They demonstrated a 97 percent sealing of my supply and return ducts, and they explained the process and kept me updated on the time required and the process. They displayed images of ducts before and after cleaning to demonstrate how filthy they were. They noticed problems with my dampers and recommended and fixed a few things. This company did an excellent job. They arrived a little sooner than expected, but that worked great because I already had a tiler and a painter on the job. Could you see the dust and dirt coming out of the vacuum cleaner? You can also tell by everything that gets caught in the filter. You should have seen the amount of lint coming out of the dryer vent. This should be cleaned at least once a year. The guys are highly professional and down to earth. I will absolutely recommend and use ARC Air Duct Cleaning again. I had ARC Air Duct Cleaning clean my ducts recently. The technician was super helpful. He showed up at the agreed upon time, took the two hours to complete the job that was quoted to me initially. He took great care with the equipment in the house, and explained the process in detail to me. He took before and after pics as well as a video of the dust and debris as it was being removed from the ducts. Very satisfied with the job. Have already recommended the company to a family member. Had the ducts cleaned and I dont think they were ever cleaned before. John did a great job walking us through what would be done and why and made sure to point out after the initial assessment of the ductwork that we still had the option to decline the cleaning. The cleaning took 3 hours and we were given photos of the before and after for comparison. What an astounding difference! Our air is cleaner and my allergies do not bother me nearly as much, and our furnace filter gets dirty.
