Came in to get my color redone after my usual hair stylist closed shop. Julia did a wonderful job with the color and started/finished in a punctual, professional manner. Color can be so difficult and she handled it with ease. Highly recommend this salon.

The owner and staff are very friendly and sweet. The shop is lovely, Im giving 3 stars because Im not happy with my balayage. The hair stylish doing my hair didnt want to go too light because it might damage my hair. I thought it looked good at first but everyone said they couldnt tell the difference in color, so I called and they said they would fix it free of charge which was great, but what she did wasnt a fix. She lightened two strips of hair in the back of my head. I have blonde skunk stripes. I wasnt going to come back a third time for her to mess it up even more. The thing that made me the angriest is I had tipped her $20 the first time she did my hair. When I went back for it to be fixed... she stood there waiting for another tip! She didnt deserve the first one I gave her because she did a poor job!

Everyone there is always so friendly and I love how the girl styles my hair.

Took my daughter, (16 years old), here first, (as we just moved here from Nashville, TN), looking for a new place to come to for us both to get our hair done. The lady was VERY rough on my daughter and her hair. And the highlight job was not good. Didnt even match the rest of her hair. The lady just left her with uneven roots. Totally darker shade then the rest of her hair. Guess she rinsed it out before it fully developed. 🤷Called several weeks later to make an appointment for myself and give them another try/chance. Had to wait 1 week to even be seen because of this Covid, (which is fine and understandable). Then, the day of my appointment came. I received a call from them 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there for my appointment. She told me the person who was going to do my hair called out. So I asked how they were going to accommodate me due to this inconvenience, and all she would do was make me another appointment ANOTHER week out. I kindly declined, and will not ever go back. Seems that giving good customer service is not their main priority there. 😥

Don’t normally like salons because I usually feel stupid and I don’t ever know what I want. I was immediately greeted by multiple people and made to feel welcome and at home. They sent me to Terra who was GREAT! I told her I had no idea what I wanted and she talked me through a handful of options. She made sure I knew what and how she was doing things. The haircut she gave me is great and I love it! I then went to Taylor who did my nails. She was super nice and I really enjoyed the conversation, also, she worked well and quickly, and 2 weeks later my nails still look fabulous! Overall it was a very positive experience in a very positive environment. Definitely going back!

The service here is amazing. The people are great, and the prices are definitely worth the service you get. Would recommend for any wax service. Employees are professional and very skilled! Overall, has been my go to salon since I moved here a year ago.

There always nice and accommodating greeting with a smile. The salon is FULL of cool little goodies to look at. It makes you feel at ease with the stylist about to cut your hair. There a bit expensive for extra services but completely reasonable for a cut.

Just finished my first visit to this salon and I absolutely love it here! Moving from Pittsburgh I didnt know what to expect in a smaller town salon, but I was pleasantly surprised. Their products are eco-friendly, animal-friendly and healthy! And Justine, my cosmetologist, was a dream! So friendly, understanding what I wanted and envisioned for my hair. She really listened to me and her talent is obvious. Shes wonderful! Come see this place for yourself!

I walked in to this salon and was greeted by the staff, I had no appointment and that didnt seem to matter. Terra cut my hair and did a wonderful job, I didnt really know exactly what I want but I tried to explain it the best I could and she must of knew what I was trying to say. After I walked out of there with that fresh hair cut high you get when you finally find someone who understands what you are after! I will definitely ask for her again to cut my hair when I go back! Great job Terra!

I always go to Alicia and she is absolutely amazing. She is always on time and very professional. Ive been coming to her for 3 years now and I can trust her with anything I want to do even beyond hair. I would never go to someone else! The staff is also always so kind and considerate. So wonderful. Always pleased.

TAYLOR STARKEY. She is great. I dont have to explain every time what I am working towards with my hair. (Growing it out and aiming for a certain style) Great memory or great notes! She keeps it looking good in-between. She asked me to trust her when changing my hair color from brown to blonde.....I did and got EXACTLY the color I wanted! She is young but this girl is confident and really knows her stuff.

Jasmine does a AWESOME job on my eyebrows! Shes very attentive and kind and listens to what I would like and gives suggestions on what to do differently. She even ended up saving me money by not adding on a service that *I* requested. I appreciate that.

Linda Michaels is the only salon I frequent. The salon offers a variety of services and the products they carry are unique. The atmosphere is relaxing and the employees are always kind. Phil does a fabulous job with my hair and goes above and beyond to make sure I walk out a happy client. Denise does a wonderful job with massages and I feel like a million bucks walking out.

Being new to the area, I did a google search and found this salon. I asked for Philip, based on some reviews I read, and he did not disappoint! He did exactly what I asked for- a trim and refresh my layers. I loved my haircut and style. I am looking forward to going back to Philip for my highlights. It is evident he is passionate about hairstyling and enjoys what he does.

They need t make sure their operators are TRAINED. And if they cant do what a client requests, they should SAY so instead of hacking off hair for 2 hours! And then tell you that they can get someone else over to fix it!! When it cant be fixed since there is no hair left to cut. If they are going to charge that kind of money they need to ensure they have quality stylists.

I have been going to Kristy at Linda Michaels for a bout 4 yrs now. She is extremely good at what she does and I always feel so wonderful when shes done. I recommend her all the time to people i know. I have also had my hair done and pedicures. All around great place!

I had a haircut and my hair color enhanced. I had a lengthy discussion about how the color should look next to my face. I am a senior citizen with a mature face. The shade of blonde that I was as a toddler would give me a washed out appearance now. I chose a shade that I thought would work. The hair dresser conferred with a coworker. They thought something much lighter would look better. While it was a beautiful color, I looked dead. After a few days I arranged to return. The color has been corrected which has brightened my face and gives me a more youthful look.

