutes and we are done. Cleanest wax anywhere. These gals are the nicest people and am grateful for what they do.

Went in yesterday around six o’clock and got my eyebrows waxed. When I got up and looked I could see right away that they did not look even. I told the gal that we needed to make the left one look more that the right one and when I laid back down she started working on the right one AGAIN! she had to “fix” them twice. And they still look bad. Eyebrows take a long time to get back to normal, I guess I’ll be forced to rock the lopsided brows for a few months or more.. going to have to find a different place now!

There is this lady that works there and her name is Brittany, and she messes up my eyebrows literally every time she does them. She doesn’t not know how to wax. The last time I came in I was hoping that I didn’t have her. So I put my name down and her and the other employee working with her they gave each other a little grin, and I already felt uncomfortable after seeing that. So after we get done and I’m in my car I look at them and one was super thinner than the other! Definitely going to request for her not to ever do them again

I walked in at 7:45 (when they take their last service), but by the time I told them what I wanted, they looked at the clock (which had just turned 7:46) and sent me away. The 3 employees that were in there probably just sat around gossiping for the last 15 minutes of their shift and lost my money (and amazing tipping habits) forever. Plus, its always so dirty in there.

Staff is rude. Will not go back. I was rushed and did not get what I wanted. I can get a better job at a nail salon for half the price.

They have great prices but I always get bruised. I dont know if its my skin or the person doing my wax.

I stopped into Puttin On the Wax today after reading the overall positive reviews of the place and was very impressed! They were extremely friendly and efficient. I had no wait and the entire ordeal took no more than 5 minutes. My waxer, whom I regret not catching the name of, was so kind and waxed my eyebrows and lip in no more than 7 strips. Almost entirely painless too!! I totally disagree with previous reviews stating the place to be dirty and that the employees were gossiping. That was not the case for me! I will definitely be returning!

This was the worst leg wax I have ever received. The girl that waxed my legs admitted she had not done a leg wax in a long time. They are untrained and unskilled. I also question the cleanliness. Do not go here!

I question the cleanliness of this business, staff are not eager to assist, and spend more time on their personal cell phones, and gossiping among themselves rather than paying attention to their customers. I wont be back
