8/28/20: Two of the bedrooms in our basement experienced water and mud contamination damage, due to a broken irrigation line on the property next to our house. We called Luke at Servpro on Sunday 8/30 and he agreed to come out the next morning to evaluate the situation. He arrived at the promised time, evaluated the situation and had a formal quote back to us later that day. We agreed on the service plan and he and his crew were out the next morning to remove the carpet, padding, drywall, insulation and base moldings. They removed all of these items w/o tracking up the house. They placed their equipment in the rooms to begin drying out the areas. Luke was back the next day to evaluate the moisture levels. After approx. 36 hours they confirmed that the moisture levels had been reduced to normal levels and they removed their equipment, which reduced our cost. Luke and his staff were very friendly, professional and came in well under their worst case estimate. We would definitely recommend them to anybody who is in the unfortunate situation of needing remediation work on their home. I give them 5 Stars!

Had to contact ServPro concerning a water issue in my kitchen ceiling. Chris and Leroy were the team assigned to my request. They were timely in arriving at my home; were thorough in explaining everything that was going to happen with regard to the work to be done; made sure to explain each step to me; answered any and all of my questions; and, did a superior job with work at hand and clean-up was beyond my expectations. I had water damage that occurred over a weekend. The Servpro team sent someone over immediately to survey the damage and started installing fans. They checked every day for signs of moisture until the house was completely dry. I couldnt have asked for better service. Thumbs up for Chris and his team of professionals.

I was trying to sell a house that had a cigarette smoke odor from a previous tenant. The house was passed up many times by prospective buyers due to the odor. SERVPRO put in an ozone generator for 24 hours and that took care of the odor immediately. The house went under contract days later and sold. Barb, Luke, and my tech were so helpful and responsive! Do not use this company! I called on a Saturday, explained the situation (water heater flooded the basement) and they schedule me for the next Monday. I explained I did most of the water clean up but needed them to come verify and tell us if more needed to be done. They were great until I expressed that I wanted to know the costs before they began work. They kept reassuring me they would bill insurance and I didn’t need to worry. I explained our insurance paid us out directly so yes I did need to know! Well a week later I finally get an invoice charging me for an emergency call! Not sure how it was an emergency call considering it was 48+ hours after calling, but then I’m getting charged for things I never even agreed to, like removing the toekick in my bathroom, and “set up and take down” of their air movers. Which I never once asked for, but they were there 24 hours so I have no problem paying for that, but they charged me to remove them, when I called them to come get them and I had already taken them out myself, nicely wrapped them up and had them waiting for them to pick up. Not only that but my bathroom vanity toekick had no damage, they just ripped it out too see what was under it and charged me for it later. They started work and billing before I even had a chance to discuss anything. Unless you have no problem with a company coming in and doing as they see fit and footing the bill no questions asked, I highly suggest you find another company!

Barb in office was great to deal with, on the nose quote cheaper than anyone else. This company knows the meaning of customer service! Calls you back and sends emails! Dead on with candle smoke damage, cleaned air duct system and shampooed carpets. Will recommend and use again! Couldnt be happier.

This is a great outfit! If you want to take care of water damage in your home, these guys can find it and take care of it for you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I want to give a great big thank you to Josh and Ryan for all their help, expertise and advice when I recently had a pipe break that flooded my downstairs bedroom. They arrived within an hour of my call and immediately went to work tearing out carpet pad and getting fans and a di-humidifier running. They were both great about answering the many questions I had about the process of the clean up. They also recommended a great plumber that was able to come out that same afternoon so that I could get my water turned back on. They suggested purchasing battery operated moisture detectors which I had never heard of and contractors that could help with the repair work that is going to be necessary. When a person is in this type of situation it is extremely helpful to be able to obtain the names of plumbers, contractors, repairmen that come recommended instead of me trying to seek out these people myself. John and Ryan are professionals that are knowledgeable about what they do and did everything they could to make the ugly reality of a flood as bearable as possible.