Phil is an absolute professional! Hes extremely talented and I enjoy his upbeat and friendly personality. I always look forward to my visits with him. I was very impressed when I asked him to cut my 2 year old daughters hair last minute and he charmed her into sitting still. He did a fantastic job with her.

The salon offers many services, hair cuts, styling, coloring, Brazilian blow-outs, facials, waxing, pedicures and limited nail service. They also offer massage, make-up, and special packages for couples and bridal parties. The salon is large and spacious and very clean. All their pedi tubs are lined with plastic and utensils are sanitized. You can find selective high end products and make-up. If you are looking for a barber shop, the salon has the Man-Cave for hair and beard grooming. The staff has always been fabulous, I especially my hair technician Alisha!

Love going to Philip at Linda Michaels. He always does a great job with my hair - listening to what I want but also giving suggestions. (He puts up with me saying my bangs need to be shorter!). Overall, the service at Linda Michaels has been great. Everyone is so helpful and makes you feel comfortable. I am glad Philip and Linda Michaels was recommend to me by a friend.

I was nervous about my first massage experience, but Kristy both literally and figuratively worked all of the stress out. I left feeling totally relaxed, so much so that I immediately recommended it to my co-workers and got my wife one. Linda Michaels is a great place to retreat and pamper yourself. They have the most talented hair stylists, nail techs, estheticians, and massage therapists. I started going to Phillip about 6 months ago and he is amazing!! I have worked on a salon doing nails and was with the same girl for 12 years and was skeptic to find a new hair dresser when I moved to great falls. Phillip is hands down the best person I have ever encountered and exceeds my expectations and thats hard to do considering Im such a picky person!!

An excellent place for a hair dooo. Great people and great service .But one drawback. They are 4x over normal pricing, but you are pampered. But beware. I spent a lot of money over the years and needed a haircut for college graduation. They would not go out of their way to help me. So i Know where I am in the line of things and have no intention of ever going.back.

Destry Keels was my hairstylist, and I think she did a very good job. I explained to her what I wanted, she listened and then cut my hair exactly as I described. She was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend her!

Terra and Taylor did a great job on the deluxe pedicures my sister and I got done today. I didnt feel rushed, felt pampered, and got to spend an hour relaxing. Great people and great service

The salon is also a small beauty boutique with make up brands such as Bare Minerals and Smashbox. The quality of the services offered by the stylists as well as the barbers are some of the best that I have paid for! Friendly and accommodating staff is always an added bonus.

Ive been getting my hair cut, colored and brows done by Crystal Sevalstad for the last 5 years. She does an amazing job! Crystal is always so pleasant as is the staff at your Salon. I drive 90 miles to get my hair done and its definitely worth the trip!

If I could give 0 stores I would. Very unprofessional. I had first appointment of the day. Drove up to the salon at 8:30 and they call me saying their employee was out sick. Would have appreciated a heads up before I got to the salon. Very disappointing.

First trip in was awful . The girl had no idea what she was doing. After my hair came out orange and I told her it wasnt even close to what I wanted she just walked me up front to pay and walked away . No offer to fix it or nothing. I told the lady at the front and she had me come back the next day to have it fixed . I left to day much happier even tho it still wasnt what I wanted the girl did what she could to fix what had been done. Should of been some refund or a discount for further services . Not sure if Ill ever go back now tho.🙁🙁🙁🙁

I was promptly greeted by the receptionist (Lindsay) upon arrival for my appointment. She made sure my wait was short and took me to Kristy Moore. Kristy arrived within seconds and introduced herself. My session with Kristy was heaven. Her choice of music during my session made me feel like I was floating in the clouds. Walked in for a cut for my son around 2:30pm, was told we need to make an appt, which was understandable. Scheduled appt for 4:15pm same day. Came back and was told that my son was bumped until 5:00 because a pedicure needed to be done on someone else first. Although it was inconvenient, we left again and came back at 5pm. Sat in waiting area after checking in, only for about 10 mins and then we were told that it would be awhile because another pedicure was getting started now....receptionist asked to reschedule him for another day....it was a wasted afternoon going back and fourth, and didnt end up in my son getting his hair cut, so very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my last visit. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the receptionist; but, handed over to a staff member to help find the product that I wanted to replace for something else. I was in a hurry and instead of going and getting my product and bringing it back she began searching then, ran into a friend at the door and had a 10 minute conversation with her. I could tell that they were friends but it was really awkward for me from a customer service standpoint. I was just waiting up there while the receptionist was apologizing to me. When she got my product and began the return process she had an attitude with me because I was unaware that what I purchased was a travel size - even though I was purchasing a larger product in replacement. Next time Ill just go to Sephora.

I love the way Phil will be honest with u about a color and show u what the color looks like. Phil makes you feel beautiful when u leave. I will keep coming til my hair falls out of old age lol. Phil thank you,i always feel fresh and younger when u color and cut my hair. Thank you cathy

Crystal Sevalstad was awesome to work with, she knew exactly what my hair needed and made it look and feel great. She recommended the Lanza strength shampoo and conditioner which I absolutely LOVE!! I wouldnt go to any one else but her!

I made an appointment and was in the same day. I wanted a hair cut/ style modern mullet and beard trim. Hospitality was great. Macie was easy-going and not in a rush. I felt like I got my time to talk about the plan of attack. Macie talked me through and educated me on what steps were being taking in the process. I felt comfortable and not talked at. It was about me and my style! 😊I found out about beard oil and maintaining my hair, beard and skin. She was an educator and gave me great lines so i looked freakin DOPE!NOT a mountain man, but still kept the length. I will schedule with Macie Peters at Man Cave again.
